This is one of my absolute favorite keto dessert recipes. This Keto Key Lime Pie recipe is super low in carbs (2 per slice) and tastes just like the real thing! Give it a try and you will fall in love.
1 envelope gelatin
1/2 cup Swerve Confectioners
1/4 tsp salt
4 egg yolks
1/2 cup key lime juice
1/4 cup water
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 1/4 cup almond flour
5 tbsp butter
1 tbsp Swerve Brown
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp salt

1/3 cup dry milk powder
add 4 egg yolks
1/2 cup keylime juice
poor on top of crust
bake for 15-17 min at 325 degrees
1 1/2 cups heavy cream, chilled
3 tbsp Xylosweet

Mini Frozen Key Lime Pies
Kick off the 4th of July with these delicious mini frozen key lime pies that are the perfect ending treat to any backyard barbecue.

10 graham crackers, crumbled
¼ cup sugar
9 tbs unsalted butter, melted
6 large egg yolks, room temperature
¼ cup sugar
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 tbs lime zest
½ cup fresh squeezed lime juice (6 or 7 limes)
8 oz sour cream
1 cup heavy cream
¼ cup sugar
¼ tsp vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
To make the crust, in a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter. Mix until fully incorporated.
Pat crust evenly into each cupcake liner, fully lining the bottom and sides. Bake for 6 minutes. Let fully cool, about 20 minutes.
To make the filling, in a large bowl, beat together egg yolks and sugar on high speed until thick.
Add condensed milk, lime zest, lime juice, and sour cream to the egg yolk mixture, and beat on medium speed until fully mixed.
Spoon mixture into pie shells and freeze until fully frozen, about 2 hours.
To make the topping, beat heavy cream in a large bowl until soft peaks form. Add the sugar & vanilla and beat until stiff peaks form.
Spoon whipped cream on top of the mini pies (and top with a raspberry if desired). Return to the freezer and let sit until fully frozen, about another 2 hours.

1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1.5 cups | Almond Flour (or Cocount Flour)
2 packets | Splenda (artificial sweetener for taste - not required)
4 tbsp | melted butter
8oz | Cream Cheese (Philadelphia Cream Cheese)
1.5 cups | Heavy Cram
1 box | Jell-O Sugar Free Low Calorie Lemon Gelatin Dessert
1 tsp | Vanilla Extract
1 Lemon | Used only half | Cut and freeze a the rest for garnish
1 can | Whipped Cream (optional)

Eric Lanlard's Florida Key Lime Pie Recipe
Straight from Florida, this is my classic key lime pie recipe... with a buttery base and very zingy lime filling !!
350g digestive biscuits, crushed into crumbs
125g unsalted butter, plus extra for greasing
For the filling:
4 large eggs, separated
400ml full fat condensed milk
Finely grated zest and juice of 4 limes
50g golden caster sugar
Slices of lime
Fresh mint leaves
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/fan 160°C/gas mark 4. Grease a deep 25cm fluted tart tin with a loose bottom.
2. To make the base, mix the biscuit crumbs with the melted butter and press into the prepared tin. If you don’t have one of the latter, use a springform tin of the same size and just press the crumbs two-thirds of the way up the sides.
3. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes then remove from the oven and cool.
4. For the filling, beat the egg yolks in a bowl until light and fluffy, then beat in the condensed milk and lime zest and juice. In another bowl, whisk the egg whites and caster sugar until firm, then gently fold into the lime mixture using a large metal spoon.
5. Completely fill the biscuit case with the lime mixture and bake in the preheated oven, at the same temperature for 20-25 minutes until set and lightly browned around the edges. Leave to cool. It will sink slightly so don’t worry.
6. Loosen the edges of the tart, remove the tin and transfer to a serving plate. Dust the top with icing sugar then decorate with lime slices and fresh mint leaves, and enjoy :)

Being a born and raised Floridian, Key Lime Pie has always been a staple in our home!
The sweet, tangy flavors mixed with the smooth filling and melt in your mouth crust makes for the perfect pie, right? OF COURSE! But, unfortunately it's filled with carbs and sugar!
But don't fret my friends, I think I may have perfected the keto/low carb version!
Watch my video AND follow the instructions and ingredients below to make it yourself :)
For the filling:
3 cups/24 ounces of evaporated milk **homemade or store-bought**
1/2 cup of sour cream
1 cup of swerve granulated sugar or another keto alternative
3/4 key lime juice
2 egg yolks
Zest from 1 lime or key lime
For the whipped cream:
8 oz heavy whipping cream
1 tbsp vanilla
3-4 tbsp of powdered swerve
Preheat oven to 350 degrees!
Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl and beat them on med-high for 2 minutes.
Scrape filling into prepared pie crust (scrape that bowl clean, girl!!!)
Bake for 15-20 minutes and/or until only the filling in the center wiggles when you (gingerly) shake the pan back and forth.
Don't let the pie get sunburt aka don't let it brown in the pan
Let cool on the counter for at a minimum 30 minutes; place in the fridge for at least 3 hours (if you can resist the temptation)
In your mixing bowl, whip the cream on high until stiff peaks begin to form.
Add in vanilla and powdered sugar until well combined
Scrape into pastry bag fitted with decorative tip and decorate your pie!
Sprinkle fresh lime zest over-top.
Keep pie chilled until serving.
