Orange Ginger
2 6-8oz salmon fillets
1 orange, zested and juice
½ tsp ginger, freshly grated
2 tsp honey
1 tbsp cilantro, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
In a small bowl, whisk together orange zest & juice, ginger, honey and salt & pepper to taste. Place salmon and marinade in a large zipper bag and allow to sit in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Place salmon on a nonstick or parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 400ºF for 10-12 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.

Greek
2 6-8oz salmon fillets
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tbsp dill, chopped
½ lemon, zest and juice
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp oil
Salt and pepper to taste
In a small bowl, whisk together herbs, lemon zest & juice, garlic, oil and salt & pepper to taste. Add marinade and salmon to a large zipper bag and allow to sit for 20 minutes in the refrigerator. Place salmon on a nonstick or parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 400ºF for 10-12 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.
Sweet & Spicy
2 6-8oz salmon fillets
1 cup pineapple juice
1 jalapeno, minced
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp cajun seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
In a small bowl, whisk together pineapple juice, jalapeno, garlic and cajun seasoning. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour marinade over salmon and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes. When ready to cook, add salmon to a nonstick or parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 400ºF for 10-12 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.

Maple Balsamic
2 6-8oz salmon fillets
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
¼ cup maple syrup
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic, maple syrup, garlic and thyme. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Allow to marinate for 20-30 minutes in the refrigerator. Place on a nonstick or parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 400ºF for 10-12 minutes.

Chipotle lime
2 6-8oz salmon fillets
¼ cup chipotle in adobo sauce, finely minced or puréed
2 limes, zest and juice
1 tbsp agave
Salt and pepper to taste
Cilantro for garnish
In a small bowl, whisk together chipotle in adobo, lime zest & juice and agave. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Place salmon in a large zipper bag and add marinade. Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes. Place marinated salmon fillets onto a nonstick or parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 400ºF for 10-12 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.

INGREDIENTS FOR MAPLE SALMON:
►2 to 2 1/2 lbs salmon fillet, cut into 6 (1-inch thick) portions
►1/3 cup real maple syrup
►1/4 cup soy sauce
►1 Tbsp sesame oil
►2 garlic cloves, pressed
►1/2 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
►1/4 cup green onion, finely chopped, for garnish

Follow these guidelines for grilling over med/high (350˚F heat):
►1″ thick fillets = 4 to 5 minutes per side

Salmon with Lemon Butter Sauce Recipe
Pan seared salmon with lemon butter sauce – this recipe is so rich and delicious. The sauce is creamy and full of flavor. This recipe not recommended when you are on a diet.

4 servings
Ingredients:
2-4 salmon fillets (180g per fillet)
1/3 cup (75g) butter
2 tablespoons fresh Lemon juice
Lemon zest
2/3 cup (160ml) White wine – optional /or chicken broth
1/2 cup (120ml) Heavy cream
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Salt
Black pepper
Directions:
1. Remove the skin from salmon fillets. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Melt butter over medium-low heat. Fry the salmon on both sides until golden, about 3-4 minutes from each side.
3. Add to the pan white wine, lemon juice, lemon zest and heavy cream. Cook the salmon in the sauce for about 3 minutes and remove from the pan.
4. Season the sauce with salt and pepper. Add chopped parsley and stir. Reduce sauce by half until thick.
5. Serve the salmon and pour the sauce over the salmon.
Notes:
• In the video you can see me cooking only 2 salmon pieces, but this recipe serves 4. You can cook 4 pieces once in a large pan or in two batches, then divide the too.
• Serve the sauce immediately.

Grilled Salmon marinated in Soy Sauce and Brown Sugar....Its Delicious!
I've never been a fan of salmon. One day my daughter asked me to make her salmon. I had no idea where to start so I Googled some recipes. It seems popular to marinade the salmon in soy sauce and brown sugar. I decided to try this marinade but added a little bit of ginger. Not only did my daughter love it, I was surprised as to how wonderful it tasted and found myself liking it more and more with each bite!
Marinade Recipe for 1 1/2 - 2 lbs of Salmon
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup water
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon fresh ground ginger (optional)
lemon pepper seasoning
Combine all ingredients except the lemon pepper seasoning. Place salmon fillets in a zip-lock bag, add marinade and refrigerate for 1 hour.
If making in the over preheat oven to 350. If Grilling, turn only half your burners on.
After 1 hour place the salmon on a rack and cookie sheet, sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning and place only the rack with the salmon on the grill, or bot the rack and cookie sheet if using the oven. Check every 10 to 15 minutes basting with the marinade. After about 30-40 minutes the salmon should be done; or cook to your liking.

TANDOORI SALMON (Serves - 4)
Ingredients
400 grams Salmon fish fillets, cut into thick slabs
1 cup hung yogurt
3 teaspoons degi red chilli powder + for sprinkling
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
1 teaspoon dried fenugreek powder (kasuri methi)
1 tablespoon mustard oil
Juice of ½ lemon
3 cloves
1 teaspoon ghee
1 teaspoon oil
1 tablespoon butter
Mint mayonnaise chutney for garnishing
1-2 lollo rosso lettuce leaves
Mustard micro greens for garnishing
Lemon slice for garnishing
Mini onion rings for garnishing
Method
1. To prepare marinade, take hung yogurt in a bowl. Add chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste, salt, garam masala powder, dried fenugreek powder, mustard oil and lemon juice and whisk well.
2. Halve the fish fillets, add to the marinade and coat well from both sides. Refrigerate to marinate for 2 hours.
3. Place a piece of coal directly on heat.
4. Place the marinated fish fillets on the sides of a plate and place a small steel bowl in the center.
5. Put the hot coal in the steel bowl, add cloves and ghee in it and cover the plate. Set aside for 2 minutes.
6. Remove the steel bowl from the plate.
7. Heat a non-stick grill pan, add oil and butter. Place the prepared fish fillets and cook from both sides for 2-3 minutes each or till golden brown, basting with the hot oil-butter mixture in the pan. Transfer on another plate.
8. Put a spoonful of mint mayonnaise chutney on one side of a serving platter and spread using a brush. Place lollo rosso lettuce leaves on other side and place cooked fish fillets on top.
9. Garnish with some mustard micro greens, a lemon slice and mini onion rings. Sprinkle some chilli powder on one side of the mint mayonnaise chutney garnish and serve hot.

Today’s recipe i, uses adobo sauce — soy sauce, vinegar and calamansi (though you can definitely customize to your liking) — as imarinade for salmon fillets.
I used a half kilo of salmon, skin removed and just kept it marinated for 30 before putting in the grill, five minutes on each side, basted with the marinade, served with rice and veggies (chop Suey from the previous video) and some pickled radish.

How to Cook Salmon
Salmon is a forgiving fish that is easy to cook. Salmon is most commonly baked or grilled. Salmon can be purchased in an entire filet, or in portions. Both can easily be baked or grilled.
How to Bake Salmon
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Season your salmon with desired seasonings. Wrap in aluminum foil. Place on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until salmon easily flakes with a fork. The aluminum foil will trap in steam and help cook your fish evenly.
How to Grill Salmon
To grill salmon, preheat an outdoor grill to approximately 400 degrees. Place your salmon onto aluminum foil or a pre-soaked cedar grilling plank. Close the grill, and cook for 12 to 15 minutes, or until fish easily flakes with a fork.
✅Ingredients
• 1 salmon filet
• 1/2 cup soy sauce
• 1/4 cup honey
• 1/4 cup orange juice
• 4 cloves minced garlic
• 1 teaspoon ground ginger
• 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
✅Instructions
1️⃣ 00:19 - Remove any bones from the filet and place into a shallow dish or gallon sized resealable plastic bag.
2️⃣ 00:33 - In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, orange juice, garlic, ginger, and pepper flakes. Pour over salmon. Refrigerate and let marinate 30 minutes.
3️⃣ 01:32 - Cook your salmon over a grill, in a large skillet, or to bake, preheat your oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place salmon filet in the center and loosely wrap aluminum foil around to trap steam. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

Ingredients – Fish:
+ 600gram salmon
+ 50ml olive oil
+ juice of 1 lime
+ juice of 1 orange
+ 3-5 cloves garlic
+ 2-4 green onions
+ 1 tbsp. ginger (optional)
+ 2 tsp. cumin
+ 1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
+ 1 tsp. sea salt
Ingredients – Salad:
+ 500gramm cherry tomatoes
+ 2 ripe avocados
+ ½ mango (optional)
+ juice of 1 lime
+ 1 handful fresh cilantro
+ 1 jalapeno pepper
+ pinch of sea salt

Browned Butter Honey Garlic Salmon: Salmon steaks pan fried in browned butter infused with garlic and honey; then grilled/broiled for an extra 6 minutes for extra golden, crispy and caramelised finish!

Grilled Salmon (Easy Marinated Grilled Salmon)
Grilled Salmon:
Ingredients:
1-1/2 Lbs. Salmon fillet
1/2 tsp.salt
1/2 tsp.garlic powder
1/4 tsp.black pepper
1/4 tsp.paprika
2 tbsp.extra virgin olive oil
Instructions:
_Wipe Salmon Dry
-Combine Extra Virgin Olive Oil,Salt,Garlic Powder,Paprika,Black Pepper
- Pour it to the Salmon and rub well but gently.
-let it marinate for 20 minutes to 1 hour
-Brush the grill with oil
-Grill in 300-350 degrees for 7- 10 minutes each side.
