Salad with Steak Strips
Salad goes easily with any kind of meat. I have left over steak, so I cut the steak into strips and make this wonderful salad. I use the soy ginger vinaigrette dressing that I just made. Salad is a great way to use up any leftover meats you have, chicken, seafood, steak, will all go well with salad. And its healthy too.
Ingredients:
1. a bowl of green salad
2. soy ginger vinaigrette dressing
3. chopped cilantro
4. toasted sesame seeds
Flank Steak Recipe
New and crazy video up:
Join Rob's very occasional mailing list for free stuff and more recipes.
Here's one of my favorite grilling recipes. This is a great marinade and a very flavorful cut of meat. If you can't get a flank steak, try it with some top sirloin. If you make it, take a pic and send it in.
Asian Steak Salad
Steak injected with soy sauce and hoisin, grilled and coated in sesame seeds then draped over greens dressed with olive oil and orange juice mixed with ripe tomatoes. Cut down on the high carb and boost up on the high protein of an asian style marinated steak while getting your veggies with a sweet and flavorful salad mixed with tomatoes and sweet white onions. If you plan to inject your steak with marinade you will need a flavor injector.
Ginger Steak With Tomato & Wild Rocket Salad - The Punkrock-Kitchen (even Punks have a good taste)
Ingredients I was using in this video:
For the Marinade:
=================
2 tblsp Dark Soy Sauce
2 tblsp Sunflower Oil
1 Thumbsize Piece Of Fresh Root Ginger
1/2 tsp Brown Sugar
Black Pepper, Freshly Ground
For the Salad:
==============
450g Cherry Tomatoes, On The Vine
70g Wild Rocket
1 tblsp Lemon Juice
2 tblsp Balsamic Vinegar
9 tblsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
Maldon Sea Salt
Black Pepper, Freshly Ground
Also Needed:
============
4 Sirloin Steaks (~227g Each)
Method:
Making the marinated Steaks:
Finely grate the ginger.
Place the steaks in a shallow dish. Mix all marinade ingredients together and season with black pepper. Pour the marinade over the steaks, cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or, even better, overnight.
Making the salad:
Slice the small tomatoes in half and the larger ones into quarters.
Combine the lemon juice, balsamic and olive oil in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper and stir well.
Transfer the tomatoes and rocket to a bowl and drizzle with the dressing. Toss well.
Making the steaks:
Brush a heavy-based frying pan or a ridged griddle with oil and heat over a high heat until smoking. Fry the steaks 2 on one side, then flip and frying for a further 2 minutes. Flip again and fry for another 2 minutes. Flip the steak again and fry for the last 2 minutes (for a medium steak). Remove from the pan and allow to rest for 5 minutes, then serve the steaks on a bed of the tomato & wild rocket salad (and maybe a slice of Ciabatta?).

Teriyaki Steak Roll-Ups
Check out the Tasty One-Stop Shop for cookbooks, aprons, hats, and more at TastyShop.com:
Here is what you'll need!
TERIYAKI STEAK ROLL-UPS
Servings: 8
INGREDIENTS
1 pound skirt or flank steak
½ cup soy sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon ginger, grated
2 tablespoons honey
1 lime, juiced
1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce, optional
1 bell pepper, cut into matchsticks
1 carrot, cut into matchsticks
½ zucchini, cut into matchsticks
16 asparagus stalks, halved
1 red onion, sliced
Sesame seeds, for serving
PREPARATION
In a baking dish with the steak, mix the soy sauce, garlic, ginger, honey, lime juice, and Sriracha sauce (optional).
Lightly massage the marinade into the steak and cover. Refrigerate 1-4 hours.
Once marinated, cut the steak into 8 equal rectangles. You may need to pound the steak thinner if using a thicker cut.
Place a few slices of each of the vegetables on a slice of steak, making sure they are all about the same length.
Roll the steak up over the vegetables and secure it with a toothpick. Soaking your toothpicks will prevent burning.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, pour in the leftover marinade and bring to a boil.
Boil for about one minute, take off the heat, and set aside to use as a glaze.
In a grill pan or on the grill over medium high heat, place your steak roll-ups and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Flip the roll over and use a heat-safe brush to brush the glaze on each roll.
Cook for about one minute longer and remove from heat. Top with sesame seeds.
Serve warm and enjoy with dad!

Beef Steak Salad
How to make beef steak salad. Sliced beef steak served over romaine salad.Pan fried steak with fresh ingredients such as julienned carrots, sliced onions, fresh tomatoes, then dressed with soy sauce, brown sugar and my special home made hot chili oil sauce. I love Thai salad and that inspired me to create this sweet and spicy dish. Serve them over the baby romaine, fresh spinach leaves, romaine lettuce or just plain bed of rice, drizzle with some sesame oil. You may garnish with chopped walnuts or fresh cut pineapple. Very flavoful dish and healthy choice. Cook them in less than 45 minutes and you have lunch or dinner in no time.

Once the vegetables are cut, soak them in water for at least 20 minutes.
Then I refrigerate it before using it.
When this preparation is done, vegetables will get crispy and you can taste the freshness of freshly harvested vegetables.
Romaine lettuce is one of the more firm and chewy types of lettuce.
So it goes well with rich dressings such as Caesar salad salads.
Squeeze the lemon into the dressing just before eating the salad.
Because I want you to feel the refreshing smell of lemon.

PF Changs Keto and Low Carb Menu | For Travel or On The Go
PF Chang's Keto
P.F. Chang’s is not fast food. It is more upscale, more for a nice lunch or business dinner. They serve Chinese and Americanized Asian food.
The restaurant was started by two men in 1993. They sold the company for around $1 Billion in 2012! Not a bad little startup company. There are now over 200 locations in at least 21 countries.
The stores have a unique atmosphere, and they really try hard to give you a memorable experience. The food is tasty, with a lot of thought put into the menu and execution of making the dishes.
As usual, the menu is full of non Keto stuff. Which is great when you are with other people who are not on the same diet.
They actually have a pretty decent selection of low carb choices. PF Chang's Keto menu can keep you coming back for many happy meals without repeating.
All our recommendations are based on strict keto. We don’t mess around with semi low carb. Although you do have to know your macros when you start ordering vegetables.
PF Chang's keto sauces? Trick question, there are none. All their sauces contain sugar.
Order your dishes with no sauce. Ask that only ginger, salt, pepper, vinegar, olive oil, garlic, or truffle oil be used for seasonings.
Seaweed wraps are available instead of rice if you would like to order sushi.
Top Recommend Keto Choice at PF Chang's
