GLAZE
1/2 cup granulated sugar; 1/2 cup orange liqueur; 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS
1 cup heavy cream; 1 tablespoon powdered sugar; Orange segments (such as blood orange, navel, or mandarin)

There’s just something so satisfying about a bundt cake. I think it’s the simplicity and the cake to frosting ratio is high enough to trick your mind into thinking, yes this is totally fine for breakfast and as accompaniment to my various beverages throughout the day.
This orange pound cake is everything you’d want rich, moist and has the best aroma out of the oven. The glaze is literally the perfect shade of millennial blush and really complements the cake well. If you wanted more icing, go ahead and cut the cake lengthwise and add some orange or lemon buttercream in the middle.

Grand Marnier Orange Gingerbread Cake with Orange Cream Cheese Frosting
This gingerbread cake is a surprise with its hint of orange flavor, and a creamy cream cheese frosting.
Grand Marnier Orange Gingerbread Cake Recipe:
2 1/2 cup flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 cup mild molasses
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup water
1/3 cup Grand Marnier
2 large eggs
1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
1.Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare 3 6-inch or 2 8-inch cake pans with butter and flour, or baking spray.
2 .Sift together the flour, baking soda, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, beat together molasses, oil, and sugar. orange liqueur and combine well.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
4. Alternate adding the flour mixture and the water. Stir in orange peel.
5. Pour into prepared pans and bake 30-35 minutes.

This frosting is very light and creamy and can't be piped.
8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 cups confectioners’ sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon orange extract
Beat butter and sugar together for 2 minutes. Add cream cheese and beat until smooth. Add orange extract.

-파운드틀 크기: 가로 21cm × 세로 8.5cm × 높이 6cm
재료: 버터 100g
설탕 110g
달걀 2개
박력분 80g
아몬드 파우더 70g
베이킹 파우더 3g
오렌지 껍질 간 것 1개분
캔디 오렌지필 50g (오렌지필, 시판제품)
오렌지 주스 30ml
1. 오렌지에 베이킹 소다를 뿌려 문지르며 물에 씻은 뒤, 그레이터로 껍질을 갈아둔다.
2. 볼에 버터와 설탕을 넣고, 핸드믹서를 이용해 3분 정도 섞는다.
3. 풀어둔 달걀을 2번 나누어 넣으며 섞는다.
4. 박력분, 아몬드 파우더, 베이킹 파우더를 체 쳐 넣고, 주스를 더해 주걱으로 섞는다.
5. 갈아둔 오렌지 껍질과 캔디 오렌지필을 넣고 함께 섞는다.
6. 파운드 틀에 유산지를 깔고 반죽을 넣은 뒤, 160°C 로 예열한 오븐에 55분 정도 굽는다.
7. 다 구워진 케이크는 유산지가 붙은 채로 식힘망 위에 올려 식히고, 완전히 식으면 종이를 벗긴다.

50g Candy Orange peel(products in the market)
30ml orange juice
1. Sprinkle baking soda on orange, rup it in water and grind the orange peel with grater.
2. Place butter and sugar in a bowl, using hand mixer, until well- mixed, about 3 minutes.
3. Add beaten eggs, put it in 2 times, and mix well.
4. Sift cake flour, almond powder and baking powder and add orange juice. Stir with a spatula until mixed.
5. Add grind the orange peel and candy orange peel. Mix well.
6. Line a pound cake pan with parchment paper, press dough into the pan. Preheat the oven to 160°C, and bake for 55 minutes.
7. When cake is done, place on wire rack to cool and peel off paper.

만들어 봤어요.
레몬 파운드케이크랑은 좀 다른 은은한 맛이
느껴지네요~ 향은 오렌지 환타(?) 향도 좀 나고요^^
일반 파운드케이크보다 향기롭고 느끼하지 않아서
자꾸만 손이 가게 되는 것 같아요~
“크림법”으로 만들었고 만드는 과정은 쉽지만
중간에 달걀을 나눠 넣으며 휘핑하는 과정에서
분리가 나지 않도록 주의하셔야 해요~
분리가 나지 않으려면
이 점들만 유의하시면 될 거예요
① 계란이 차갑지 않아야 함
② 빠르게 휘핑
③ 계란을 3-4회 이상 나눠서 넣기
④ 충분한 휘핑 시간 (총 15-20분 정도)
위의 것들과 처음 시작할 때 버터의 상태만 적절하게
조절하시면 맛있는 파운드케이크가 완성되실거예요~

15g Honey 꿀 (1Tbsp)
1g Salt 소금
2 Egg 달걀 2개 (껍질 제거하고 100g)
110g Cake flour 박력분
3g Baking powder 베이킹파우더
20g Orange Juice 오렌지 즙
15g Milk 우유

100g Powdered sugar 슈거파우더
22g Orange Juice 오렌지 즙

▶ Recipe / 레시피
1. 오렌지 제스트에 설탕과 꿀을 넣고 섞어 준비해 둔다
- 설탕이 오렌지 향을 흡수해서 풍미가 더 좋아져요~
2. 틀에 버터를 발라서 준비해둔다
- 잠시 냉장고에 넣어두어 보관해 놓으면 좋아요
3. 버터를 핸드믹서로 휘핑하여 부드러워질 때까지 풀어준다
- 이때 버터의 상태는 손가락에 힘을 주지 않고
눌렀을 때 아주 약간의 저항감이 느껴지며
쑥 들어가는 정도
4. 버터에 오렌지제스트+설탕+꿀 섞은것을 넣고 휘핑한다
- 색깔이 연해지며 부피가 조금 커질 때까지
만져보면 설탕 입자가 절반정도로 작아진 정도
5. 달걀을 3-4회 이상으로 나눠서 넣어가며 빠르게 휘핑한다
- 분리가 나지 않도록 조심!
만약에 중간에 분리가 나면 바로 다음 단계에 넣을
박력분을 소량 넣어 빠르게 휘핑하면 복구 가능함
그러나 결과물에서 약간 차이가 날 수 있음
6. 체 친 박력분과 베이킹파우더를 넣고 날가루가
보이지 않을 때까지 주걱을 세워가며 섞는다
7. 오렌지 즙을 넣고 섞다가 우유를 넣고 가볍게 섞는다
8. 반죽을 틀에 담고 바닥에 가볍게 내리쳐서 중간에
차 있을수 있는 공기를 제거한다
9. 가운데를 살짝 오목하게 만든 다음 (느슨한 U 자모양)
버터를 한 줄로 가늘게 짜준다
- 가운데 쇼트닝이나 버터를 한 줄로 짜주면
구우면서 윗면에 터지는 부분이
깔끔하게 갈라져서 예뻐요 (생략하셔도 됩니다~)
10. 예열 된 오븐 170 ℃ (338℉) 로 45분 굽는다
11. 완전히 식힌 후 랩핑 하거나 밀폐용기에 보관한다
(반나절 정도 지나서 먹으면 더 부드럽고 촉촉해요)
12. 오렌지 아이싱을 얹고 아이싱이 마르기 전에
허브와 오렌지 조각으로 장식한다
◆ 준비 및 주의사항 ◆
- 틀: 가로/세로/높이(15.5cm/7.8 cm/6.5 cm)
오란다팬(대)
- 버터와 달걀은 실온 상태
( 빠른 시간에 준비하려면 차가운 달걀을
따뜻한 물에 담가 놓았다가 사용 )
- 오렌지 제스트 준비 시에
껍질의 흰 부분이 들어가지 않도록 주의합니다
흰 부분이 들어가면 쓴맛이 날 수 있어요.
- 오렌지 세척법:
① 베이킹 소다로 문지른 뒤 물로 헹구기
② 굵은소금으로 문지른 뒤 물로 헹구기
③ 따뜻한 물에 식초를 소량 넣고 오렌지를
10-15분 정도 담가두었다 빼기
