How to make Bailey's Irish Cream at home
This is a smooth, slightly sweet drink with a delicate flavor of whiskey. Pay attention to the introduction. I show the Todd Wilbur book from which I took the recipe. He uses instant coffee, not brewed. So if you have a problem with that, complain to the author, not me.

This is a quick & cheap way of making your own Irish Cream Whiskey. So yum (better than store bought in my opinion) and makes a great gift idea. I'm making it for Easter gifts, also great for St Patricks Day celebrations. Save money and you can make this in just a few minutes. Delicious:-)

How to make Kahlua coffee liqueur at home
This is a simple recipe with only a few ingredients. There are many recipes for the liqueur on the Internet, some of which make some very strong booze. I tried to get as close to original Kahlúa as I could, with the same alcohol content and texture.

Homemade Limoncello - Italian lemon liqueur recipe
Limoncello, so easy to make - result ensured for this typical Italian liqueur recipe.
You just need good lemons and pure alcool. Forget about the commercial Limoncello you find in the stores, you will make it 10 times better! Trust me!
Ingredients for 1.25 lt (0.33 gl) of Limoncello
0.5 lt (0,13 gl) of pure Alcool
0.75 lt (0,20 gl) of water
250 gr (8.81 oz) of sugar
5 lemons bio
Peal 5 lemons. Put the peals in a big jar and pour in it half liter of pure alcool (95°).
Let the peals rest in the alcool for 10 days (shake every 2/3 days).
Past 10 days, warm 0.75 lt of water and melt 250 gr of sugar in it. Let this sirup cool down.
Once the sirup is cold, pour in it the alcool (that now turned yellow) with the lemon peals.
Give a good mix and the limoncello is ready to go into a bottle. Use a strainer for this last step to avoid any peals into the Limoncello.

How to make Сherry liqueur at home? Simple and proven recipe.
Flavoured and sweet cherry liqueur
Cherries - 2 kg, with or without stone
Sugar - 1 kg
Vodka or alcohol - 0,5 L.
cinnamon - 10 g.
nutmeg - 3-4 g
vanilla sugar - 5 g
Wash and put cherries into the jars and slightly squash them, then put sugar, spices, mix and leave for about 8 days in warm sunny place till sugar is fully dissolved. Shake it sometimes..
Afterwards add alcohol and let it stand in the dark place for 2 weeks. Then filter it through the cheese cloth and press the rests of liqueur from cherries. Liqueur must stand for about 7 days till cipitating.
Cherry liqueur has rich cherry aroma and taste, it goes light, it’s sweet, stiff and it goes very good with cocktails and desserts. You won’t feel any alcohol in the taste, so you may make it stronger by using of cognac.
