1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
8 oz (227 g) unsalted butter (room temperature)
10 oz (284 g) granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp lemon extract
1 1/2 tsp strawberry extract
zest one lemon
6 oz (170 g) egg whites (room temperature)
4 oz (113 g) strawberry reduction (room temperature)
6 oz (170 g) milk (room temperature)
1/2 tsp electric pink food color

1 tsp lemon zest
1 tbsp lemon juice

Skyr dessert with coconut, blueberries & wild cranberries recipe
250g skyr
150g coconut rasps
100g blueberries
50g powder sugar
50g wild cranberries
Mix the coconut and the powder sugar. Fill a bit skyr in a glas bowl and cover it with coconut sugar mix. Give a few wild cranberries on top and a few bleuberries. Make a few more layers like this. Put the bowl in the fridge for at least an hour and enjoy.

Description: We made a creme brulee that we are enjoying on the Weight Watchers Blue Plan. You can use this recipe for Weight Watchers Green Plan & Weight Watchers Purple plan but please be sure to calculate points using the WW app.
Ingredients:
1/2 C Enlightened (or similar) vanilla bean ice cream
1 Egg Yoke
1 tbps (or as needed) monk fruit sugar substitute or similar substitute
Instructions:
1. melt 1/2 cup of ice cream in microwave (or stove)
2. pour melted ice cream into small mixing bow
3. add 1 egg yoke to melted ice cream, mix well
4. pour ice cream/egg mixture into oven safe Ramekin or similar ceramic
(personally after making this a few times, i think the deeper smaller ramekins yield better results)
5. Bake at 325 degrees for 40-50 minutes
6. let cool to room temperature
7. refrigerate overnight or for at least a couple of hours.
8. Add sugar substitute to the top of the creme brulee (right before serving) and swirl until covered
9. using a torch, melt the sugar until it is clear and light brown spots appear.
10. let cool for a few moments
11. enjoy!
2 SP for each brulee on blue!

WW Chocolate Banana Bread Pudding from Weight Watchers! Freestyle Friendly and Delicious!
I was going through the Weight Watcher magazine when I came across this delicious recipe and I knew I had to try it. It’s super easy and even more delicious. Come check it out and have a try for yourself.
Chocolate Banana Bread Pudding
ingredients
cooking spray
4 spray
3 eggs
2 ripe bananas
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cinnamon
pinch of salt
5 oz. 5 day old french bread
1 1/3 cup lofat milk
1 1/2 oz chopped chocolate chips
whipped cream
Berries
1. Coat pan with coking spray.
2.Whisk together eggs, bananas, sugar, cinnamon and salt until smooth;stir in bread, milk, and half chocolate. Transfer remaining chocolate to the side.
3.Pour bread pudding mixture in prepared pie plate. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or overnight.
4. Preheat oven 350..
5.Bake uncovered 35 minutes. Remove from oven, sprinkle leftover chocolate. Bake 5 more minutes..
6.Let it stand 5 minutes. Cut into 8 servings. Serve warm with 1 tbsp whipped cream and a few berries.

Preheat oven to 450 degrees and double line a baking sheet with foil. Spread cherries across pan and sprinkle with brown sugar. Roast for 30 minutes, stirring once or twice, until cherries are lightly browned and juicy. Let cool, add scraped vanilla bean or vanilla extract, and enjoy all week!

I found this recipe in my Taste of Home recipe magazine. This was yummy. I took a nap after I finished cooking this, and woke up to Scott finishing up his meal, pushing his chair back and saying, that was really yummy! lol So, when Scott says it's yummy, it's yummy. He's finicky ;)
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 pound ground beef
2/3 cup ketchup
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons prepared mustard
Directions
In a large bowl, whisk egg and milk. Stir in the cheese, oats, onion and salt. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into eight loaves; place in a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. In a small bowl, combine the ketchup, brown sugar and mustard; spoon over loaves.
Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until no pink remains and a meat thermometer reads 160°. Yield: 8 servings.
Berry Cake with Fresh Ginger
Yields: 20 servings
Ingredients:
1 (18.25oz.) box yellow cake mix
1¼ cups water
¾ cup egg substitute
1 (5oz.) jar baby food pears
2 tbsp. canola oil
1 quart fresh strawberries, quartered
1 pint fresh blueberries
½ cup all-fruit apricot spread
1 tbsp. gingerroot, grated
Preparation Directions:
~ Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a 13 x 9-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
~ In a large bowl place cake mix, water, egg substitute, pears and oil. Beat with an electric mixer until well blended. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 25 to 27 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool on a rack for at least 1 hour.
~ In a large bowl gently stir together strawberries and blueberries. In a small bowl melt the fruit spread in a microwave until smooth, stir in gingerroot. Pour over berries and toss to coat. Spoon berry mixture over cake and spread to the edge.
Calories: 158; Total Fat: 3.5g; Cholesterol: 0 mg; Sodium: 188 mg; Carbs: 31g; Protein: 2 g.
