These delicious, fluffy cream cheese cookies MELT in your mouth and have the most delightful flavor; perfectly sweet with a nice tang from the cream cheese and a hint of vanilla.

These cookies are SO good! I've actually been making them quite a bit and leavning them on friend's doorsteps as little cookie care packages. They're a must make recipe.

Easy & Delicious Cream Cheese Cookies
Easy & Delicious Cream Cheese Cookies
First off, put butter and cream cheese in a bowl, and using an electric beater cream the butter and cream cheese together.
Once well combined, add sugar to the mixture, and using the electric beater on high, keep beating until the sugar dissolves.
Next, add the egg, vanilla essence, and salt to the mixture and mix again until well-combined.
Place a sieve over the bowl and add flour and baking powder through the sieve into the mixture.
Using a spatula fold the flour into the liquid mix and keep mixing until a soft gooey batter is attained.
Once the batter is ready, cover the mixture using a cling wrap and refrigerate for at least an hour.
After an hour, line a baking tray with parchment paper and using an ice cream scoop or a spoon roll 2 tbsp of batter into a ball.
Make as many balls as you can from the whole batter and place them on the baking tray approximately 1 inch apart from each other.
Save the rest of the batter for a second batch or later.
Preheat the oven, you can preheat the oven while you rest the batter for an over.
Once heated, place the cookies into the oven and bake 190°C/ 375°F for 10-12 minutes.
When done, let them cool completely and then dust them with powder sugar.

These cream cheese cookies are so soft, fluffy and super delicious. They are melt in your mouth! It was my first time trying cream cheese cookies and they become my new favorite cookies! They are pretty easy to make, they are perfect for holidays, birthday and they are perfect with a cup of tea or coffee. Follow this recipe to learn how to make the best cream cheese cookies.

Makes 24-26 cookies
Ingredients:
1¾ cups (220g) All-purpose flour
1/2 cup (115g) Cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup (115g) Butter, room temperature
1 cup (200g) sugar
2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
1 Egg
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
Icing sugar for dusting
Directions:
1. In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
2. In a separate bowl, cream the butter and cream cheese. Add in the sugar and beat until light and fluffy. Add egg, vanilla extract and beat until combined.
3. Add the flour mixture and stir until combined. Use a spatula to scrape the bottom. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
4. Preheat oven to 375F (190C).
5. Roll the dough into 1-2 inch balls. Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and flatten slightly the cookies.
6. Bake for 9-11 minutes, or until the edges are set.
7. Allow to cool before serving. Dust with icing sugar.
Notes:
• Keep the cookies in a closed container in the fridge un to 5 days.

크림치즈를 넣어 고소하고 풍미 깊은 치즈 쿠키를 만들었어요~
쿠키 반죽에도 크림치즈를 넣고 위에 치즈를 올려 구워 봤는데 치즈가 있는 부분은 촉촉하고 테두리는 바삭해서 정말 맛있더라구요~
윗면에 올린 치즈 반죽은 전분과 레몬즙을 넣어 만들었는데 구워도 녹아 흐르지 않고 보들보들하답니다~
바삭하게 굽기 위해 180도에서 15분 정도 구웠는데 오븐에 따라 다를 수 있어 구움색을 보시며 조절해 주시면 좋을 것 같아요~
정말 맛있어서 추천해 드리고 싶은 쿠키에요~^^

무염버터 70g
크림치즈 60g
설탕 60g
달걀노른자 1개
바닐라익스트랙 3g
중력분 120g
아몬드가루 30g
베이킹파우더 2g
크림치즈 110g
설탕 30g
옥수수전분 8g
레몬즙 8g
▶레시피
1. 무염버터를 부드럽게 풀고 크림치즈를 넣고 섞은 뒤 설탕을 넣고 섞는다.
2. 달걀노른자, 바닐라익스트랙을 넣고 섞고 중력분, 아몬드가루, 베이킹파우더를 체 쳐 넣고 섞는다.
3. 유산지에 올려 살짝 도톰하게 밀어 펴고 냉장실에서 1시간 정도 굳힌다.
4. 크림치즈에 설탕을 넣고 섞고 옥수수전분과 레몬즙을 넣고 섞은 뒤 짤주머니 담는다.
5. 반죽을 5.5cm 원형 커터로 자르고 가운데 부분을 살짝 눌러 홈을 만들고 크림치즈 반죽을 올린다.
6. 180도 예열한 오븐에서 15분 정도 굽고 식힌다.

Everyone loves chocolate chip cookies! Here I substitute some of the butter with cream cheese, making these light and chewy.
Makes 12 big cookies.
Ingredients:
½ cup (125 mL) butter, softened
¼ cup (60 mL) cream cheese, softened
¾ cup (175 mL) packed brown sugar
¼ cup (60 mL) granulated sugar
1 large egg
2 tsp (10 mL) pure vanilla extract
2½ cups (625 mL) all-purpose flour
2 tsp (10 mL) cornstarch
1 tsp (5 mL) baking soda
pinch salt, optional and to taste
1 cup (250 mL) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup (250 mL) raisins - optional.
Method:
Preheat oven to 350ºF (180ºC)
In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the butter, cream cheese, and sugars; beat on medium-high speed until well-creamed, light and fluffy.
Then beat in egg, and vanilla.
In another bowl mix the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and optional salt until just combined.
Add the dry ingredients to the stand mixer slowly, in a couple of additions.
Fold in the raisins and chocolate chips by hand.
Chill in the fridge for a half hour.
Using a 2 scoop, form heaping mounds and flatten slightly with your hand before baking.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until edges have set and tops are just beginning to set.
Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a rack to cool completely.

****for those having problems with the way it bakes, best tip is to place in freezer for about 30mins and make sure that your dough is solid enough but not solid frozen either. When you are able to roll the dough in your hands without it being too sticky (not sticking to your hand when you roll), that is the consistency that you want. Also, be generous with how much powder sugar you put on. That will help with the pretty crinkle effect.

Here is what you'll need!
COOKIES AND CREAM CHEESECAKE COOKIES
Makes: 12 cookies
INGREDIENTS
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
8 tablespoons salted butter, room temperature
¾ cup sugar
1 cup flour
10 cookies, crushed
PREPARATION
1. Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C.
2. In a mixing bowl blend, cream cheese, butter, and sugar until fully combined.
3. Add 1 cup of flour to cream cheese mixture and continue to blend together until fully combined.
4. Add crushed cookies to the mixture and gently fold together. Once the cheesecake batter is fully mixed, cover with plastic wrap and chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes, or until batter is firm to touch.
5. Roll batter into small balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
6. Using your fingers or a warm spoon press down on the dough balls to help form a cookie shape.
7. Bake at 350°F/180°C for 12-15 minutes or until cookies turn golden brown on the bottom.
8. Place cookies on a cooling rack and rest for at least 5 minutes.
9. Enjoy!

1/3 cup cream cheese (Room temp)
1 Large Egg ( Room Temp)
1.5 cup sugar
1.5 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla
Method:
Mix together butter and cream cheese and beat until fluffy. Add in baking powder, sugar, eggs and vanilla and mix well. Once they are combined, add all purpose flour. Chill the dough for 30 mins. Roll out into small golf size balls and press down with measuring cup to have round cookies.
Preheat oven to 375 F and bake for 8-10 mins. Let stand for 2 mins on wire rack before serving.

¼ cup (40 g) Cornstarch
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
2 pinches of Salt
About 6 oz (170 g) Chocolate Chunks (60 g white chocolate, 60 g dark chocolate, 60 g milk chocolate)
Directions:
In a medium size bowl whisk together the flour, the cornstarch, the baking soda and two pinches of salt.
In a big bowl soften the butter and the cream cheese using a spatula. Add the brown sugar and work until well combined. Add the egg and vanilla paste and combine. Add the flour mix in two times and combine: you’ll reach a dense paste. Fold in the chocolate chunks.
Using an ice cream scoop, take equal portion of the dough and place the balls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper; softly press the balls to slightly flatten. Add some extra chocolate chuncks on top and freeze them for 5-10 minutes.
Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper (2 inch- 5 cm spaced). Bake in preheated oven at 320° F (160° C) for about 12 minutes, or until slightly golden on the edges. The center of the cookies will be very soft.
Let cooling down the cookies on the baking sheet for about 10 minutes before remove them, then let them set for at least 30 minutes before eat them.
You can store them in a cookie can for several days and they will stay very soft!

2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoons salt
2 sticks unsalted butter, soften
3 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 egg white
1 cup almond slices, lightly toasted
Instructions
Whisk together flour and salt in a large bowl, set aside.
Beat butter and cream cheese in a large mixing bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed until pale and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
Mix in sugar and vanilla. Reduce speed to low. Add flour mixture, and mix until just combined.
Divide dough in half. Wrap each piece in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until dough has firmed up enough to shape.
Place the dough on top of the plastic wrap and cover with another piece of wrap the same size.
Roll out the dough into a log about 2 inches in diameter. Freeze until firm, about 30 minutes or up to 2 weeks.
Preheat oven to 350F. Unwrap one log, lightly brushed with egg white, and roll in almond slices, coating completely.
Cut into 1/4 inch thick rounds. Space one inch apart on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake cookies, rotating halfway through, until golden around edges, 12 to 15 minutes. Let cool on wire racks. Repeat with the remaining log.

120g caster sugar

1. Preheat the oven to 170C. Line two baking trays with baking paper or a silicone baking mat.
2. Either using an electric mixer or manual whisk, beat the butter and cream cheese together until evenly combined. Add the sugar and beat for around 2 minutes, until paler in colour and fluffy.
3. Whisk the beaten egg and vanilla extract into the cream cheese mixture. Sift the flour, salt and cornstarch into the wet ingredients, then using a spatula, mix in until evenly combined.
4. Transfer the batter to a piping bag fitted with a star tip. Create little round rosettes by piping from the outside in.
5. Bake the cookies for 15-20 minutes, swapping the trays over halfway, until they’re golden brown on the edges, and crunchy.

Preheat oven to 350F (175C) and line two cookie sheets with parchment paper
Combine butter and cream cheese and use an electric mixer (or stand mixer) to stir until creamy and well-combined.
Add sugar and stir again until thoroughly combined.
Stir in egg and vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually add dry ingredients to wet until completely combined.
Transfer dough to a clean surface that’s been generously dusted with flour. Working with just half of the dough at a time, transfer dough to surface and use your hands to form into a ball (add additional flour to the surface if it’s sticky).
Use a rolling pin to roll dough to just under ½” thick. Use cookie cutters to cut into shapes and transfer to prepared baking sheets.
Bake in 350F (175C) oven for 8-10 minutes* Allow to cool completely on baking sheet before covering with frosting.
Cream Cheese Frosting
Once your cookies have cooled, prepare your frosting by combining butter, cream cheese, and vanilla extract. Use an electric mixer (or a stand mixer) to cream ingredients together until well-combined.
Gradually (with mixer on low-speed) add powdered sugar until completely combined. Stir in cornstarch (make sure it's well incorporated into the frosting).
Spread or pipe frosting over completely cooled cookies.
Notes
*Baking time will vary if you use smaller or larger cookie cutters. I used heart cutters that were about 3” in diameter.
**This is to help your frosting to crust and firm up more than it would otherwise. It will never be completely hard, but adding the cornstarch makes it easier to handle and transport the cookies without the frosting getting ruined.
