1 cn : Pet Milk (12 oz)
1/2 c : Oleo
10 : Slices Stale Bread
1 c : Raisins
1 c : Water
3 : Eggs; Beaten
1 c : Pecan Pieces
1 cn : (16 oz) Fruit Cocktail/juice
2 tb : Vanilla Butternut Flavouring

The shop sells around 4,000 cups of tea daily with each cup priced at a humble Rs 10.

How To Make Cream Roll At Home

Servings 3 - 4
All purpose flour - 260 grams
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Vinegar - 1/4 teaspoon
Butter - 60 grams
Water - 120 milliliters
Butter - 280 grams
Whipped cream powder - 150 grams
Milk - 300 milliliters
1. In a mixing bowl add 260 grams all purpose flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon vinegar, 60 grams butter, 120 milliliters water and knead into a smooth soft dough. Freeze for 20 minutes.
2. Place the 280 grams butter between two pieces of plastic wrap and pound into a flat disc using a rolling pin and freeze for 20 minutes.
3. Take a dough ball and roll out the dough into a large rectangle about 1/2 inch thick. Place the crumbled butter in the center and fold the two ends over and freeze for 20 minutes again. Again freeze the dough after rolling. Repeat this process 3 times.
4. In a mixing bowl, add 150 grams whipped cream powder, 300 millilitres water and mix until it becomes nice and thick.
5. Take 1 sheet of paper and make a cone and cover with aluminium foil.
6. Take a dough and divide into equal parts and roll each piece of dough.
7. Roll the dough ropes around the aluminium cones.
8. Place them on a baking tray and brush with butter.
9. Preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden.
10. Remove and keep until they are completely cooled.
11. After cooling, gently remove the cones.
12. Fill the cones with frosting.
13. Garnish with a cherry.

The World's Healthiest Lemon Curd
This has to be the world's healthiest Lemon Curd! Ready in 5 minutes, it tastes just like the real thing - tangy, sweet, and creamy, but best of all, it's made out of life extending Japanese sweet potatoes.
1 cup (250g) Japanese sweet potato* (refer to note below for substitutions), cooked, chilled, peeled** & mashed
2 tbsp almond milk
2 tbsp lemon juice (about the juice of one lemon)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 medjool date (15g) or more to taste
Blitz all the ingredients in a high-speed blender, until smooth and silky. If the consistency is lumpy, add a little more almond milk. Pour into container and chill in fridge to set and thicken.
This recipe is hugely versatile. You can eat it as is, top it with berries, fill a tart shell with it to create lemon curd tart, or use it as a filling or topper on other desserts.
*Note: Japanese sweet potatoes have a red/purple skin and a white/yellow flesh. They are perfectly sweet, and mild tasting, with a chestnut like flavour. If you do not have them in your area, you can use purple sweet potatoes instead. Purple sweet potatoes are denser and less sweet, so you will need to increase the almond milk to 6 tbsp (instead of 2 tbsp) and you may want to add another date for sweetness.
Update: Some have tried this recipe with orange sweet potatoes and really liked it. I haven't tried it.

4 Masala Cardamom
10-12 Black Pepper
50 gms Dry Ginger Powder (Sunth Powder)
- In a small vessel dry roast masala cardamom, cloves and black pepper.
- Grind it coarsely.
- Add this ground masala to dry ginger powder. Mix well.
- Chai Masala is ready to be used.
