Salt & pepper(as needed)
Onion & garlic powder(as needed)
Chicken seasoning(as needed)
Paprika(at least 1 tbsp)
........MAKE wet ingredients
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
Garlic & onion powder
2 tbsp honey mustard
3 cup plain corn flakes
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup corn starch
(Add your SEASONINGS)
Fry @350* for 10 mins
Chicken Tenders with Honey Mustard Sauce
Chicken Tender Recipe:
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
2 table spoons water
1 1/2 cups whole milk
2 tablespoons white vinegar
3 teaspoons teaspoons black pepper
3 teaspoons salt
3 teaspoons garlic powder
3 teaspoons onion powder
4 teaspoons paprika
3 teaspoons cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
6 cups canola oil
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon light brown sugar
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1. In medium-large bowl add milk and vinegar. Stir and let sit 5-10 minutes.
2. Slice chicken breasts on the diagonal into 1 inch wide strips.
3. Add chicken strips to milk and vinegar mixture. Then add 1/2 teaspoons black pepper, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and cayenne pepper. Mix well and marinate 15 minutes-8 hours in the fridge.
4. 30 minutes before frying remove chicken from the fridge so the strips can come to room temperature.
5. In large bowl (that you will use to bread the chicken) add flour, water, remainder of all seasonings but 1 teaspoon paprika. Mix well.
6. Remove chicken from milk and give a light shake and add 5-6 at a time to flour mixture. Shake chicken well in flour mixture. Lay chicken strips in single layer on baking rack and let sit for up to 15 minutes.
7. Heat oil to 350 degrees or med-high heat. This shouldn't take no more than 10-15 minutes to heat depending on your stove.
8. Add chicken tenders to oil 4-6 at a time depending on size. Let fry 4-6 minutes per side depending on size. Lightly toss during frying to ensure no sticking and strips are coated evenly.
9. Remove from oil and let drain and rest on baking rack.
For the honey mustard sauce:
1. Combine the remaining ingredients in a small sauce pan.
2. Bring pan to med-high heat and let simmer until all ingredients are well combined. About 4-7 minutes.
3 Pour sauce in dipping bowl and enjoy!

How to Cook Fried Chicken and Honey Mustard Sauce

chicken cut in pieces
2 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. onion powder
1 Tbsp. celery salt
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. white pepper
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 Tbsp. Creole seasoning
In bowl mix dry ingredients well. Season chicken and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Keep chicken in fridge until ready to cook. It fries better cold. When ready to cook, heat oil to 365 degrees.
2 cups flour
1 Tbsp. salt
2 Tbsp. Creole seasoning
1 Tbsp. white pepper
Mix flour and seasoning in a large bowl. Mix well. Dredge chicken in floured seasoning, shake off excess and fry for 12-15 minutes until chicken juice runs clear.

1/2 cup mayonnaise,
2 Tbsp. prepared yellow mustard,
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard,
2 Tbsp. honey,
1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice,

Mix together mayonnaise, yellow mustard, Dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice, and Creole seasoning in a bowl until combined. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

***RECIPE, SERVES FOUR***
2 chicken breasts (one full breast)
1/2 pound pearl onions
8 oz chicken stock
1 large broccoli crown
vinegar (white, white wine, white balsamic, or rice wine would be my first choices)
toasted sesame seeds (you can toast them yourself in a dry pan until fragrant)
Put the onions into boiling water for a minute or two, drain, and plunge them into ice water to stop the cooking. One a time, cut off the root end and peel off the outside. Prep the broccoli by cutting off the florets and cutting them into bite-size pieces. Cut each chicken breast into two pieces of half the original thickness, yielding four thin pieces.
Get a steamer situation ready for your broccoli and bring it to a boil. Pre-heat a wide pan for the chicken on medium-high heat and give it a thin coating of olive oil. Brown the chicken on both sides, taking care to not burn the fond on the bottom of the pan. It's OK if you have to stop before the chicken is cooked inside.
At some point around here, start your broccoli steaming. Cook it until you can just pierce it with a fork. Toss it in melted butter and salt to taste, when you get a chance.
Take the chicken out of the pan and put in the onions. Try to get some color on the onions, but before the fond burns, pour in the chicken stock and scrape the bottom of the pan clean with a wooden spoon. Squeeze in 1-2 tablespoons each of honey and mustard. Mix a teaspoon of cornstarch with an equal amount of water and then pour that into the sauce. Cook until it's thick, then taste. Add vinegar, salt, pepper and cayenne to taste.
Cook the sauce until the onions are about cooked to your liking. Return the chicken to the sauce, get it coated, and cook it (if it needs more time) until the internal temperature is 165 F / 74 C. Sprinkle the meant with toasted sesame seeds, serve next to the broccoli with extra onions and sauce spooned over.

2 cups all purpose flour
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons pepper
2 or 3 pounds of wings
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup mustard of your choice
1/2 cup honey
1 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire or Soy Sauce
Heat 8 cups of vegetable oil to 360F
Fry wings for 13 minutes, then add directly to the sauce.

Honey Mustard Dressing Recipe
3 Tbsp. avocado mayonnaise
2 Tsp. dijon mustard
2 tsp. Olive oil
1Tbsp. + 1 tsp. Apple cider vinegar
2 tsp. Lemon juice
Pinch of salt
5 cracks of black pepper
4 tsp. Honey
¾ tsp. Garlic powder
Pinch of ground turmeric
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix with a whisk. Once the dressing is smooth pour into a small jar with a lid and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
This dressing is great on Salads, sandwiches, burgers, veggies, potatoes and anything you can imagine.

Here is what you'll need!
Honey Mustard Chicken Salad
⅓ cup honey
¼ cup Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
¼ cup bacon, chopped
4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
¼ red onion, sliced
1 avocado, pitted and sliced
1. In a small bowl or liquid measuring cup, mix the honey, mustard, oil, garlic, salt and pepper.
2. Place the chicken thighs in a dish and pour the marinade over the chicken, reserving half for later.
3. Flip the chicken thighs over, fully covering them in the marinade.
4. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes to an hour.
5. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and place the chicken thighs in the pan.
6. Cook for five minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through.
7. Remove the chicken and set aside.
8. Wipe the pan clean and place back on the heat.
9. Add the chopped bacon to the pan and cook until crispy, about ten minutes.
10. Transfer the bacon to a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
11. Add three tablespoons of water to the reserved marinade and stir to combine.
12. Slice the chicken into strips.
13. Add the romaine, cherry tomatoes, red onion, avocado, cooked bacon, and chicken to a bowl and drizzle with the remaining honey mustard dressing.

Chicken - How to Make Chicken Tenders with Honey Mustard Sauce Recipe [Episode 099]
Chicken tenders are one of kid’s favorites. I am making my version of chicken tenders with a honey mustard sauce, served with French fries and a green salad.
Ingredients for the Chicken Tenders:
3 pounds of skinless, boneless chicken tenderloins or breasts, cut in strips
2 cups Panko bread crumbs
4 beaten large eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoons lemon-pepper
2 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon fresh ground black pepper
1 teaspoon of cayenne seasoning
4 cups peanut oil for frying
Beat the 4 eggs.
Mix all of the spices in to the Panko bread crumbs.
Dip the chicken strips in to the all-purpose flour; then in the eggs, and then dredge the chicken in the Panko mixture.
Fry until golden in the hot oil, between 300ºF and 325ºF. Keep thermometer inside the oil and when it reaches 350º lower the temperature to MEDIUM. If it goes below 300ºF, raise the temperature to HIGH.)
Place then in a wire rack for draining excess oil. Keep them in a 200ºF oven until serving time.
Serve them with Honey Mustard Sauce.
Ingredients for Honey Mustard Sauce:
1 cup Honey
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 cup Dijon Mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and black pepper
Mix all of the ingredients together. Taste for salt. Add salt and pepper only if necessary.

* Combine all the spices and rub the chicken thoroughly on all sides.

* Preheat a non-stick pan over medium heat, add the oil and sear the chicken on both sides for 2 minutes until golden brown.
* Meanwhile preheat the oven to 375°F.
* Transfer the chicken to an oven-safe dish and pour over the mustard sauce. Bake until cooked through, about 15-25 minutes (depending on the size of your chicken breasts).
* The internal temperature of each chicken breast should read 165F.

Baked Honey Mustard Chicken
This baked chicken breast recipe for Honey Mustard Chicken makes an easy one pan meal. It features tender glazed chicken breasts with mozzarella cheese over sautéed red onions.

4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
1 medium red onion, sliced thin
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
1/4 cup honey
4 tbsp grain mustard
1/4 cup chopped parsley
Preheat oven to 400°F. In a small bowl mix together the honey and grain mustard. Reserve half in separate bowl. Set both aside.
Place thinly sliced red onion in a rectangle 9x12 casserole dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray or olive oil. Add the chicken breasts on top of the onions.
Baste chicken with half of the honey mustard glaze.
Sprinkle the chicken with kosher salt, black pepper and garlic powder.
Add 2-3 slices of fresh Mozzarella cheese on top of each chicken breast.
Bake for 30 minutes, depending on the thickness of your chicken breasts. (See Note 1)
Allow to rest 5 minutes before slicing or serving. When serving, top each chicken breast with sautéed onion slices and fresh chopped parsley. Drizzle remaining honey mustard glaze on top of each chicken breast. Serve on its own, over steamed rice, pasta of choice, or roasted potatoes.
1. If chicken breasts are too thick, slice in half horizontally and pound between sheets of plastic wrap for even thickness. For best results, use an instant read thermometer, the chicken is cooked when it reaches internal temperature of 165°F.

Pin The Chicken:
4 chicken breasts
2 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 1/2 cups panko bread crumbs
1 1/2 teaspoons smoked paprika
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
Honey Mustard Sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup brown mustard
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, honey, and mustard.
Whisk together until ingredients are combined.
Salt and pepper both sides of the chicken.
In three separate dishes, prepare the following.
The first dish with the all-purpose flour.
The second dish with the eggs and milk whisked together.
The third dish with the bread crumbs, paprika, and oil combined.
Coat the chicken with flour, then dip into egg wash, then cover with bread crumbs.
Place chicken on parchment paper on a baker’s sheet.
Bake 375°F for 50 minutes.
Let chicken cool for 5 minutes.
Serve with the honey mustard sauce and enjoy!
