NO CRUST PUMPKIN PIE RECIPE - How To Make Easy Pumpkin Pie For Thanksgiving
Today I present Pumpkin Pie made Without Crust. It is way easier (saves tons of effort and time) and do I have to mention - healthier - than an option with a crust. It contains all the pumpkin goodness and nothing besides of that. We can consider it a pure pumpkin pie! :) If you are a fan of classic pumpkin pie and wonder how to make it from scratch here are links for my last year recipes:

Lets start the new holiday season with a great homemade pie! Happy Thanksgiving to all of you!
16 OZ. 100% PURE PUMPKIN PUREE
12 OZ. EVAPORATED MILK
3/4 cup SUGAR
1/2 tsp NUTMEG
1/2 tsp GINGER
1 tbsp CINNAMON
1/2 tsp SALT
Some coconut oil or cooking oil for greasing the pan.
Some ground oats.
1) In a bowl mix all dry ingredients: sugar, nutmeg, ginger, cinnamon and salt. Put aside.
2) Using mixer beat eggs reduce speed to stir and slowly add pumpkin puree.
3) Add sugar-spice mix to the mixing bowl and combine with pumpkin.
4) Gradually stir in evaporated milk and mix until all pie ingredients are completely combined.
5) Grease 9 Springform pan with some oil and dust gently with some oats. Remove the excess oats. Pour pie mixture into pan.
6) Preheat the oven to 425 F / 218 C.
Bake at 425 F / 218 C for 15 minutes and then reduce temperature to 350 F /177 C and bake for 50-60 minutes.
7) Let it cool and serve. Bon Appétit!

Easy Pumpkin Pie or Bars - Crust-less Pie
I love this recipe because there is no crust and easy to make. This is a Bisquick recipe.
Use Bisquick gluten-free all-purpose flour if making a gluten-free version.
2 cups pure pumpkin puree
1 cup Bisquick mix (or all-purpose flour + 2 ts. baking powder)
1 cup sugar or light brown sugar
2 cups evaporated milk
2 tb. melted butter
3 ts. pumpkin pie spice
4 large eggs
1 ts. vanilla extract
1/2 ts. salt, optional
1. In a large bowl, beat eggs and sugar until light in color about 3 minutes. 2. Add eggs one at a time, then add melted butter, vanilla, evaporated milk and pumpkin puree, mix well.
3. Add in Bisquick mix, salt, and pumpkin pie spice, stir until combined and smooth. Pour the mixture into a greased baking pan.
4. Bake 350 deg. for 60 to 70 minutes for 9x9 square pan or until a knife insert in the middle comes out clean. This recipe will make two 9 pie pans. Baking time is about 50-60 minutes.
5. Cool completely. Store in the fridge for 3-6 hours before cut into squares. Serve with whipped cream, if desired.

How to make Crustless Pumpkin Pie
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a round baking pan well with cooking spray.
Add just under 2 cups of pure pumpkin, 2/3 truvia/ stevia or swerve, add 1 tbs vanilla, 1 can of partly skim or skim carnation milk 8sp ,3/4 cup of egg whites or egg creations 1sp , a pinch of salt, 2tbs of pumpkin spice, some cinnamon ( as much as you want...I add about 1tsp) . Mix altogether. Add 1tbs of corn starch with water added to it. Than pour it into mixture.
Optional.....add slivered almonds on top!! Or whatever you want!
Pour in pan and bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees than turn your oven to 325 and bake for approximately 45 to 50 minutes. Make sure the pie is solid...use a tooth pick to check!!
Once cooled you can add light cool whip or light whipped cream!!!
I calculated 9sp for the entire pie!!! But check your brands and the nutritional information because it may be different point vakues!!! ENJOY!!!!❤

1 can organic pumpkin
1 cup heavy cream
2/3 cup erythritol crystals (swerve)
3 extra large eggs (I used large)
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
Preheat oven to 350 °F.
Grease a pie pan or baking dish generously with butter. Set aside.
Place all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix until the mixture is smooth and without a single lump.
Pour the mixture in the greased pie pan.
Bake for 1 hour, or until the center of the pie appears slightly higher than the edges.
Remove from oven and let cool completely.
Keep refrigerated and serve with massive amounts of whipped cream!

Enjoy pumpkin pie without all the calories of the crust with this easy-as-pie recipe.
Step 1: Preheat oven
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2: Mix all ingredients
Put the pumpkin, evaporated milk, egg whites, sugar, and pumpkin pie spice in a large bowl. Whisk the ingredients until smooth.
Make sure you use 100 percent pure pumpkin, not pumpkin-pie filling.
Step 3: Pour into baking dish
Pour the mixture into an oven-proof, standard-size casserole dish.
Step 4: Bake for 15 minutes
Bake it for 15 minutes, then lower the oven temperature to 350 degrees and bake it for another 40 to 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Step 5: Refrigerate and serve
Refrigerate until chilled. Serve with whipped cream or low-fat whipped topping if you like, and enjoy!

This was a fantastic Crust less Pumpkin Pie! If you add a little Fat Free Redi Whip and 14 lily choc chips (both for zero points) this is perfection! It's not real sweet without those however. I really enjoyed it and we will be making this again. I found this on youtube and will search around for it and try and find it so i can link that video!
Recipe is as follows:
1 15 oz can 100% pumpkin
Mix these two well
1 scoop of vanilla Trader Joe protein powder (can use any brand)
2 oz unsweetened Almond Milk
5 grams Stevia in the raw (or any choice sweetener)
1.5 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
stir well and add to 8 inch pie pan
cook at 350 degrees for 40 - 50 min (depending on your oven) Mine took 40 min. Insert a knife and if it comes out clean, it's done!
