This is a smooth, slightly sweet drink with a delicate flavor of whiskey. Pay attention to the introduction. I show the Todd Wilbur book from which I took the recipe. He uses instant coffee, not brewed. So if you have a problem with that, complain to the author, not me.

Our favorite Mix Master Johnny is back with yet another strong SNEAKY drink for you to enjoy with your friends and family. I think you will find that this one particularly useful. We all like and especially our female friends like to have a bit of Bailey's Irish Cream now and again. The only problem with Bailey's is that for the price it lacks a bit in the flavor department and alcohol strength. Fear not my friends, DJs BrewTube has the answer, Homemade Bailey's Irish Cream. But DJ, I don't know how to make Homemade Bailey's you say. Well watch this video and learn. Anyway, I hope you enjoy the video and the drink. RECIPE follows.
Homemade Bailey's Irish Cream RECIPE:
1) 1/2 - Bottle of Jameson Irish Whiskey
2) 1 - Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
3) 4 - Large Whole Eggs
4) 2 Tbsp. Hershey's Chocolate Syrup
5) 1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
6) 2 Tsp. Inst. Espresso Disolved. in Hot Water
7) 1 - Cup of Heavy Cream
Prep. = Combine All & Blend for - 1 Min & ENJOY!!!!
1. I have found that this and all homemade Bailey’s or Coquito recipes taste best if you can make them a day or two in advance. This gives the flavors time to integrate and makes for a tastier drink.
2. Shake bottle before serving.
3. Store in any unused portion in a refrigerator. If any is left.
▲RAW EGGS Note: If raw eggs are a concern, use this alternate method: whisk the egg yolks and evaporated milk in a small metal bowl fitted over a small pot of water. Bring the water to a simmer. Stir the mixture until it thickens enough to coat the spoon and the temperature is 160°F. Pour the mixture into a blender with the remaining ingredients and blend until frothy. Pour into a glass pitcher and refrigerate until well-chilled. Serve with a pinch of cinnamon.

3/4 cup whisky
1 tin/395g sweetened condensed milk
400ml thickened cream
2 TBS chocolate sauce/topping
1 TSP coconut essence
All music used is Royalty-Free from:
Four DIY Liqueurs
Here are the recipes:
4 DIY LIQUEURS
4 oz. (120 ml) Rum
50g Dark Chocolate (70%)
75g Powdered Sugar
3 1/2 oz. (105ml) Cream
2 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1. In a pan, mix together cream, powdered sugar and cocoa powder. Heat over low.
2. Slowly add the dark chocolate and stir gently until melted. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
3. Add rum to mix and stir until smooth. Pour mix into bottle and store in the refrigerator. Enjoy responsibly!
NUTELLA CREME LIQUEUR
8 oz. (240ml) Vodka
6 oz. (180ml) Heavy Whipping Cream
1/2 Cup Nutella (Room Temperature)
1/4 Cup Sugar
1/2 Tsp Vanilla extract
1. In a saucepan whisk together nutella, sugar and vanilla. Cook over medium heat slowly adding whipping cream. Gently combine until smooth and creamy.
2. Continue to heat until it begins to simmer. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
3. Whisk in vodka, pour mix into bottle and refrigerate. Enjoy responsibly!
6 oz. (180ml) Irish Whiskey
4 oz. (120ml) Cream
7 oz. (210ml) Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 1/2 Tbsp Chocolate Syrup
1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 Tsp Instant Coffee
1. Add all ingredients to a blender and mix until just combined.
2. Strain mix if needed.
3. Pour mix into bottle, seal and store in the refrigerator. Enjoy responsibly!
6 oz. (180ml) Vodka
1/4 Cup Instant Coffee
8 oz. (240ml) Boiling Water
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup White Sugar
1/4 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1. Place coffee and water into a large bowl and stir. Add sugars and stir again until cooled slightly.
2. Add vodka and vanilla and stir again. Cover and allow to sit at room temperature for two weeks. Stir every now and then.
3. Strain mix into bottle and refrigerate. Enjoy responsibly!

Homemade Irish Cream Recipe - extremely easy, delicious and creamy Irish cream made at home that tastes pretty much like the real thing. I have made this with Irish whiskey, Scotch, Jack Daniels and bourbon and believe that best (hands down) is Irish whiskey. This is a nice gift from your kitchen for these gift giving days to come!

Makes about five cups
1- 14 ounce (397 grams) can of sweetened condensed milk
1 ½ cups (375 ml) of Irish whiskey
½ cup (125 ml) heavy cream
½ cup (125 ml) whole milk
1 TBS (15 ml) chocolate syrup
1 tsp. (5 ml) instant coffee
1 tsp. (5 ml) vanilla extract
¼ tsp. (1.25 ml) almond extract
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Transfer to a glass container and keep refrigerated. Shake before serving.
