This easy Unsweetened Grape Jelly with Gelatin is simple to make and requires zero processing. Store in the refrigerator.

Concord Grape Jelly | How to Make Grape Jelly / Jam
Homemade concord grape jelly tastes nothing like supermarket grape jelly. It has a deep, concentrated grape flavor, and is equally tart and sweet. A jar of this jam would make a great gift. Try it with bread. You will understand what I am talking about.
2 lb / 3 cups Grapes
1 1/2 sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
Separate the grape skins from the pulp by squeezing the grapes between your fingers.
place the grape pulp in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer until the grapes loose their shape, about 10 minutes. Pour the grape pulp through a fine mesh sieve into a large bowl. Force out as much pulp as you can and discard the seeds.
Add the grape pulp to the pot with the grape skins and stir to combine. Add the sugar and lemon juice and bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce the heat and simmer, stirring frequently, until the jam has reduced and thickened and reached the gel stage, about 30 minutes.
Ladle the hot jam into sterilized jars.
Keep it in refrigerator.
It is delicious.

How to make and can grape jelly from from frozen grapes start to finish.
I finally got a chance to use the grapes I froze early last fall (video here: to make my homemade grape jelly.
In this video I share how I strain the grapes in the Weston Food Strainer.
Then we use the juice to make t48 ounces of jelly on the stove. That's enough to fill twelve 4 oz jelly jars. I use the Ball 4 ounce quilted crystal jelly jars with lids and bands (I call them rims).
Finally, I show you how I water bath can them in my Graniteware canning pot (MADE IN THE USA!) so they can last for months!

How to make Grape Jelly from your own grapes! (Less Sugar Recipe)
Well I'm not sure if you guys are into this kind of thing, but here goes! The simple recipe looks like this.
5 cups juice, 5 cups sugar, 5 tbsp powder pectin. Easy to remember. I actually only did 4 cups of sugar and it still tastes wonderful. Let me know what you think!

Easiest Way to Make Grape Jelly ~ Using Store Bought Juice
Hi Friends! Today I'm making grape jelly using prepared grape juice.
All you need is 3 ingredients:
Prepared Juice, Sugar, and Pectin
Sugar Free Grape Jelly - Low Carb and Keto Friendly (Fast and Easy)
This is a recipe and walk through on how I make Sugar free grape jelly. Please read the ingredients list below for any possible allergens that may affect you. The nutritional card I have in this video represents my ingredients, as close as I could get using the online tool that generated it for me. Your exact numbers may differ slightly. The estimated net carb per tablespoon is 1.2g. However, I always encourage you to do your own calculations as your ingredients may differ slightly from mine.

Hi, this is Lori Fiechter in my Indiana kitchen! This time, I'm dealing with grapes and looking for shortcuts. Grape jelly should take longer than two hours--just for letting the juice drip through the jelly bag! But I didn't care about having perfectly clear jelly--and the flavor is great--so I took some shortcuts!
I used our seedless Concord grapes--the only grapes we have this year that survived disease and rot. And they just happen to make the best jam! If you've never made grape jelly, watch a see what the process looks like. It's been around six years since we've had enough purple grapes for jam, so I didn't really remember what to do. That's where the powdered pectin package comes in handy....
until our next jam, (that would be pear)

How to Make Grape Jelly Recipe Using Concord Grapes
A fantastic grape jelly, using Concord grapes. This grape jelly recipe uses about 50 % unripe tart (greenish) and 50 % ripe sweet concord grapes resulting in a fantastically well balanced grape jelly.
You will need 5-6 250 ml sealer jars, 6-7 lbs concord grapes, 1 cup water, 3 1/2 cups white sugar, jelly bag with a stand, or similar like cheese cloth.
About 2 hours of spare time, over 2 days !

Grape Jelly with low sugar pectin
5lbs of grapes processed to extract juice
You'll need 5 1/2 cups juice
3 1/2 cups sugar
Mix 1/4 cup sugar (from the 3 1/2 cups sugar) with sure jel low sugar pectin and stir into grape juice. Cook until mixture comes to a boil. Add rest of sugar; stir to fully dissolve sugar. Bring to a rolling boil and boil one minute. Ladle hot jelly into hot sterilized jars and seal. Can be water bath processed for 5 minutes if so desired.

The Easiest Grape Jelly
In this video I share with you the easiest way to make grape jelly. You don't need any training or special equipment; and in the end you'll have delicious homemade grape jelly. Listed below is the recipe.
3 cups grape juice
5 ¼ cups white sugar
1 (2 ounce) package powdered fruit pectin
Sterilize and dry jars for jelly, and set side. I like to use my dishwasher. New lids are recommended for best results.
Combine grape juice and pectin in a large pot over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil, and stir one minute at a rolling boil. Stir in sugar for a few minutes to completely dissolve. Remove from heat.
Ladle the hot jelly into the jars, leaving 1/2 inch of space at the top. Wipe rims of jars with a clean dry cloth. Cover with a lid and ring to seal. Let stand 24 hours at room temperature, then refrigerate. Jelly may take up to a week to set. Once set, it is ready to serve. Store in the refrigerator for up to three weeks, once set. If canning for long term storage, process in a hot water bath for 10 minutes, or contact your local extension for processing times in your area.

Today we will learn how to make grapes jelly at home without agar agar, gelatin and China grass. kids loves this Yummy jelly and very easy to make.
Grapes 250 gms
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp corn flour
1 ) wash grapes thice with water
2) blend it in a mixer
3) Strain it
4 )Add 1/2 sugar
5) 1 tsp corn flour
6) mix well till no any lumps
7 ) keep this mixture on gas
8) continuously stir it and cook till it gets thickened on medium flame.
9) Grease the mould and transfer it into it
10) keep it in refrigerator for 5-6 hours
11) after 6 hours release the edges
12 ) Demould it
13 ) Yummy grapes jelly is ready
3 ingredient Grape Jelly and Pineapple Marmalade.
That's it for me and store bought jams! You can make this with any kind of fruit you have laying around (mangoes, strawberries, blueberries, guavas, and even cherries). The process is the same, plus it's super easy.
These jams can last up to one year in the refrigerator.

How to can grape jelly. This is an easy recipe for canning grape jelly from the juice of fresh grapes. Canning for beginners made easy. Print recipe here:
Grape Jelly (Scuppernong Jelly)
Making Scuppernong Jelly or better known grape jelly.
3 cups grape juice
1 package pectin
41/2 cups sugar
Bring juice and pectin to a boil over high heat.
Now slowly ad sugar stirring constantly until all the sugar is disolved.
The sugar has cooled the mixture, bring it back to a hard boil for one minute and then ad to your jars.
Make sure you have 1inch to 2 inches of water covering the tops of your jars in the water bath.
Boil jelly in the water bath for your elevation:
sea level Boil in water bath for 10 minutes
1,001 to 3,000 feet Boil in water bath for 15 minutes
3,001 to 6,000 feet Boil in water bath for 20 minutes
6,001 to 8,000 feet Boil in water bath for 25 minutes
8,001 to 10,000 feet Boil in water bath for 30 minutes

The recipe is below. I would cut the water out next time, I made 8Kg of grapes and only put in the 500mL of water and that was too much. I think I would not put any water in next time, the grapes were wet enough the way they were and putting that much water in just meant I had to boil it down that much longer.

500ml of water
tbsp of lemon juice
1.5kg of sugar
