The name of this cake is due to the presence of wine. Although I recommend a sweet wine in the video (I used the banana Wine) you can use whatever you prefer.

RECIPE
For the cake -
9 tbsp whole milk
1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
Various colour pastes (red, orange, yellow, green, blue & purple)
750g soft unsalted butter
750g caster sugar
9 large free-range eggs
750g sifted self-raising flour
Butter & flour for preparing the cake tins
For the buttercream -
400g soft unsalted butter
900g sifted icing sugar
5-6 tbs whole milk
½ tsp vanilla extract

Ingredientes:
Bizcocho/Cake/Pastel/Torta????????♀️
1 cajita de bizcocho de chocolate
Sigue las instrucciones en la cajita y añade todos los ingredientes que pide pero reemplaza el agua con café colado a temp ambiente
Añádele 1 cajita pequeña de chocolate instant pudding
Hornea según indicado en la cajita
Chocolate/Coffee Buttercream
2 barras de mantequilla sin sal a temp ambiente
3 y 1/2 tazas de azucar 10X(en polvo)
1/2 taza de chocolate en polvo
5 cucharadas de café colado fuerte a temp ambiente
Italian Buttercream
1 y 3/4 tazas de azúcar granulada
1/2 taza de agua
8 claras de huevos grandes
1 cucharada de vainilla
1 libra de mantequilla
En una olla pones el azúcar y el agua a hervir en alto hasta llegar a 230grados F
Cuando el azúcar esté en aproximadamente 210, comienza a batir las claras para lograr un merengue que haga pico. A los 230 grados exactamente, retira la mezcla de la estufa y comienza a verter en tu mezcladora añadiéndoselo lentamente al merengue. Una vez incorporado, mezcla hasta lograr un merengue suave y sedoso. No le añadas la mantequilla hasta que esté a temp ambiente. Añade la mantequilla poco a poco. Bate por unos minutos más hasta que se espese el Buttercream. Añade la vainilla

How to Make Crème Brûlée with Chef Eric Crowley - Chef Eric's Culinary Classroom/Los Angeles, CA
Hello everyone! Here is my How to Make a Crème Brûlée video! This sweet and simple dessert is one of my favorites! Subscribe to my channel for more how-to videos!

Chef Eric’s Culinary Classroom
Crème Brûlée ----- Yield: 4 Servings
1 pint ----- Cream
5 each ----- Egg Yolks
Pinch ----- Salt
1/2 Cup ----- Sugar
1 teaspoon ----- Vanilla Extract
Method:
1. Preheat an oven to 350 degrees. In a heavy saucepan, scald the cream. While the cream is getting hot, combine the yolks, sugar and salt. Do not whip too vigorously, or too many air bubbles will form.
2. Temper the hot cream into the yolk mixture. Add the vanilla and stir to combine. Strain the mixture and pour the custard into 4 ramekins. Place the ramekins in a roasting pan and pour enough hot water to come halfway up the sides of the ramekins. Lay a piece of foil over the top of the custards and bake for about 30 minutes, or until the custards wobble like gelatin.
3. Remove the custards from the water bath and cool to room temperature. Chill overnight, if possible.
4. Sprinkle an even layer of additional sugar over the top of the chilled custard. With a hand held torch, gently melt the sugar until it starts to turn a deep golden brown. Burning the sugar slightly is O.K. Serve immediately.
Variations:
Mint Crème Brûlée: Add 1/2 cup of chopped fresh mint to the cream before scalding. Strain the mint before proceeding.
Coconut Crème Brûlée: Use coconut milk in place of the cream.

This led Chef Eric to open the Culinary Classroom in 2003, as a place where people with all levels of culinary experience could hone impressive and valuable culinary skills. Chef Eric and the Culinary Classroom have been featured in, and on, major media outlets that include E! Entertainment, KCAL 9 Los Angeles, KTLA 5 Los Angeles, NBC Channel 4 Los Angeles, Channel 11/Good Day LA, ABC, The Hallmark Channel’s Home and Family Show, TruTV, BET, Los Angeles Business Journal and many other publications.
Some of Chef Eric's most popular Professional Programs include his 14-week Master Chef Training Program, his 10-week Master Baking Program and four-week Culinary Basics Series. There are nearly 30 recreational cooking and baking classes, including cooking for couples, Date Night Classes, Cake Decorating Basics, Spectacular Sauces, Wine Pairing classes, Heavenly Cupcakes, Pizza, Candy Making, Sushi Making, Decadent Desserts, Pastas/Sauces, Knife Skills, Candy Making, Fish Favorites, Bread Fundamentals, Indian, Spanish, French, Thai and Italian Cuisine classes and much more. He also does great Team Building Events, Private Parties and very popular Kids Summer Camps.
Many companies and law firms have come to Chef Eric's Culinary Classroom for fun team building events. Taking people out of their daily routine and putting them in a situation where communication and cooperation are vital, is a great way to team-build, says Chef Eric. Throw in the tastes, aromas and beauty of delicious dishes, and you have a fantastic experience. He also hosts private cooking parties for birthdays, anniversaries and other special events.
Chef Eric continues to reside in Southern California, with his wife and business partner Jennie Crowley. In his spare time, he enjoys do-it-yourself home projects, the thrill of attending Grand Prix motor races, listening to jazz, hanging with his two rescue dogs, Basil Boy and Lucey Pickles, and cooking, using the herbs he grows in his garden.
