Copycat Bailey's Irish Cream - how to make it at home
This replaces an earlier version, made a little better with better ingredients. This is a smooth, slightly sweet drink with a delicate flavor of whiskey. Note: I leave near Costco where I can buy a 1.75L bottle of Kirkland Signature brand Irish Cream Liqueur (supposedly made by the Bailey's company) for about $15. It's good, but when I want something special to share with friends who come to visit around the holidays, I make my own. And some people tell me my videos have an ASMR quality.
Best Homemade Baileys Irish Cream Whiskey Recipe from Loretta's Kitchen
This is a quick & cheap way of making your own Irish Cream Whiskey. So yum (better than store bought in my opinion) and makes a great gift idea. I'm making it for Easter gifts, also great for St Patricks Day celebrations. Save money and you can make this in just a few minutes. Delicious:-)
The Best Baileys Irish Cream clone. Less than $5.00 for 750ml
This is my easy recipe for an awesome version of Irish Cream. I use less ingredients than most you will find on YouTube. YOU WILL LOVE IT !! I hope you enjoy this video as much as I enjoyed making it for you.
How To Make Home Made Baileys : Better Than The Real Thing
Ok, I will admit it. I used to LOVE Baileys, so I am pretty excited to try my hand at making some.
So how do you make Baileys Irish Cream? I scoured the internet and found a promising-looking recipe. But I am not happy with that. Let's make it, taste it & improve on it!
Thats right you get 2 for one today, two recipes. Then a BJCP judge is going to taste it and see which he prefers. Spoiler, it's not the baileys.

Irish Cream Recipe
Around St. Patrick's Day, Baileys Irish Cream always seems to make a comeback. In today's video, Chef Jason Hill shares his favorite homemade Irish Cream recipe.
This homemade Irish cream liqueur is great mixed into an Irish Cream Cake or served over vanilla or coffee ice cream. You can also use it to make Irish cream coffee by adding 1-2 ounces to each cup of hot brewed coffee.
This recipe came from my mom, so I hope you enjoy it!
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
2 tablespoons vanilla
1 3 /4 tablespoons water
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
1 cup Irish whiskey such as Jamesons or Bushmills
2 caps (1/2 ounce) Brandy
1 cup whipping cream
Blend eggs, chocolate syrup, vanilla and water in a blender or whip well in a mixer. Add condensed milk, whiskey and brandy by blending in blender quickly. Blend in unwhipped cream, just blending. Do not overmix.
Refrigerate 24 hours. This allows the flavors to meld and helps the alcohol cook the egg.
This Irish cream liqueur will keep about 2 months in the refrigerator. Enjoy! SUBSCRIBE!

Homemade Irish Creme Recipe Noreen's Kitchen
Greetings! Happy St. Patrick's Day when everyone is a little bit Irish, including me who does not have one drop in my heritage! Rick on the other hand is Irish on his Mother's side.
So for this special St. Paddy's day video we are making our own version of homemade Irish Creme Liqueur. This is super simple to make and you can make a lot for a little bit of money and certainly less than you can buy a standard sized bottle at the store. You will love the creamy richness of this drink and you will find yourself making it over and over again.
This is easy to make with easily sourced ingredients. You can use any whiskey that is in your budget, but remember, the Irish whiskey is going to be a bit smoother. It is a bit more expensive and I understand all about that.
So you can mix this up in your blender, pour it into a bottle and keep it in your fridge for up to two months (if it last that long! LOL!). You can give this as great gifts for the holidays but please be sure to let your friends and family know that they need to store it in the fridge. This will spoil if allowed to get too warm on the counter. It does have heavy cream in it after all!
I hope you give this simple beverage recipe a try and I hope you love it!
I wish you all the luck of this Irish this day can bring!

How To Make EASY Kick Ass Homemade Baileys Irish Cream / RECIPE INCLUDED / DJs BrewTube
Our favorite Mix Master Johnny is back with yet another strong SNEAKY drink for you to enjoy with your friends and family. I think you will find that this one particularly useful. We all like and especially our female friends like to have a bit of Bailey's Irish Cream now and again. The only problem with Bailey's is that for the price it lacks a bit in the flavor department and alcohol strength. Fear not my friends, DJs BrewTube has the answer, Homemade Bailey's Irish Cream. But DJ, I don't know how to make Homemade Bailey's you say. Well watch this video and learn. Anyway, I hope you enjoy the video and the drink. RECIPE follows.
Homemade Bailey's Irish Cream RECIPE:
1) 1/2 - Bottle of Jameson Irish Whiskey
2) 1 - Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
3) 4 - Large Whole Eggs
4) 2 Tbsp. Hershey's Chocolate Syrup
5) 1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
6) 2 Tsp. Inst. Espresso Disolved. in Hot Water
7) 1 - Cup of Heavy Cream
Prep. = Combine All & Blend for - 1 Min & ENJOY!!!!
1. I have found that this and all homemade Bailey’s or Coquito recipes taste best if you can make them a day or two in advance. This gives the flavors time to integrate and makes for a tastier drink.
2. Shake bottle before serving.
3. Store in any unused portion in a refrigerator. If any is left.
▲RAW EGGS Note: If raw eggs are a concern, use this alternate method: whisk the egg yolks and evaporated milk in a small metal bowl fitted over a small pot of water. Bring the water to a simmer. Stir the mixture until it thickens enough to coat the spoon and the temperature is 160°F. Pour the mixture into a blender with the remaining ingredients and blend until frothy. Pour into a glass pitcher and refrigerate until well-chilled. Serve with a pinch of cinnamon.
✪Warning: This is a strong SNEAKY drink. Enjoy responsibly.

Irish Cream | Easy Liqueur Recipe | Homemade Bailey's
My neighbor knows how much I love to cook, and she frequently gifts me cookbooks and other cooking paraphernalia. Last Christmas she gave me a cookbook filled with recipes from my own locale. And we are making a delicious Irish whiskey liqueur recipe from it first. The original recipe is exceedingly sweet, so try at your own risk. Bottoms up, hon.
2 whole eggs, 100g
14 ounces, 396g, sweetened condensed milk
1 cup, 226g, heavy cream
3 tablespoons, 45g, chocolate syrup
10 ounces,300ml, Irish whiskey
3 ounces, 90ml, light rum
½-1 teaspoon instant coffee
Blend all ingredients on low speed for 1 minute or until completely blended. Liqueur can be consumed immediately but it's best to let it sit for a few hours or overnight in the fridge so the alcohol can calm down. Serve over ice or chilled.

Homemade Baileys Irish Cream
Homemade Baileys can taste better than the real one, is perfect to finish off a dinner party with, or for a nightcap and it is simple to make, just hope you aren’t counting calories, although you can use light cream and skim condensed milk to save a few.
1 1/4 cups scotch
600 ml thickened cream
1 tin condensed milk
1 teaspoon coconut essence, or vanilla
2 tablespoons Cadbury’s Chocolate Drinking Powder, or chocolate topping
1 egg – optional
Note: you can omit the egg if raw eggs concern you.
Put everything in the blender and pulse for a minute or two.
Pour into a jug or glass bottle and refrigerate.
When ready to drink serve over ice in a glass.
Note: The Baileys will thicken quite a bit in the fridge and should keep fine for up to month or so, but ours is generally consumed the same night or within the week, depends if I have to share.
