Strawberry Soufflé Recipe in a Snap
Watch as Better Homes and Gardens shows you how to make a strawberry soufflé recipe in a snap! A great end to a delicious meal, this individualized strawberry soufflé recipe is light and airy enough to complement any menu. These quick desserts call for five egg whites that will need to stand at room temperature for 30 minutes before you begin making the fresh strawberry desserts. While you're waiting for the egg whites, prepare six 1-cup soufflé dishes by using softened butter or margarine to grease the dishes. You'll then want to sprinkle them with sugar, which will give the soufflé something to cling to as it rises in the oven. Shake out any excess sugar, and place the dishes aside on a baking pan for now. Place 2 cups of cut, fresh strawberries into a medium mixing bowl along with 1/4 to 1/3 cup of sugar, depending on the sweetness of the strawberries. Let the strawberries stand for 15 minutes until they become juicy. Pour the strawberries and juice for the strawberry dessert recipes into a food processor and add 4 teaspoons of corn starch. Blend until the mixture is smooth and set aside for now. Get your oven ready to bake these easy dessert recipes by preheating it to 350 degrees. Beat the egg whites with an electric mixer on high until peaks form when the beater is lifted from the bowl. Gradually add 1/2 cup of sugar and continue beating until the mixture becomes smooth after about two to three minutes more. Use a rubber spatula to push the egg whites to one side of the bowl, then add the crushed strawberries into the opening you've created. Stir in a bit of the egg white mixture to the strawberries then fold the two together as you turn the bowl, taking care not to deflate the egg whites. Divide the mixture evenly between the dishes and bake for 15 to 18 minutes. These quick desserts puff up beautifully and are delicious as is, but if you'd like to step them up a notch, you could serve them with chocolate or strawberry syrup in a small hole in the center. This soufflé recipe is a light and delicious way to enjoy strawberry desserts after an already satisfying meal!

Fried Fruits - Strawberries & Bananas
This video demonstrates a perfect method for frying these two fruits with a soufflé fritter batter and joined by a sweet warm sabayon sauce. The cook could certainly serve these fruits with chocolate or cold vanilla sauces as well and even whipped cream. Both of these preparations represent the classic French approach for this type of preparation. The cook can use other fruits such as apple, pear, apricots and peaches with this method and be very pleased with the outcome. Of course, the individual fruits can be flavored a variety of ways prior to being battered such as demonstrated here with tossing the strawberries in Gran Marnier prior to the flouring stage. All in all, this is a great winter dessert and also has a “date night” quality to its preparation, presentation and consumption.
Lemon Lime & Parsley Margarita Popsicles
I love shrubs and this homemade margarita popsicle is no exception. In this video I show you how to make a citrus packed popsicle with muddled parsley, tequila, and fresh lemon and lime. These boozy pops are both refreshing, festive, and a little fun.
Full Recipe + Ingredients:
Honeydew Jalapeño Shrub, 2 bottles
Sugar, 1/3 cup
Lime, one, thinly sliced
Tequila, 3 ounces
Grand Marnier, 1 ounce
Chopped Parsley, 1/4 cup
Add chopped parsley to a large measuring cup.
Add some tequila. Muddle the parsley. Add remaining tequila.
Add in the sugar and whisk to combine.
Add in the two bottles of Honeydew Jalapeño Shrub.
Prep the popsicle mold by adding lime slices to each cup. Then add in twists of lemon to each cup. Use a popsicle stick to get the fruit in place.
Now add the popsicle base to the cups.
Add in your popsicle sticks and place the mold in the freezer. Freeze for at least 10 hours before enjoying.
To remove the popsicles from the mold, fill your sink with lukewarm water. Dip the mold in the water up to the top, being careful not to submerge or get water on the top of the mold. Hold it there for 5 seconds. Give one of the popsicles a gentle wiggle to see if it is loosened. If not, repeat. Do so until all popsicles come free.

I love going to bakeries. Not only for the great tasting pastries, but I like to see what's trending. On a recent trip, one cake that stood out for me was this Strawberry Cake, often called a Strawberry Gateau. It looked so elegant. I liked that it was frosted with a smooth coating of a stabilized Whipped Cream that had pretty red flecks of strawberries poking through. And it wasn't I cut into the cake that I saw that it was full of fresh strawberries. And not to forget the actual cake, it was two layers of a vanilla flavored Genoise that had been soaked with a lemon flavored sugar syrup. I think of this cake as a sophisticated version of a Strawberry Shortcake.

CRANBERRY SAUCE Recipe With Red Wine
CRANBERRY SAUCE recipe is presented in this video. I made this extraordinary sauce for Thanksgiving using untypical ingredients such as red wine, brown sugar and ginger. Give it a try and you will be truly amazed!
Cranberry sauce or cranberry jam is a sauce or relish made out of cranberries, commonly served as a condiment or a side dish with Thanksgiving dinner in North America and Christmas dinner in the United Kingdom and Canada. There are differences in flavor depending on the geography of where the sauce is made: in Europe it is generally slightly sour-tasting, while in North America it is typically more heavily sweetened.
The recipe for cranberry sauce appears in the 1796 edition of The Art of Cookery by Amelia Simmons, the first known cookbook authored by an American.
Although the Pilgrims may have been aware of the wild cranberries growing in the Massachusetts Bay area, sugar was scarce, so it's unlikely that cranberry sauce would have been among the dishes served at the First Thanksgiving meal. Cranberries aren't mentioned by any primary sources for the First Thanksgiving meal. The only foods mentioned are Indian corn, wild turkey and waterfowl, and venison. The rest remains a matter of speculation among food historians. Although stuffings are not mentioned in primary sources, it was a common way to prepare birds for the table in the 17th century. According to a Thanksgiving Primer published by the Plimoth Plantation, cranberries may have been used in the stuffing recipes, but it's unlikely they would have been made into a sauce because sugar was very scarce.
Cranberry sauce was first offered to consumers in North America in 1912 in Hanson, Massachusetts. Canned cranberry sauce appeared on the market in 1941, allowing the product to be sold year-round. Cranberry sauce can be used with a variety of meats, including turkey, pork, chicken, and ham.
The most basic cranberry sauce consists of cranberries boiled in sugar water until the berries pop and the mixture thickens. Some recipes include other ingredients such as slivered almonds, orange juice, zest, ginger, maple syrup, port, or cinnamon.
Commercial cranberry sauce may be loose and uncondensed, or condensed or jellied and sweetened with various ingredients. The jellied form may be slipped out of a can onto a dish, and served sliced or intact for slicing at the table.
Cranberry sauce is often eaten in conjunction with turkey for Christmas in the United Kingdom and Canada or Thanksgiving in the United States and Canada, and it is only rarely eaten or served in other contexts there.

Excellent Raspberry millefeuille Recipe By Gordon Ramsay, Desert , Almost anything
Here we go for the last time of this #season in #cookery #course by #Gordon #Ramsay.
1. How to #bake / #make #raspberry #By #Gordon #Ramsay?
Desserts should always have that wow factor, and this dish is incredibly simple to
prepare, yet looks and tastes absolutely stunning. By lightly dusting the top of the
pastry with icing sugar it caramelises the top and allows all the layers to separate
into the ‘thousand leaves’ that give the dessert its name.
320–375g ready-rolled all-butter puff pastry
3 tbsp icing sugar, plus extra to dust
Seeds from 2 vanilla pods
600ml double cream
Zest of 1 orange
½ tbsp orange-flavoured liqueur, e.g. Grand Marnier
200g fresh raspberries
1. Preheat the oven to 220°C/Gas 7.
2. Unroll the pastry and place on a non-stick baking tray. Dust generously with icing sugar
and bake in the preheated oven for 8 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 200°C/Gas
6 and cook for a further 7–12 minutes until the pastry is golden and glazed. Remove and
leave to cool slightly on a wire rack.
3. Meanwhile, mix the vanilla seeds into the cream. Add the 3 tablespoons of sugar and
whip the mixture until it forms soft peaks. (Don’t overbeat or it will separate.) Add the
orange zest and liqueur and fold in using a spatula.
4. Spoon the cream into a piping bag fitted with a plain nozzle, twisting slowly to move
the cream to the pointed end. Chill until ready to use.
5. When the pastry has cooled, slice it very gently into 3 equal-sized lengths with a bread
6. Assemble the millefeuille just before serving. Take the piping bag from the fridge, add a
dot of cream to the serving plate to act as ‘glue’ and put a piece of pastry on top. Pipe a
layer of cream over the pastry and add a border of raspberries around the outer edges. Pipe
another layer of cream inside the raspberry border, then top with another layer of pastry
and repeat the cream and raspberry stages. Finish with a top layer of pastry. Serve
immediately, dusted with more icing sugar.
HOW TO VARY THE MILLEFEUILLE FILLING
You can vary the filling of the millefeuille as much as you like. Use crème fraîche,
mascarpone, strawberries, lime… whatever takes your fancy..

Drumstick Dessert Recipe | RadaCutlery.com
Instead of buying this ice cream treat you can now make a dessert that is just like the famous Drumstick Ice Cream Treat!
2 cups vanilla wafers, crushed 1/2 cups butter, melted
1 cup crushed salted peanuts 1 (8 oz.) pkg cream cheese (softened)
1/3 cup peanut butter 1 cup powdered sugar
4 cups whipped topping 2 sm. pkg. instant chocolate pudding
3 cups milk 1 large chocolate bar
Kristi at Rada Cutlery demonstrates how to make drumstick bars. This recipe combines peanut butter, crushed peanuts, vanilla wafers, chocolate pudding, and more! This dessert is a copycat of the ice cream treat - Drumsticks. You can find this recipe and 100 more in the recipe book titled 101 Recipes with Peanut Butter.
Hi, Kristi at the Rada kitchen and today I'm going to make a recipe that uses peanut butter. I got this recipe out of our 101 Recipes with Peanut Butter cookbook. This cookbook has appetizers, main dishes, and desserts. Today I'm going to make a dessert called drumstick bars.
The ingredients you'll need for the recipe are 2 cups of vanilla wafers (crushed), 1/2 cup of melted butter or margarine, 1 cup powdered sugar, an 8-ounce package of softened cream cheese, 1/3 cup peanut butter, 1 cup crushed and salted peanuts, 1 chocolate bar, 2 small packages of instant pudding, 3 cups of milk, and 4 cups of whipped topping.
For the first layer, you need 2 cups of the crushed vanilla wafers. What I did was take my rolling pin and crushed them with that on the Rada cutting board, you could also use the bottom of a glass or a bowl. The neat thing about this is that it flexes so that you can pour it in your measuring cup.
We put that in a mixing bowl, and then you need the 2/3 cup of crushed and salted peanuts. To crush those, you put them in a bowl and use the Rada food chopper. It's serrated, so it's really sharp. It's kind of fun just to chop these up.
When you have those chopped up, you need the 2/3 cup of peanuts and you're going to add that to the crushed vanilla wafers. Then add your 1/2 cup of melted butter and mix that all together. You're going to put it in the bottom of a 9 by 13 inch pan and we're going to bake it for 10 minutes at 350 degrees (fahrenheit).
Then you'll flatten it out. This is the first layer of 4. We'll put this in the oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. While our first layer is in the oven baking, we're going to make the second layer. That's going to consist of our cream cheese, our powdered sugar, and our peanut butter. We're going to mix it until it's smooth.
I'm going to gradually add the powdered sugar as it mixes. Now the ingredients are mixed and smooth. Now we're going to add 2 cups of the whipped topping. We're going to fold it in, we're not going to mix. You want to keep it kind of light and fluffy. Now we've mixed up our second layer and we're going to add it to our first layer that we baked in the oven.
You want to evenly spread that over the bottom layer. Our third layer is the 2 boxes of chocolate pudding mixed with the 3 cups of milk. I made this earlier because you need to chill it. I'm using the Rada handy stirrer. It's a great thing to make pudding, sauces, and gravies.
That's the third layer that we're going to pour over our second layer. Now we're ready for our fourth layer which is another 2 cups of whipped topping over top of the chocolate pudding one. I'm going to use the Rada super-spreader to spread out the whipped topping. It's just the right size to reach the sides of the pan.
Then you're going to add the rest of your chopped and salted peanuts. With the Rada peeler, I'm going to grate or try to make some chocolate curls. You could also make butter curls with the peeler. And there's our drumstick bars.
You'll want to chill these overnight before serving. You can find this recipe and 100 more in our 101 Recipes for Peanut Butter cookbook.
