No Bake Peach Ref Cake
Peach refrigerator cake is a no-bake dessert that is easy to make and only need minimal ingredients. Refrigerator cakes are basically made with graham crackers or broas(lady fingers) as the base then top it with cream and preserved fruits like peaches, mangoes and fruit cocktail. No need to bake you just need to chill it in the fridge and voila you have a delicious cake-like dessert. You can serve this on any occasions or make it for dessert after a meal or snack.

Peach Ref Cake Recipe
Broas (Lady Fingers)
2 pack (250 ml) all-purpose cream
¾ cup condensed milk
1 can (820g) peach, drained
Crushed broas (optional)
1. In a bowl mix together all-purpose cream and condensed milk.
2. Cover the mixture and put in the freezer for 1 hour or until the mixture is thick.
3. Arrange layer of broas (lady fingesr) in a deep container or baking dish. Put cream on top of broas and spread evenly. Arrange sliced peaches on top of the cream.
4. Repeat the process. Then top with cream, peach and crushed broas(lady finger) as finishing touches. Cover and chill in the ref overnight.

Lady fingers cake: a no-bake dessert ready in 3 easy steps!
Pour the melted chocolate over the lady fingers to make the most incredible no-bake dessert!
• 1 pkg lady finger biscuits
• 300g chocolate
• 300ml cream
• 1 cup milk
Melt chocolate with milk and cream in a small saucepan.
Cut the biscuits and mix with 1/3 of the chocolate mixture, then insert them into the baking form. Cover with the remaining amount of chocolate mixture and refrigerate for 3 hours.

Ingredients for mango mousse
3 cups/2 medium size mangoes
5 tsp unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup water
14 ounces/1 tin condensed milk
2 cups/1 tin whipped cream

Procedure for making mango mousse / How to make mango mousse
1.Chop mangoes into cubes
2.Mix water into gelatin, set aside.
3.Put the chopped mangoes into the blender, add condensed milk. Blend for 20 seconds then add the unflavored gelatin and blend for 3 minutes. Set aside
4.Use the electric mixer to whisk the whipped cream for 5 minutes.
5.Add the mango puree to the whipped cream and gently fold until combine .
6.Arrange the lady fingers biscuits into the prepared pan.
Pour the mango mixture garnish or decorate the top.
7.Refrigerate for 40-45 minutes.

This easy Fruit Cocktail Cake recipe is one of my family’s favorite. Every Christmas, New Year or almost any occasion, this fruit cocktail refrigerator cake is present.

800 grams Fruit Cocktail
Broas (Ladyfinger Biscuit)
2 packs of 250ml All-purpose cream
200 ml Condensed milk
Coffee (any variant)
1. In a bowl, combine all-purpose cream and condensed milk. Mix thoroughly and chill in the ref for a minimum of 3 hours until cream has become thick.
2. As soon as the cream is ready, prepare the coffee dipping mixture for broas.
3. In a large container of your choice, dip broas in the coffee and lay one by one in the container, followed by cream and fruit cocktail. Repeat as necessary.
4. Chill overnight before serving.
That’s it. Very easy fruit cocktail float that’s perfect for this Holiday season.

This cake is irresistible and so creamy!INGREDIENTS
• 1 egg
• 7 cups of milk
• ½ cup flour
• ½ cup starch
• 1 cup of sugar
• 1 pack vanilla
• Lemon zest
• 32 cocoa cookies
• 22 lady finger biscuits
• 1 cup milk
• 2 tsp cocoa
1. Soak ladyfinger biscuits in milk and put in a form, alternating with cocoa cookies.
2. Pour milk, egg, flour, starch, zest, vanilla into the pan. Cook until thickened.
3. Pour the cream into a baking form.
4. Cover with a plastic wrap and cool.
5. Put thin strips of paper on the cake and sprinkle cocoa.

Mango float is a Filipino icebox cake dessert made with layers of ladyfingers (broas) or graham crackers, whipped cream, condensed milk, and ripe carabao mangoes. It is chilled for a few hours before serving, though it can also be frozen to give it an ice cream-like consistency. It is a modern variant of the traditional Filipino crema de fruta cake. It is also known by various other names like mango refrigerator cake, mango graham float, mango royale, and mango icebox cake, among others.

My favorite kitchen equipment:
6 egg yolks
3/4 cup (150g) sugar
1 2/3 cups (375g) mascarpone cheese
1½ cups (360 ml) heavy cream
1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 cup (50g) sugar
1 cup (240 ml) boiling water
4 teaspoons coffee
2 tablespoons amaretto liquor or brandy (I used chocolate liquor)
12-16 ladyfingers (savoiardi cookies)
1. In a large bowl whisk boiling water with coffee and liquor. Set aside to cool.
2. Fill a saucepan with 2-3 inches of water. Place over medium heat-high heat. When boiling reduce the heat to low.
3. In medium size heatproof bowl place egg yolks and sugar. Set the mixing bowl over the saucepan (when the water barely simmering) and start whisking. Make sure the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water. Keep whisking constantly, until the sugar is dissolved, and the custard thickens. The temperate of egg yolk should reach 154-158ºF (68-70ºC). remove the bowl from heat and let cool.
4. In a large bowl place mascarpone, heavy cream, vanilla and sugar. Whip to stiff peaks.
5. Gradually fold the cream into egg yolk mixture. Mix until smooth.
6. Line a loaf tin with plastic wrap. Pour 1/3 of the mixture into the tin and spread evenly, dip half of the ladyfingers in the coffee mixture and line them in the tin. Pour another 1/3 of the cream over the cookies, dip and line the remaining ladyfingers. Pour the remaining 1/3 of the cream and spread evenly. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 8 hours.
7. Before serving release from the tin, remove the plastic wrap and dust with cocoa powder.

My version of easy no bake tiramisu cake recipe made with cream cheese and my favorite butter cookies.
1 cup Hot Water
1.5 tbsp Coffee Powder
8 oz bar Cream Cheese (room temp.)
but of course you can use mascarpone cheese if you want.
1/2 cup White Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 cup Whipping Cream or Heavy Cream (chilled)
24 pcs Butter Cookies (2.5x3/4)
2 tbsp Good Quality Cocoa Powder (unsweetened)

After ice cream, tiramisu is the second most popular dessert in Italy. As delicious as it is, some may find the combination of mascarpone, coffee, and booze a little too heavy though. That's why we've come up with a refreshing take on this tasty classic, adding fresh berries for extra color and a lighter touch.
- 5 cups fresh raspberries
- ⅔ cup powdered sugar
- 3.3 fl oz orange juice
- 2 cups mascarpone
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 8.5 fl oz cream
- 24 ladyfingers
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
1. Add the raspberries, a ¼ cup of the powdered sugar, and the orange juice to a large bowl and lightly press down on the berries with a fork. To prepare the cream, mix the mascarpone, the rest of the icing sugar, vanilla extract, and cream using an electric whisk.
2. Prepare a cake springform pan by covering the bottom and sides using baking parchment. The cake can later be removed from the pan without spoiling it.
3. Now cover the bottom of the pan with a layer of ladyfingers. If you break them in half, they'll be easier to arrange.
4. Spoon half of the raspberry mix onto the ladyfingers. Now add half of the mascarpone cream on top of this. Another layer of ladyfingers, raspberry mix, and mascarpone is then added.
5. For the finishing touch, add a layer of blueberries on top of the cake. After 3 hours in the fridge, the cake can be removed from the springform pan.

In this recipe you can not substitute eggs. Cause egg is a main ingredients for this recipe.
2 large eggs ( room temperature)
sugar 1/3 cup with egg whites
sugar 1/4 cup with egg yolk
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup flour (with extra 2tbsp)
1 tsp vanilla essence

EGGLESS TIRAMISU + EGGLESS HOMEMADE LADYFINGER BISCUITS RECIPE| No egg, no alcohol tiramisu recipe
1 cup water
2 tablespoons coffee powder
10-15 lady finger biscuits
1 cup mascarpone cheese, at room temperature
1 cup whipping cream, chilled
½ cup icing sugar
cocoa powder, to dust
FOR lady finger biscuits
Lady finger biscuits :
•1/2 cup butter
• 1/4 cup caster sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 6 tbsp milk
• 1 cup all purpose flour
• 1/4 tsp baking powder
Fruit Cocktail Graham cake | Crema de Fruta | Ice Box Cake | Refrigerator cake | no bake cake
Fruit Cocktail Graham cake | Ice Box Cake | Refrigerator cake | no bake cake
500 ml all purpose cream (chilled)
1/2 cup evap filled milk
1 1/2 cup fruit cocktail
1 cup sugar
20 grams clear and unflavored gelatine
1 tsp vanilla extract
200 g crushed grahams
1/3 cup melted butter
25 g clear/white unflavored jelly powder(gulaman)optional
syrup reserve from fruit cocktail (optional)
1) For the crust: Combine grahams and melted butter. Mix well.
2) Transfer graham mixture into a baking dish.
3) Lightly press the mixture.
4) Chill for at least 1 hour before adding the filling.
5) Combine milk and gelatine.
6) MIx just until combined then set aside.
7) Combine cream, sugar and vanilla
8) Beat on high speed for 10 minutes
9) Cook gelatine over low heat
10)Mix until the gelatine is dissolved.
11)When the gelatine is dissolved turn the heat off and add the mixture to the cream.
12)On low speed add the gelatine gently into the cream mixture and beat for 2 min.
13)Roughly chop the fruit cocktail and reserve some for toppings.
14)Add chopped fruit cocktail into the cream mixture. Mix gently.
15)Pour the mixture slowly into the crust.
16)Cover with foil and chill for 1-2 hours before adding the toppings.
17)When the top portion of the cake is set you can now add the toppings.Design your cake.
18)Chill for another 30 min. or 1 hour before adding the jelly.Press the toppings lightly.
19)Combine 3 cups of water and jelly powder. Mix until the jelly is dissolved.
Optional: you can use the syrup from the fruit cocktail and just add water to complete 3 cups of liquid.
20)Cook the jelly over medium high heat and stir constantly.
21)When it boils turn the heat off.(optional) You can also add 1/8 cup sugar.
22)Let the jelly cool down for 2-3 minutes before adding it to the cake.
23)Using a ladle add a thin layer of jelly and let it set first before adding the rest of the jelly.
24)Cover and chill overnight.
25)Best served cold
Note: Use spring form pan if possible
We always have fruit cocktail in the house. Everytime we have a visitor we always give them 1-2 large cans but many are still left for us. So we always make a recipe out of it so it will not go to waste. The simpliest recipe is to add creama and condensed milk then chilled overnight and viola you have a dessert. I still have many recipe under my sleeves for this fruit cocktail. Just sit tight and I'll cook it for you.
But this recipe made my day. It's so delicous and I can say this is one of my favorite dessert that I made. The taste is so simple but so tasty. Not too sweet and you want to ask for more.
