Get the full recipe from Delish:
1 onion, chopped
1 1/4 lb. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
1 tsp. oregano
Freshly ground black pepper
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 c. low-sodium chicken broth
4 sprigs thyme
1 bay leaf
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
1 c. frozen peas, thawed
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough
1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan, for garnish optional)
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1. To the bowl of a large slow cooker, add onion in an even layer in the bottom of the bowl and place chicken breasts on top. Add oregano and season with salt and pepper.
2. Pour soup and chicken broth on top then add the thyme and bay leaf. Cover and cook on high for 3 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through.
3. Discard thyme and bay leaf, then shred the cooked chicken with two forks. Stir in celery, carrots, peas and garlic.
4. Cut biscuits into small pieces. Top the chicken mixture with the biscuits and cook on high for another hour, until the vegetables are tender and the biscuits are cooked through and chicken reaches an internal temperature of 170° F.
5. Garnish with Parmesan and parsley and serve.

1 T butter
1C chopped celery
1C chopped carrots
1/2 C chopped onion
1 garlic clove, minced
7C chicken or turkey stock, preferably homemade
1 lb chicken breast
2 bay leaves
salt and pepper
1 t baking powder
1 T chives
1/2 t salt
1/8 t pepper
1 large egg yolk
1/2 C cold broth
chopped parsley for garnish
Saute celery, onion, carrots and garlic in butter until softened. Add flour and cook for 5 mins. Season with salt and pepper. Add to slow cooker with broth, chicken, and bay leaf. Season with salt and pepper. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hrs.
Remove chicken and shred. Add back to broth. Mix dumpling ingredients and drop by teaspoonfuls into soup. Cover and cook on high for 30-60 mins or until cooked through.

• 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
• 1 small white onion, diced
• 3 cloves minced garlic
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
• 6 cups chicken broth
• 2 cups milk
• 2 tablespoons cornstarch
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
• 3/4 cup milk or buttermilk
• 2 tablespoons melted butter

1️⃣ 00:00:13 - Place chicken breasts into the bottom of a 6 to 8 quart slow cooker. Top with onion and garlic and season with salt and pepper. Pour in chicken broth and milk.
2️⃣ 00:01:02 - Cover and cook on low for 6 hours, or high for 3 hours. Shred chicken with a fork.
3️⃣ 00:02:39 - Whisk cornstarch into milk. Pour mixture into crockpot and stir to combine.
4️⃣ 00:01:13 - Make the dumplings by whisking together flour, baking powder and salt in a mixing bowl. Slowly pour in milk and butter and stir to combine into a dough. Roll out on a lightly floured countertop until it's 1/8th inch thick and cut into 1 inch by 1/2 inch strips.
5️⃣ 00:03:02 - Transfer dumpling strips into the slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour, until dumplings are cooked through. Serve hot.

Try this classic recipe in the slow cooker. A true one-pot meal that you'll want to make often.
1½ lbs. chicken breasts, cubed
10.5 oz. can cream of chicken soup
10.5 oz. can cream of celery soup
1 cup water
14½ oz. can chicken broth
2 carrots, About 2 cups after being sliced
1 yellow onion, diced
½ tsp. thyme
¼ tsp. black pepper
1 cup frozen peas - optional
16.3 oz. Pillsbury Grand Biscuits 8 biscuit sized can (note- I only use 7 of these biscuits)
more thyme and pepper for the top of biscuits
SLOW COOKER SIZE:
6-quart or larger
Add chicken, carrots, onions, thyme, and black pepper to your slow cooker.
Add the cream of chicken soup, cream of celery soup, chicken broth and water. Stir.
Cook on HIGH For 4 hours or LOW for 8 hours.
Add peas at this point if you would like. Stir.
I only use 7 biscuits for this recipe. Cut the biscuits into quarters. Arrange the biscuit quarters evenly over the soup.
Sprinkle dumplings with a touch of thyme and pepper. Replace the lid.
Turn your slow cooker to HIGH.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 45 minutes (DO NOT OPEN THE LID DURING THIS TIME). You will know the dumplings are done when they are no longer shiny.
NOTE- If your slow cooker has switched over to warm after cooking for a length of time you will need to cook the dumplings for 1.5 hours so the slow cooker gets back up to temperature.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
This is a very easy recipe to make some really delicious Chicken and Dumplings in your Slow Cooker. A great meal to serve on a cold day, and this comfort food will surely impress your friends and family.
4-6 Boneless Chicken Breasts
1 medium Onion, diced
3-4 stalks of Celery, diced
2 cups sliced Carrots
2 Tablespoons Butter
1 Tablespoon Black Pepper
2-3 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
1 can of Cream of Celery Soup (optional)
24 ounces of Chicken Broth (low Sodium)
8 ounces of frozen Corn (optional)
8 ounces of frozen Peas (optional)
1-2 Cans of refrigerated Biscuit Dough
Place Chicken Breasts into Slow Cooker. Top with diced Onion, Celery and Carrots. Add Butter, and season with Black Pepper. Let it cook on low for 8-10 hours, or high for 5-6 hours.
Remove Chicken Breast and shred with a couple of forks. Put shredded Chicken back into Slow Cooker, stir and turn up to high for at least half an hour to heat up.
Once it has heated up you may add frozen Peas and Corn. Slice each Biscuit Dough into 4 pieces, and cover top of mixture with the pieces of Dough. Cover and let cook for at least 20-30 minutes, or until dough expands and cooks.
Serve in small bowls and sprinkle with Parsley. Enjoy!

Close the Lid
Turn the knob to sealing position
Press Soup/Broth Button Set Time to 3 Minutes manually
Quick Release the pressure (after 10 Minutes of Natural Release)

In this easy cooking video, I make some chicken soup, or stew, with Bisquick dumplings on top, in my Crock Pot slow cooker. The ingredients to this recipe are 2 10 1/2 oz cans of Cream of Chicken soup, 1 can of water, 1 tablespoon onion powder, 1 lb baby carrots, 3 potatoes, 1 3/4 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs or breasts, a 1 lb bag of frozen mixed vegetables, 1 cup of Bisquick mix, 4 1/2 tablespoons of milk, and salt and pepper to taste. 1 can pillsbury grand biscuits (16.3oz)
1/4 cup crispy bacon or store bought crumbled already
salt and pepper (desirable amt) we did 1/8 but up to you :) You can also add onion or garlic powder or both to your chicken dumplings.
cook on high for 3 hours before adding the biscuits and bacon (and shred chicken) cook all of that for an additional 1 hour on high. ENJOY!! STAY WARM!

Chicken Pot Pie Soup Slow Cooker Recipe~Crock-Pot Chicken and Dumplings
In this easy cooking video, I make chicken and dumplings, or chicken pot pie soup, in my Crock-Pot slow cooker. The ingredients I used are 6 cups of water, 3 chicken bouillon cubes, 1 tablespoon of onion powder, 1 10 1/2 oz can of Cream of Mushroom soup, 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs, 7-8 small red potatoes, and a 1 lb bag of frozen mixed vegetables. For the dumplings, I used 2 cups of Bisquick and 9 tablespoons of milk. The cooking time is about 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low. Chicken and Dumplings is a dish that goes from prep to plate in 30 minutes! A simple one-pot recipe that is packed with chicken, veggies and delicious dumplings, with no canned 'cream of whatever' soup needed.

Lazy Girl Mince & Dumplings
You will need a slow cooker/crock pot
Serves 4 (hungry people)
Mince and Onions -
1 pound ground chuck beef (80% fat, 20% lean preferably)
2-3 medium onions
1 can carrots (or fresh/frozen whatever you prefer!)
1 cup frozen peas (or fresh/canned)
Beef broth (Unsalted preferably)
1/2 tsp granulated garlic, salt, pepper
1 can (2tbsp) tomato puree/paste
Parsley Dumplings -
1 cup AP flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp margarine
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp parsley

How to make slow cooker beef with cheesy dumplings
So easy and so cheesy – that’s the name of the game when it comes to making this delicious beef casserole (RECIPE BELOW). Let the slow cooker take care of the rich, hearty beef casserole while you create the cheesy dumpling topping, then finish it off under the grill for the ultimate comfort meal.

Slow cooker beef with cheesy dumplings
Serves 8 Prep 20 mins Cooking 4¾ hours
1 tbs olive oil
800g Coles Australian No Added Hormones Gravy Beef, cut into 3cm pieces
1 brown onion, cut into wedges
2 celery sticks, thickly sliced diagonally
1 large carrot, peeled, thickly sliced
200g brown mushrooms, halved
2 garlic cloves, crushed
4 bacon rashers, coarsely chopped
¼ cup (35g) plain flour
1 cup (250ml) dry red wine
400g can diced tomatoes
1 cup (250ml) beef stock
2 dried bay leaves
2 thyme sprigs
2 rosemary sprigs
1¼ cups (185g) self-raising flour
½ cup (85g) cornmeal (polenta)
2 tbs finely chopped chives
2 tsp finely chopped rosemary
1 tsp finely chopped thyme
1½ cups (180g) coarsely grated cheddar
100g butter, melted
1 cup (250g) buttermilk
1 Heat half the oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Cook the beef, in 4 batches, turning occasionally, for 5 mins or until brown all over. Transfer to a slow cooker.
2 Heat remaining oil in the pan over medium heat. Cook the onion, celery, carrot, mushroom, garlic and bacon, stirring occasionally, for 5 mins or until vegetables begin to brown. Sprinkle over the flour. Cook, stirring, for 2 mins or until well combined. Add to the beef in the slow cooker. Pour over the wine, tomato and stock. Add the bay leaves, thyme and rosemary. Cook for 4 hours on high (or 6 hours on low) or until meat is very tender.
3 Preheat oven to 200°C. To make the cheesy dumplings, combine the flour, cornmeal, chives, rosemary, thyme and ½ cup (60g) of the cheddar in a bowl. Season. Make a well in the centre. Add the butter and buttermilk and stir until just combined.
4 Transfer beef mixture to a casserole pan. Spoon over the dumpling mixture. Bake, covered, for 10 mins or until dumplings are just cooked through. Sprinkle with the remaining cheddar. Bake, uncovered, for 5-7 mins or until cheddar melts and is golden brown.

A delicious way to make chicken and dumplings when you don't have time to make them the old fashioned way. This is easy and takes very little time to put in the Crock Pot to have a wonderful dinner.
Crock Pot Chicken and Dumplings
2 Tablespoons butter
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can chicken broth
½ onion, diced
1 Tablespoon dried parsley, or 1 teaspoon dried dill
Salt and pepper to taste
3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
A can of refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
Some extra chicken broth, if needed to reach your desired consistency after adding biscuits
Put everything, but the biscuits into the Crock Pot and cook on high for 5 hours. Cut the biscuits into 4 pieces. Add the biscuits in the Crock Pot after 5 hours and cook for another hour. If you want the consistency to be a little thinner, add more chicken broth, until you reach your desired consistency after adding the biscuits.

Ninja Foodi Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
This is an incredibly easy crock-pot meal using the Ninja Foodi. You do NOT need a Ninja Foodi and can use ANY slow cooker Crock pot for this meal.
4 Chicken Breasts
2 Cans #Campbells Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
1 1/2 cups of water
1 Can of #Pillsbury biscuits
Seasoning for chicken
Place chicken Breasts, water and soups in crock pot either on High temp for 3 hours or on low for 6 hours
During final 60-90 minutes, set temp to high and break up biscuits and put into crock pot and stir halfway thru.
Eat and enjoy!
