How to make Creamy Garlic Sauce with recipe and instructions. Creamy Garlic Sauce is something I've been making for a long time, with every time making it, I experiment with new flavours. I have come up with this recipe and believe it is one of the best. This is a must-try recipe. This sauce is perfect over Steak, Chicken, Fish, Vegetables, Pie's and used as a pasta sauce. This recipe is extremely versatile. Enjoy!
Serves - 4
Ingredients -
1 Tbsp (14ml) - Olive Oil
2 Tbsp (28g) - Clarified Unsalted Butter
1 - Small to Medium Sized Brown Onion, Finely Diced
3 Large Cloves - Garlic, Thinly Sliced (6 - 7 Cloves if you like it very strong)
2 Tbs (4g) - Flat Leaf Parsley, Chopped
2 tsp (3g) - Thyme, Chopped
2 Tbs - White Wine (Use a cheap White Wine, I used Sauvignon Blanc) It can be substituted for Vegetable Stock or Chicken Stock.
400ml - Full Fat Cream (Thickened Cream)
Salt & Pepper To Taste

Herb Crusted Lamb Chops with Chef Zevi
Acclaimed Brooklyn based chef Zevi Weisz presents his recipe for Herb Crusted Rack of Lamb with a Sweet Potato Puree - the perfect recipe for any special occasion.
Chef Zevi dives deep into technique in this video, breaking down the key components to the seasoning and the sear. The lightly seasoned lamb is coupled with a cilantro-based herb crusting, creating a delicate blend of flavor and texture. The lamb is served with an exquisite finishing touch - a beautiful sweet potato puree smear and artful plating.
You will need:
Whole rack of lamb
1 tbsp salt & pepper
1 bunch thyme
3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp mustard
½ cup Panko bread crumbs
Parsley, mint, cilantro and thyme (few sprigs)
1 package Birdsboro beef fry
1½ lb tomatillos
½ cup white onion (chopped)
2 cloves garlic
½ cup cilantro
1 tbsp lime juice
2 jalapeños
4 medium sweet potatoes (peeled & cubed)
2 cup Soy milk
2 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
1 tsp cinnamon
Chives (garnish)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Heat oil in a cast iron skillet on high. Season lamb with salt & pepper and place in the hot skillet, sear sides until crispy. Remove from skillet and place onto a baking sheet. Cook beef in fry oil and then set aside.
In separate bowl combine bread crumbs, thyme, parsley, mint and cilantro. Paint with mustard and cover in crumb mixture. Bake in oven for 5-6 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan, add tomatillos and
sear until brown on both sides. Blend tomatillos, lime juice, onion, garlic, cilantro and jalapeños. Add salt to taste and let cool in the fridge.
Boil sweet potatoes in soy milk until tender. Season with salt, pepper and cinnamon and blend until smooth.
Top with beef fry and serve.

AIR FRYER BLUEBERRY MUFFINS
Makes 3
*Print Muffin Recipe Here*
INGREDIENTS:
1 egg
1/3 cup (65g) of sugar
1/3 cup (80 ml) of oil
2 tbsp (30ml) water
¼ tsp (1.25ml) vanilla extract
1 tsp (5 ml) lemon zest
2/3 cup (80g) flour
1/2 tsp (2.5ml) baking powder
Pinch of salt
½ cup (75g) of blueberries
METHOD:
Mix together the wet ingredients and the zest. Set aside.
In a smaller bowl whisk together the dry ingredients. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
Line 1 cup oven-safe ramekins with parchment jumbo muffins papers. Scoop batter into papers with an ice cream scoop.
Air fry at 350F(175C) for 15-17 minutes
BROCCOLI AND CHEDDAR QUICHE
Makes 1
INGREDIENTS:
1 egg
3-4 tbsp (45ml-60ml) of heavy cream
4-5 tiny broccoli florets
1 tbsp (15ml) finely grated cheddar cheese
METHOD:
Whisk together egg and cream. Lightly grease a 5” (13cm) ceramic quiche dish. Distribute broccoli florets on the bottom. Pour in egg mixture. Top with grated cheddar cheese.
Air fry at 325F (162C) for 10 minutes.
AIR FRYER GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICH
Makes 1
INGREDIENTS:
2 slices of white sandwich bread
3 slices of cheese (cheddar, Swiss. Mozzarella)
1 tbsp (15ml) melted butter
METHOD:
Brush melted butter on one side of each slice of bread. Flip bread over. Place cheese inside, create a sandwich and place in the air fryer.
Fry at 350F (176C) for 10 minutes.
BAKLAVA BITES
Makes 4
INGREDIENTS:
4 stacks of 8 sheets of filo dough measuring 4 x 4 inches (10cm x 10cm)
¼ cup (40g) chopped walnuts
1 tsp (5ml) Honey
Cinnamon to taste
Orange zest to taste
2 tbsp (30ml) melted butter
1 tbsp (10g) chopped pistachios
METHOD:
Brush every 2nd sheet of filo dough with melted butter. Place a mound of chopped walnuts in the center. Drizzle the honey on top of the nuts. Then add the cinnamon and orange zest.
Bring the corners together and press down into the honey to stick and form a “purse”.
Place in the air fryer at 375F (176C) for 6-8 minutes until golden brown. Garnish with chopped pistachios. Serve with more honey if desired.
AIR FRYER CHICKEN TENDERS
Makes 8
INGREDIENTS:
1 lb (450g) Chicken Tenderloin
Salt chicken to taste
2 eggs
2/3 cup (40g) panko bread crumbs
½ cup (75g) Italian style bread crumbs
1/3 cup (30g) freshly grated parmesan cheese
Olive oil spray
Garnish:
Sea salt flakes and fresh parsley
FOR HONEY MUSTARD:
¼ cup (60ml) of mayonnaise
2 tbsp (30ml) Dijon Mustard
2 tsp (10ml) honey
METHOD:
In a small bowl add all ingredients and whisk. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
FOR RANCH DRESSING:
1 ½ cup (350 ml) of fat-free yogurt
1 cup (240 ml) of low-fat buttermilk
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp (5 ml) celery salt
½ tsp (2.5 ml) garlic salt
Fresh cracked pepper
1 tbsp (15 ml) fresh chives
1 tbsp (15 ml) fresh dill
1 tbsp (15 ml) fresh parsley
METHOD:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend! Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
METHOD:
Whisk eggs in a bowl. Set aside. Combine bread crumbs, panko bread crumbs and cheese in another bowl. Set aside.
Salt the chicken tenders on both sides.
Dip chicken in egg then bread crumb mixture. Transfer to a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
Fry chicken at 350F (175C) for 12 minutes. Keep warm in a 250F (125C) oven on a sheet pan with a rack.
Serve with dipping sauces or allow to cool and place in a resealable freezer bag and freeze to heat up later in the air fryer at 400F for 10 mins.
AIR FRYER POTATO WEDGES
Serves 2
INGREDIENTS:
1 russet potato
1 tbsp(15ml) olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp (15ml) chopped rosemary
¼ cup (60ml) ketchup
¼ tsp (1.25ml)smoked paprika
METHOD:
Slice potato in half. Then slice each half in quarters. Then slice each quarter into ¼ thick potato wedge slices.
Place potatoes in a bowl. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper and rosemary. Place in a single layer in the air fryer.
Fry at 350F (175C) for 17-20 minutes.

Ingredients/ Zutaten:
4 pcs Porksteaks ( Schweinesteaks)
300g mushrooms ???? (Champignons)
2 Tbsp Oil , divide (2 Esslöffel Öl)
1 Tbsp Butter, divide ( 1 Esslöffel Butter)
Handful parsley (Petersilie)
Handful Dill
Handful chives or green onions ( Frühlingszwiebeln)
2-3 gloves garlic ( Knoblauchzehen)
200g all purpose Cream ( Schlagsahne)
Salt and pepper to taste. ( Salz und Pfeffer)
How to Make:
1. Heat a large heavy skillet over medium heat and add 1/2 Tbsp butter and 1 Tbsp oil. Once oil is hot, add thickly sliced mushrooms and season with garlic and salt. Let mushrooms sizzle about 3 min, stirring occasionally until they are golden brown then remove to a plate.
2. Season Steaks all over with garlic and salt. In the same pan over medium heat, add another 1/2 Tbsp butter and 1 Tbsp oil. Add Steaks and fry for about 5 minutes every side in medium high heat.
3. Add minced garlic and sauté 30 seconds, stirring frequently until garlic is fragrant. Add chopped dill, parsley, green onion to the pan and sauté/stir another 1 minute to soften herbs.
4. Return mushrooms to the pan then stir in all purpose cream or heavy whipping cream. Bring to a light boil and continue to cook 2 min until sauce is slightly thickened then remove from heat. Sauce will thicken more as it cools. Season with more garlic salt, to taste if needed.

For the Sumac Fries:
3 Russet Potatoes rinsed and peeled
Enough ghee or beef tallow for frying - see instructions
2 teaspoons Sumac or to taste
Sea Salt to taste
1 tablespoon Parsley chopped
For the Umami Ketchup Dip:
⅓ cup Ketchup
1 tablespoon BBQ Sauce
1 teaspoon Soy Sauce naturally-brewed
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
¼ teaspoon Red Chili Flakes or to taste
For the Sour Cream and Garlic Chive Dip:
½ cup Sour Cream

CREAMY HORSERADISH SAUCE!! PERFECT FOR STEAK!!
Happy Memorial Day! The time and date of this post will reflect that we are observing Memorial Day here in the United States. This is the unofficial kick off of summer. Traditionally, a time of graduations, the end of the traditional school calendar and the start of family vacations and fun in the sun and that includes barbecues and grilling out! Today we are sharing a delicious, quick and easy recipe for a creamy horseradish sauce that will be the perfect accompaniment for all those steaks you are going to throw on the grill this summer! This is steakhouse worthy and amps up your BBQ cred for sure. I know you and your family are going to love this!
Horseradish has long been a favorite of mine. I grew up having it in the fridge. Mom would use it to mix with mayo for a sandwich spread for a tender roast beef sandwich, she would also toss a spoonful or two into some mashed potatoes for a delicious kick. My favorite way to enjoy horseradish though, is just a scoop on my plate to eat bite for bite with roast beef or steak. I love the tangy bite it gives the tender meat, but I know it isn't for everyone and yes, I even love the sinus rush you get from the heat when it hits your soft palate. Maybe I'm just weird.
I was not introduced to horseradish cream until I was an adult and had the fortune to eat at a five star restaurant. While delicious, I still preferred the plain old spicy horseradish. But that being said, creamy horseradish sauce is a delicious combination of the two. While the fancy schmancy version is horseradish and creme fraiche folded into whipped heavy cream, my version is a bit simpler and not so expensive. Its the perfect option for making at home and even having on hand in your fridge for other things besides cozying it up to a beautiful steak hot off the grill.
While there may be several different ways to make this my version starts with plain old sour cream. I will say a good quality variety of sour cream is definitely needed here. Check the ingredients. Sour cream should only have cream and cultures. No thickeners such as xanthan or guar gum. only cream and culture. This will ensure that your sour cream is not going to separate. To the sour cream I like to add a healthy dose of grated horseradish from a jar. You can usually find this in the dairy section of the grocery store. You always want to be sure to buy it from the refrigerator case and not off the shelf. Fresh horseradish has a pungency that is not replaceable by anything else. It is my experience that you either love it or you don't so if you don't this may not be the thing for you. I like to add in a fair amount of freshly snipped chives along with salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder. Whisk it all together and then place it in a bowl in your fridge for at least an hour to allow all those flavors to meld and get friendly.
That's it! Super simple, but so amazingly delicious you will be so happy to have it on hand. I love to serve this with a steak and on the night we made this video for you were were indeed having grilled ribeyes along with shrimp skewers and grilled zucchini. The shrimp were equally delicious dipped in this creamy sauce as will be vegetables on your crudite tray. This is a great dip to serve with chips or as a spread for sandwiches. You make this work for you in the best way that suits your needs. Rick likes it draped over grilled asparagus. Go figure!

Best Leftover Mashed Potato Cakes!! On the Blackstone 36 Griddle
Do you have left over mashed potatoes in your fridge? You know, those ones in the back corner. Yeah, those. Get them out, throw some flour, cheese, onion, eggs, salt, and pepper and cook them!
This is how I do potato cakes with left over mashed potatoes!
2 cups left over mashed potatoes
2 eggs
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup onion
2-3 chives cut
1/4 cup cheddar cheese (you can use your favorite)
Mix ingredients well, and fry in a pan or Blackstone about 3-4 mins a side in some bacon grease. Serve with some sour cream or your favorite condiment.
