My hubby declared this cinnamon roll coffee cake the best pairing ever for his morning coffee. That's saying a lot since he's real particular about what he pairs with his beloved brew.
I love just about any kind of coffee cake provided it's moist and fluffy, so it wasn't surprising that I fell in love with this cinnamon roll coffee cake so quickly.
It has just the right amount of sweetness and the perfect kind of crumb. Make it.

1/2 cup butter, melted
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
3 cups flour
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 cups milk
Topping:
1 cup butter, melted
1 1/4 cups brown sugar
2 Tbsp flour
1 Tbsp cinnamon
Glaze:
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
4 Tbsp milk
2 tsps vanilla extract
Note: I totally forgot to film the part where i transferred the batter into the pan! So just to clarify, I put the cake batter in a 9x13 inch greased pan, then I topped it off with the topping :)

CAKE:
• 1 1/2 cups butter, softened
• 3 cups white sugar
• 3 large eggs
• 1 1/2 cups sour cream
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 3 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
TOPPING:
• 1/2 cup butter, melted
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 2 tablespoons flour
• 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
GLAZE:
• 2 cups powdered sugar
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
✅Instructions
1️⃣ 00:00:14 - Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9x13 pan.
2️⃣ 00:00:20 - In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar using a hand mixer until creamy. Then mix in eggs, sour cream, and vanilla extract until combined. Beat in 3 cups flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined. Pour into prepared pan.
3️⃣ 00:01:34 - Make the topping in another mixing bowl by whisking together melted butter, brown sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, and cinnamon. Spoon in globs over the top of the cake batter. Then use a butter knife to swirl it into the batter.
4️⃣ 00:02:17 - Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
5️⃣ 00:02:28 - Meanwhile, make the glaze by whisking together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla in another bowl. Drizzle over the cake while it is still warm.

Cake
4 cups All-Purpose Flour
4 teaspoons Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Sugar
2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
2 cups Milk (Use half at a time)
2 Eggs
1/4 cup Melted Butter
Cinnamon Topping
½ cup Softened Butter
½ cup Brown Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Flour
1 tablespoon Ground Cinnamon Powder
½ cup Pecan , Chopped
Cream Cheese Frosting
⅓ cup Powdered Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
4 tablespoon Milk
4 oz cream Cheese , Softened
Steps
Preheat oven to 350 degrees celsius
Make your cake batter
Make your cinnamon topping
Grease pan with either a little butter or baking spray
Pour half of the cake batter in a greased pan
Sprinkle half of the cinnamon topping
Using a knife or fork, to swirl the topping around the batter
Pour the rest of the batter
Spread the rest of the cinnamon topping
Swirl the topping
Bake for 30 minutes
Make the cream cheese frosting
When the cake has cooled, spread frosting over the top of the cake

Ingredients:
Dough:
500 g all-purpose flour
160 ml whole milk, lukewarm
50 g melted butter, room temperature
30 g sugar
7g dry yeast
2 large eggs + 1 egg yolk
pinch of salt
Filling:
150 g butter, room temperature
100 g sugar
2 pcs 3in1 instant coffee
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp vanilla bean powder
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

Cinnamon Roll Coffee Cake -
Ingredients:
Topping/Middle -
1 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
Dough -
3 cups flour
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 cup butter, melted
Glaze -
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons milk
Instructions:
Topping/Middle -
Stir together the brown sugar and cinnamon and set aside
Dough -
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Line 9 x 13 baking dish with parchment paper
Combine the flour, sugar, salt and baking powder in large bowl
Mix together the Greek yogurt, vanilla, eggs and butter
Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix until dough forms
Press half of the mixture into bottom of prepared pan
Sprinkle with half of the brown sugar/cinnamon topping
Drop spoonfuls of the remaining dough over the cinnamon mixture and spread out
Sprinkle with remaining cinnamon mixture
Bake 30 - 35 minutes
Cool
Glaze -
Mix the powdered sugar and milk until combined
Pour over the coffee cake
Enjoy!

Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees F
Batter: Sift and Combine in Large Bowl- 3 cups flour, 1 cup sugar, 4 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp salt
Combine in Small Bowl- 1 & 1/2 cups milk, 2 eggs, 2 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 cup melted butter
Cinnamon Topping: Combine in Small Bowl- 1/2 cup softened butter, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp flour, 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
Cream Cheese Frosting: Combine in Small Bowl- 4oz softened cream cheese, 1/3 cup powdered sugar, 1 tbsp milk, 1/4 tsp salt
1. pour half of the batter into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish
2. swirl in cinnamon topping into the batter
3. pour other half of batter on top
4. bake for 25-30 minutes and let cool
5. drizzle cream cheese frosting on top

How to Make Cinnamon Rolls With Coffee Glaze | No Mixer Recipe
Irresistible soft and yummy cinnamon rolls topped with coffee glaze ????Your friends and family will love these! ???? Easy to follow recipe, no need for a mixer.
INGREDIENTS????
Dough:
2 cups lukewarm milk (37-43˚C)
½ cup sugar
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
2¼ teaspoons yeast
5 cups all-purpose flour (divided into 4 & 1 cup)
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons salt
Filling:
¾ cup brown sugar
¾ cup unsalted butter, softened
2 tablespoons cinnamon powder
Frosting:
¼ cup warm milk
2 teaspoons coffee
2 cups icing sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
PREPARATION????????????
1. Make the dough: In a large bowl, whisk together 2 cups lukewarm milk, ½ cup sugar, and ½ cup melted butter. The mixture should be just warm, around (37-43˚C).
2. Sprinkle the 2¼ tsps yeast over the milk mixture, stir, and let sit in a warm place for about 10 minutes until the yeast has bloomed.
3. Add 4 cups of flour to the milk mixture and stir with a wooden spoon until just combined.
4. Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel or plastic wrap and let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour, until nearly doubled in size.
5. Butter rectangle baking pan 29x45cm and set aside.
6. Make the filling: In a medium bowl, combine ¾ cup brown sugar, ¾ cup butter and 2 tbsps cinnamon. Mix well, then set aside.
7. Remove the plastic wrap from the dough and add 1 cup of flour, 1 tsp baking powder and 2 tsps salt. Stir well, then place onto a clean surface.
8. Knead the dough for at least 10 minutes, adding more flour as necessary, until the dough just loses its stickiness and does not stick to your hands. Use the least amount of flour as necessary
9. Roll the dough out into a large rectangle, about 1 cm thick. Fix the corners with a spatula to make sure they are even.
10. Spread the filling evenly over the dough.
11. Starting from one short end, roll up the dough into a log.
12. Using unflavored dental floss, cut the log into even pieces, about 4cm thick.
13. Place the cinnamon rolls in the prepared pan. Cover with a towel and let rise in a warm place for 45 minutes.
14. Preheat the oven to 350˚F (180˚C).
15. Bake the cinnamon rolls for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
16. While the cinnamon rolls are baking, make the frosting: In a medium bowl, mix ¼ cup warm milk and 2 tsps coffee until granules dissolve. Then add 2 cups icing sugar and 2 tsps vanilla extract until smooth. If it seems too thick, add more milk.
17. When the cinnamon rolls are finished, let it cool for about 10 minutes.
18. Drizzle the frosting over the cinnamon rolls, using a spoon.

- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup melted butter (1/2 of a stick)
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Frosting:
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1-2 tbsp water
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. Whisk dry ingredients in a large bowl. Set aside.
3. Combine wet ingredients in a smaller bowl and stir it into the dry ingredients. Mix in the melted butter.
4. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on top evenly. Use a knife to swirl the brownsugar and cinnamon into the batter evenly.
5. Grease an 8x8 pan and bake for 28-30 min. Cool.
6. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and water until a glaze like frosting forms.
7. Pour desired glaze over cake, cut and enjoy.

Basic Cinnamon Rolls Recipe with Lemon Icing Glaze
Cinnamon rolls with Lemon Icing glaze is one of our kid's favorite pastries. It fills our home with a sweet cinnamon and vanilla scent on top of the scent of the freshly baked bread. Icing is optional, but I decided to add this to the video so you could see how easy it is to make this type of glazed icing.
Cinnamon Rolls Recipe:
Dough:
2 cups flour + a little on the side
200 mL of milk
1 1/2 tsp yeast + 2 tsp sugar
2 egg yolks
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter
2 tsp Himalayan salt (If you are using Iodized salt, use only a pinch or half a tsp)
Filling:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 tbsp cinnamon
a pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla (optional)
Lemon Icing Glaze:
1 cup icing sugar
2 tbsp lemon extract

Cinnamon Roll Cake Loaf Recipe
Get your cinnamon roll fix...in a cake loaf! Sweet moist cinnamon sugar marbled into a simple cake loaf, topped with cream cheese frosting.
Homemade Cinnamon Rolls With TODAY Food
Here is what you'll need!
HOMEMADE CINNAMON ROLLS
Servings: 14
INGREDIENTS
Dough
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
2 cups whole milk, warm to the touch (110-115˚F)
½ cup granulated sugar
1 pack active dry yeast
5 cups flour, divided
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons salt
Filling
¾ cup butter, softened
¾ cup light brown sugar
2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
Frosting
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons whole milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup powdered sugar
PREPARATION
1. Generously butter two disposable foil pie/cake pans.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together warm milk, melted butter, and granulated sugar. The mixture should be just warm, registering between 100-110˚F. If it is hotter, allow to cool slightly.
3. Sprinkle the yeast evenly over the warm mixture and let set for 1 minute.
5. Add 4 cups of all-purpose flour to the milk mixture and mix with a wooden spoon until just combined.
6. Cover the bowl with a towel or plastic wrap and set in a warm place to rise for 1 hour.
7. Preheat oven to 350˚F/180˚C
8. After 1 hour, the dough should have nearly doubled in size. Remove the towel and add an additional ¾ cup of flour, the baking powder, and salt. Stir well, then turn out onto a well-floured surface.
9. Knead the dough lightly, adding additional flour as necessary, until the dough just loses its stickiness and does not stick to the surface.
10. Roll the dough out into a large rectangle, about ½-inch thick. Fix corners to make sure they are sharp and even.
11. Spread the softened butter evenly over the dough.
12. Sprinkle evenly with brown sugar and a generous sprinkling of cinnamon. Press the mixture into the butter.
13. Roll up the dough, forming a log, and pinch the seam closed. Place seam-side down. Trim off any unevenness on either end.
14. Cut the log in half, then divide each half into 7 evenly sized pieces (about 1½ inches thick each).
15. Place 7 cinnamon rolls in each cake pan, one in the center, six around the sides. Cover with plastic wrap and place in a warm place to rise for 30 minutes.
16. Remove plastic wrap. Bake the cinnamon rolls in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
17. While the cinnamon rolls are baking, prepare the frosting. In a medium-size mixing bowl, whisk together cream cheese, butter, vanilla, whole milk, and powdered sugar, until smooth.
18. Remove the cinnamon buns from the oven. While still warm, drizzle evenly with frosting.

Best Cinnamon cake... Have you remembered unique smell of your mother cinnamon cake when you were home after school in cold winter days? Do you want to flash back to these days? Or have you watched cake boss in TV and wants to bake like them? Good, you are definitely on correct recipe. Following ingredients will throw you back or make you feel like cake boss. If you are ready for journey to your old and lovely days, let's go.
Ingredients;
For Cinnamon Filling;
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup (2 sticks) Butter *at room temperature
2 Tbsp All Purpose Flour
2 Tbsp Ground Cinnamon
For Cake Batter;
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Melted Butter
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Baking Soda
3/4 Cup Sugar
2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 Cups Flour
For Topping;
1 Tbsp Butter *at room temperature
4 oz. Cream Cheese (100g) *at room temperature
2 Tbsp Whipping Cream
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Whisk butter and brown sugar at room temperature. Add it flour and cinnamon. Beat your mixture well until having good homogeneous brown view.
For cake batter, beat the eggs and sugar with a hand mixer for 5 minutes. Then add milk, vanilla extract and melted butter and whisk. From this point, you should use whisk, not the hand mixer. Otherwise, your cake will not be fluffy. Add flour, baking powder and baking soda to the mixture.
Oil your pan, pour cake batter into your pan. Put the cinnamon filling and spread it as you watched in the video.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes. Leave the cake to being cooled down for 20 minutes after baking.
For Topping;
Whisk butter and cream cheese in a bowl. Then add the powder sugar, whipping cream and vanilla extract. Mix your all ingredient thoroughly. Keep it in refrigerator until you start your garnishing step.
Decorate your cake as you wish.
Taste is similar to cinnamon rolls huh?

3/4 Su Bardağı Şeker
1 Paket Vanilin yada 2 Çay Kaşığı Vanilya Özü
1.5 Su Bardağı Un
Süsleme İçin:
1 Yemek Kaşığı Oda Sıcaklığında Tereyağı yada Margarin
1 Su Bardağı Pudra Şekeri
Yarım Paket Krem peynir (100g)
2 Yemek Kaşığı Krema
1 Çay Kaşığı Vanilya Özü yada Çeyrek Paket Vanilin
Oda sıcaklığındaki margarin ve esmer şekeri çırpın. Ardından un ve tarçını ekleyin. İyice karıştırın.
Kek hamuru için yumurta ve şekeri 5dk. el mikseri ile çırpın. Ardından süt ve eritilmiş tereyağını ekleyip çırpın. Bu aşamadan sonra artık el mikserini kullanmamalıyız. Aksi halde kekiniz kabarmayacaktır. Vanilin, un, kabartma tozu ve karbonatı eleyerek karışıma ekleyin. Ardından çırpıcı yada spatula yardımıyla karıştırın.
Kaıbınızı yağlayın ve kek harcınızı tepsinize dökün. Üzerine kaşık yardımıyla tarçınlı dolguyu koyun ve videoda görüldüğü gibi yayın.
175°C önceden ısıtılmış fırında 25-30dk. pişirin. Kürdan testi ile kekinizin pişip pişmediğini anlayabilirsiniz. Fakat fırın kapağı sürekli açılmamalıdır.
Süslemesi için oda sıcaklığındaki tereyağı ve krem peyniri ezin. Ardından pudra şekeri krema ve vanilini ekleyip karıştırın. Keki süsleyene kadar buzdolabınızda muhafaza edin.
Kek piştikten sonra 20 dk soğuması için bekleyin. Ardından dilimleyin ve süsleyin.
