CAKE:
• 1 1/2 cups butter, softened
• 3 cups white sugar
• 3 large eggs
• 1 1/2 cups sour cream
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 3 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
TOPPING:
• 1/2 cup butter, melted
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 2 tablespoons flour
• 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
GLAZE:
• 2 cups powdered sugar
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
✅Instructions
1️⃣ 00:00:14 - Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9x13 pan.
2️⃣ 00:00:20 - In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar using a hand mixer until creamy. Then mix in eggs, sour cream, and vanilla extract until combined. Beat in 3 cups flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined. Pour into prepared pan.
3️⃣ 00:01:34 - Make the topping in another mixing bowl by whisking together melted butter, brown sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, and cinnamon. Spoon in globs over the top of the cake batter. Then use a butter knife to swirl it into the batter.
4️⃣ 00:02:17 - Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
5️⃣ 00:02:28 - Meanwhile, make the glaze by whisking together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla in another bowl. Drizzle over the cake while it is still warm.

Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees F
Batter: Sift and Combine in Large Bowl- 3 cups flour, 1 cup sugar, 4 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp salt
Combine in Small Bowl- 1 & 1/2 cups milk, 2 eggs, 2 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 cup melted butter
Cinnamon Topping: Combine in Small Bowl- 1/2 cup softened butter, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp flour, 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
Cream Cheese Frosting: Combine in Small Bowl- 4oz softened cream cheese, 1/3 cup powdered sugar, 1 tbsp milk, 1/4 tsp salt
1. pour half of the batter into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish
2. swirl in cinnamon topping into the batter
3. pour other half of batter on top
4. bake for 25-30 minutes and let cool
5. drizzle cream cheese frosting on top

1/4 cup sugar (50g)
1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Streusel Topping
1 1/3 cup all-purpose flour (175g)
1 cup + 2 Tbsp brown sugar packed (225g)
3 Tablespoons granulated sugar
4 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
10 Tablespoons unsalted butter melted (140g)
Glaze (optional)
1/2 cup powdered sugar (65g)
2-3 teaspoons milk

1. 00:12 Preheat oven to 350F and lightly grease and flour a 13x9 baking pan.
2. 00:20 In stand mixer, or using an electric mixer in large bowl, cream together butter and cream cheese.
3. 00:43 Beat in sugars until light and fluffy.
4. 00:56 Add eggs, one at a time, beating until combined. Scrape down sides and bottom of mixing bowl with rubber spatula.
Stir in vanilla extract.
5. 01:09 In a separate, medium-sized bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cornstarch and salt.

Cake ingredients:
3 C. Flour
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 C. Sugar
4 tsp. Baking powder
1 1/2 C. Milk
2 eggs
2 tsp. Vanilla
***reserve*** 1 stick melted butter/margarine
Topping:
1 cup (2 sticks softened butter/margarine)
1 cup brown sugar
2 TBS flour
1 TBS cinnamon
Icing:
2 cup powdered sugar
5 TBS milk
1 tsp vanilla
In mixing bowl: add all cake ingredients **except melted butter***
Mix until smooth. Stir in melted butter. Pour batter into greased 9x13.
Stir together brown sugar, softened margarine, flour, and cinnamon. Dollop on top of batter and swirl with butter knife.
Bake at 350° 28-32 minutes. Cool at least 15 minutes before icing cake.
Whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla. Pour over cake. Let it sit for a few minute to hard the glaze slightly.

Cake
1. For the cake, sift the flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda and allspice. In a separate bowl, whisk the melted butter, sugar, sour cream, eggs and vanilla. Stir this into the flour mixture until evenly blended. Spread half of the batter into the prepared pan and sprinkle half of the streusel on top. Use a skewer or paring knife to swirl the streusel in a bit. Top with the remaining batter, spread and then top the cake with the remaining streusel, giving the cake another little swirl.
2. Bake the cake for 45 to 55 minutes, until a tester inserted in the centre of the cake comes out clean. Cool the cake in the pan to room temperature before slicing.
3. The cake will keep, well wrapped and unrefrigerated for up to 3 days.

1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (3.4 ounce) package instant butterscotch pudding mix
4 eggs
1 cup water
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan, or a 10 inch Bundt cake pan.
In a medium bowl, stir together the cake mix, vanilla pudding mix, and butterscotch pudding mix. Add the eggs, oil and water, mix until well blended. In another bowl, stir together the brown sugar, cinnamon and nuts. Pour half of the batter into the pan, spread evenly. Sprinkle with half of the nut mixture. Cover with the rest of the batter, and sprinkle with the rest of the nut mixture.
Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven, then turn the oven down to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) and bake for an additional 35 to 40 minutes.

Cinnamon Roll Glaze
Perhaps my favorite part of the cake is being able to make this glaze. Everyone knows that the best part of cinnamon rolls is the glaze. Who doesn’t lick their fingers after they’ve added the glaze to the cake? Using powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla, you will be able to make this glaze quickly.
Simply take a small bowl and whisk these ingredients together. Keep whisking until the glaze is smooth and easy enough to drizzle over the cake.
If you drizzle the glaze on when it is warm it will soak in slightly and be utterly delicious!
Ingredients
For the cake:
3 cups flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 cup butter (melted)
For the cinnamon swirl:
1 cup butter (softened)

For the topping, mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
Drop or pour (depending on how soft the butter is) evenly over the batter and swirl with a knife.
Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk and vanilla until smooth.
Drizzle the glaze over the warm cake.
Serve the cake warm.

RECIPE FOR THE COFFEE CAKE!
(Filling + Topping)
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
4 tbsp oil or butter
1 tbsp cinnamon
(Cake)
1 egg
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup oil (I use grape seed oil)
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
3 tbsp vanilla pudding mix
*Pre-heat and bake at 325 F for about 50 mins, keep an eye on your cake. It'll be ready when it puffs up and the edges turn golden brown.

For the Cream Cheese Frosting

Vanilla powder 1/2 tsp or vanilla extract 1 tsp
A pinch of salt to balance the sweetness
If you want more thinner frosting, you can add 1-2 tbsp milk into it

How to Make Coffee Cake - Moist Cake Recipe
Soft, fluffy cake with a gooey cinnamon center and golden, buttery crumble. 3 layers of decadence that pairs perfectly with coffee or tea and served as breakfast, snack or dessert.

Ingredients
1½ c unbleached flour
2 ts baking powder
½ ts fine salt
¼ c canola/veggie/coconut/grape seed oil
½ c brown sugar
1 ts vanilla extract
1 room temperature egg
¾ c whole or buttermilk
Filling
½ c brown sugar
1½ ts cinnamon
Crumble
⅓ c unbleached flour
½ c sugar
¼ ts fine salt
¼ c unsalted, softened butter
¾ ts cinnamon
Instructions
In the first bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
In the second bowl, whisk together the oil, sugar, vanilla, egg, and milk until foamy.
Slowly combine the 2 bowls {sprinkle the first/dry bowl in thirds into the second/wet bowl. Do not over mix}
In a greased cake pan, spoon in half the batter.
Sprinkle with the brown sugar and cinnamon mixture and spread the rest of the batter evenly on top.
To make the crumble, combine everything together {it's important that the butter be soft} and dot generously on top of the cake.
Bake at 350 for 17-21 minutes.
Cool and allow to set before slicing/serving.

Cake Ingredients:
2 cups – almond flour
1 tsp – baking powder
1/4 tsp – salt

No one will believe this superb and delicious Cinnamon Crumble coffee cake is from a rice cooker! For those outside of America, a coffee cake is a generalized term, similar to tea cake, where the cake is served with coffee. The cake may not contain any coffee. It's light and crumbly with just the right amount of sweetness to pair with your favorite hot cup coffee or tea. So, enjoy it! I did. I made two! And, this is a first attempt at ASMR video. EASY RICE COOKER CAKE RECIPES: Cinnamon Crumble Cake | Cinnamon Streusel Coffee Cake | Tea Cake
INGREDIENTS:
CRUMBLE TOPPING:
• 1/4 cup (50g) WHITE SUGAR
• 1/8 tsp SALT
• 1 1/2 tsp (3g) GROUND CINNAMON
• 1/2 cup (70g) ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
• 2 tbsp (30g) UNSALTED BUTTER (melted)
FILLING:
• 1/4 cup (40g) BROWN SUGAR (packed)
• 2 tsp (5g) GROUND CINNAMON
• 1/2 tsp (1g) COCOA POWDER (packed; optional for color)
CAKE:
• 1/2 cup (100g) WHITE SUGAR
• 1/4 tsp SALT
• 2 tbsp (20g) BROWN SUGAR
• 1 tsp (4g) BAKING POWDER
• 1 tsp (4g) VANILLA EXTRACT
• 4 tbsp (60g) UNSALTED BUTTER (room temp)
• 1 EGG (room temp)
• 1/3 cup (80ml) MILK (room temp)
• 3 tbsp (45g) SOUR CREAM (plain yogurt/curd, room temp)
• 1 cup (140g) ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
HOW TO:
1. Make sure these ingredients are at room temperature: milk, sour cream, butter and egg. Measure the amount needed and let them sit at room temperature for about 1 hour
2. In a bowl, mix the crumble topping ingredients together then set aside
3. In another bowl, mix the filling ingredients together then set aside
4. In a large mixing bowl, beat sugars, baking powder, vanilla extract and until until combined, about 1-2 minutes
5. Add the egg and beat for 1 minute or until white color
6. Add sour cream into the milk and whisk until smooth
7. Add the flour and milk, in thirds, into the batter, gently mixing between each add. Batter will be thick, creamy and airy
8. Line or oil and flour your pot or pan. Pour half of the batter in and spread it onto the bottom as much as possible
9. Sprinkle the filling mixture evenly on top, shake and tap to distribute as needed
10. Add all the batter and spread evenly over the filling
11. Top with the crumble topping, distributing evenly. Put a swirl to break up the filing line in the middle, if you want to. It's optional
12. Cover with a paper towel and bake for 2 -3 Bake Cycles (1 hr 30 min). Rice cooker varies so check at 2 bake cycles and bake longer if needed
13. Cool completely, about 40-60 minutes before cutting. If you like it sweeter, drizzle on a sugar glaze (1 cup icing sugar + 1 tbsp milk)
OVEN BAKING:
Bake in a greased and floured a 9 in. pan, in pre-heated oven of 350F (175C) for 50-60 minutes. Ovens varied so check around 50 minutes and bake longer as needed

Ingredients:
1 cup maida (all purpose flour)
1/2 cup super fine sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup warm milk
1/4 cup melted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
FUDGE SAUCE:
1/2 cup caster sugar + 1/2 cup brown sugar
3 tbsp cocoa powder
1+1/4 cup boiling water
RECIPE NOTES-
This recipe is super quick. But just a few points to keep in mind so that you get all that beautiful gooeyness from the cake-
While mixing the dry ingredients for the cake batter, if your cocoa powder is lumpy, you can sift it in instead of simply adding it. Sifting will help remove all the lumps and give a smooth batter.
While pouring over boiling water, make sure to not mix it in. let the water just sit and the cake will bake beautifully.
When the cake is in the oven, check for the jiggly centre after 35 minutes of baking. If you think the cake is too liquidy from the centre, then you can bake it for an additional 10 minutes.
If you want to enhance the chocolate flavor even more, you can add 1/4tsp of coffee powder into the boiling water and then bake this cake.

Ingredients
4,5 x 9 inch (11,5 x 22,5 cm) loaf pan
Dough:
3 cups (450 g) All Purpose Flour + extra for dusting
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ cup or 3 ½ tablespoons (50 g) Sugar
2 ½ teaspoon (5 g) Active Dry Yeast
2/3 cup (140-160 ml) Milk, lukewarm
¼ cup (60 g) Unsalted Butter, melted
2 Eggs, beaten
Filling:
1/3 cup (70 g) Unsalted Butter, softened at room temperature
2/3 cup (100 g) Dark Brown Muscovado Sugar
1 big tablespoon (8 g) Ground Cinnamon (according to your taste)
Directions:
In a large bowl whisk together flour and salt. Add sugar, active dry yeast and combine.
In a medium size bowl combine the wet ingredients: lukewarm milk, melted butter and beatn eggs.
Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients in two times and mix with a spatula until almoust combine; then start kneading with your hands until it pulls away from the edges of the bowl (about 1 minute):
- if the dough is too wet, you can add some extra flour; if it’s too dry you can add some extra lukewarm milk (every flour works in different way, so consider that you have to reach the consistency tof the dough that you see in the video). You’ll get a soft and little bit sticky dough ball.
Cover with plastic wrap and a tea towel; let it rise in a warm place* until it double in size (about 1 ½ hour).
*If you live in a hot climate, you can let it rise at room temperature; if you live in a cold climate you can turn on the oven for 5 minute at 480° F (250° C), then turn it off and let rise the dough in the warm oven.
Meanwhile prepare the filling:
in a medium size bowl combine the softened butter with sugar and cinnamon until creamy.
On a floured surface, roll the dough to a rectangle about 20 x 14 inch (50 x 35 cm).
Spread evenly the butter and cinnamon mixture, then cut into 6 long strips.
Stack three strips on top of each other to get 2 stacks of three strips.
Cut each stack into 4 squares.
Transfer every square stack to a loaf pan - 4,5 x 9 inch (11,5 x 22,5 cm) - lined with parchment paper and greased. Spread apart every layer with your hands.
Cover with a tea towel and let it rise at room temperature for about 30 minutes (you can also place it in the refrigerator and bake it the day after).
Brush the top of the bread with beaten egg and Bake in preheated oven at 350° F (180° C) for about 30-35 minutes (or until a toothpick comes out clean). After 20 minutes baking, you can cover the top with aluminium foil to prevent burnt.
While it’s still hot, you can brush it with melted butter (optional).
Serve it warm.
