Perfect Chocolate Mousse Recipe
This chocolate mousse recipes is delicious, incredibly easy to make and is the perfect dessert to serve up to guests or loves ones.
Ingredients for this recipe:
• 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate
• ¼ cup unsalted butter
• 4 egg yolks
• 4 egg whites
• 1/3 cup sugar
• whipped cream
• berries
Serves 8
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes
Cool Time: 90 minutes
Procedures:
1. Heat a medium size pot of water over low heat to the halfway mark until simmering.
2. Add the chocolate to a large metal bowl and place directly over the pot to make a double boiler.
3. Stir the chocolate using a rubber spatula to keep the chocolate moving around to help melt.
4. Remove the bowl from the double boiler and stir in the butter until completely melted and mixed in.
5. Next whisk in 1 egg at a time until mixed in. Set aside.
6. In a stand mixer add in the egg whites and mix on medium speed until soft peaks are formed, about 3-4 minutes. See note on what to look for.
7. Slowly pour in the sugar and mix on medium until stiff peaks are formed, about 3-4 minutes.
8. Remove the egg white mixture (a.k.a. merengue) from the stand mixer and add it to the bowl with the chocolate and gently fold in using a rubber spatula until completely mixed in. Don’t over mix.
9. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for 90 – 120 minutes or set.
10. Serve with whipped cream and berries.
CHEF NOTES:
Make Ahead: You can make this recipe up to 3 days in advance, simply keep covered in the refrigerator until it is ready to serve.
How to Store: Keep covered in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
How to Freeze: You can keep it in the freezer covered for up to 2 months and eat it like ice cream, but if you thaw it, it will break and become too liquidy to eat.
When making your merengue, soft peaks will fall right over when pulling up your whisk in the stand attachment.
For stiff peaks, the merengue will stand straight up and hole when when pulling up your whisk in the stand attachment.

Ingredients:
1 cup bittersweet chocolate chunks
1 3/4 cups heavy cream, chilled
3 large egg whites
1/4 cup sugar
Bittersweet chocolate, shaved, for garnish
Steps:
1. Temper chocolate, stirring until melted. Turn off the heat and let stand.
2. Beat heavy cream until it forms soft peaks. Set aside.
3. Whip egg whites with a hand mixer until soft peaks form, gradually adding in sugar.
4. Using a whisk, fold the tempered chocolate into the egg whites. Once fully incorporated, fold in the whipped cream. Transfer to a baking dish if desired, cover and refrigerate until set (about 1 hour).
5. Serve with shaved chocolate and enjoy!

French Chocolate Mousse: Simple Steps to Get It Right
Join my online French cooking classes ????????: How To make a French chocolate mousse: The chocolate mousse recipes never gets old with it's light and airy texture, when served as a dessert, a chocolate mousse is a real delight to eat.
Note that chocolate mousse recipes have many variants and this is just one of the many ways to make it.
Ingredients you need for 4 to 6 people (depending on serving size)
- 180 grams of 70% cacao dark chocolate ( best quality possible)
- 100 ml of full fat cream 35 % minimum (also called heavy
whipping cream)
- 50 ml of full cream Milk
- 60 grams of caster sugar
- A pinch of salt
- 7 eggs whites (have to be beaten into a meringue)
Note: If you want something sweeter you can increase the amount of sugar shown in the recipe below.

These triple chocolate mousse recipe is the dream of every chocolate lover. This mousse is eggless and requires only 3 types of chocolate and cream, that’s it! No eggs and no difficult techniques. 3 layers of smooth and creamy mousse; dark chocolate, milk chocolate and white chocolate. This triple chocolate mousse in a glass is a perfect dessert for parties, birthdays, Valentine's day, holidays and any other occasion.

Ingredients:
Dark chocolate mousse:
115g (4oz) Dark chocolate
1 cup Heavy cream, divided
Milk chocolate mousse:
115g (4oz) Milk chocolate
1 cup Heavy cream, divided
White chocolate mousse:
115g (4oz) White chocolate
1 cup Heavy cream, divided
Directions:
1. Chop each chocolate into small pieces and place in separate bowls. To each bowl add 1/4 cup (60ml) heavy cream.
2. Melt each chocolate (one at the time) over a double boiler. Then set aside and let cool to room temperature.
3. When all melted chocolate has chilled, start whipping the cream, whip to whip to soft-medium peaks.
4. Fold 1/3 of the whipped cream into each chocolate mixture. Whip until combined and no streaks remain.
5. Transfer each mousse to a piping bag.
6. Pipe first mousse into your serving dish, refrigerate for 10-15 minutes. Then pipe the second mousse, refrigerate for 10-15 minutes. Then pipe the third mousse and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
Notes:
• There are 2 options to whip the cream: 1. Whip all the cream (540ml) at once, then divide it into 3 equal parts. 2. Divide into 3 (180ml), then whipping each portion, this option is more precise.

COFFEE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Serving: 2
Ingredients
200 gms Dark chocolate
1 tsp Coffee powder
2-3 tbsp Butter
1 cup Whipping cream
For Garnish
Orange wedges
Dragon fruit wedges
Grapes, sliced
Mint leaves
Icing sugar
Process:
1. Slice the chocolate block using Philip's mixer with it's slicing attachment.
2. Then add the chocolate in a bowl and place on the boiling water to melt the chocolate.
3. Once chocolate is melted add coffee powder, butter in it and mix everything properly.
4. Meanwhile in a blender jar add whipping cream and blend it until soft peaks.
Then add some to the chocolate mixture in it and blend it again.
5. Now remove this mixture in a bowl and mix in the remaining chocolate mixture.
6. To serve the mousse, take a serving glass and apply some chocolate on its inner surface and fill it with the chocolate cream mixture, keep in the fridge to set for 30-35 minutes.
7. Remove and garnish with orange wedges, dragon fruit wedges, sliced grapes, mint leaves, icing sugar.

1 cup Cream
Whipping Cream to Garnish
Method:
Heat Milk in the pan. Add the Agar Agar powder and simmer for 3-4 minutes till the milk thickens.
Add the cream and the chopped chocolate and mix well. Remove from fire and mix well.
Strain the mixture to remove any lumps.
Pour immediately into moulds.
Garnish with whipped cream and mint Leaf.
Chill & Serve.
