The BEST CHICKEN SOUP is this recipe right here. This CREAMY CHICKEN SOUP RECIPE is my all-time favorite recipe of my Mom’s. This is one of the BEST SOUP RECIPES I have ever tried and I’m so proud it’s in our family. I cannot tell you how many times I’ve requested this for dinner. I need it in my freezer at all times for when I need comfort food. BEST CHICKEN SOUP RECIPE EVER!

For the Roux:
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1- cup reduced-salt chicken stock
For the Soup:
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 tablespoons oil
4-6 carrots peeled and cut into 1/8” slices
2 celery stalks cut into 1/8” slices
1 medium yellow onion diced
1 garlic clove minced
3 cups reduced-salt chicken broth
¼ cup dry or semi-dry white wine; a good drinking wine
3½ cups milk cream or half and half (or a mixture of cream and skim milk)
2 tablespoons chicken base granules or chicken cubes
½ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
1 tablespoon dried parsley or 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
3 dried bay leaves
1½ teaspoon Herbs de Provence
1/2 teaspoon turmeric optional
½ teaspoon paprika optional
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
4-5 cups cooked chicken cubed or shredded – rotisserie chicken works well, but do NOT use smoked chicken.
Garnish: Shredded Gruyere cheese
Chopped fresh parsley

Today's video is a Cook and Clean with Me. I show how I made chicken velvet soup and avocado brownies. This soup is the perfect comfort food for a cool rainy day. The avocado brownies turned out very moist and fudgey. My mom said she could not taste the avocado when she tried them. She said they were the best brownies she has ever had. I thought I could taste a little of the avocado. They were pretty good though! I hope this video gives you some recipe ideas and cleaning motivation!

Chicken & Corn Soup
4 cups chicken broth
2 cup cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup creamed corn
1 cup corn kernels, fresh or frozen
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
1 tbsp cornstarch, mixed with 1 tbsp water
2 eggs, beaten
3 green onion, finely chopped
In a large saucepan combine chicken broth, cooked chicken, creamed corn, corn kernels, soy sauce and grated ginger. Bring mixture to a simmer over medium heat. Cook for 10 minutes. Stir in cornstarch mixture until soup begins to thicken. Pour in beaten eggs swirling the soup with chopstick to create ribbons. Stir in green onion.

2 sweet potatoes cut into cubes
1/2 cup of chopped onion
1/2 head of a medium cabbage cut into pieces
2 chicken breast cut into cubes
2 cups of chicken broth
7 cups of water (you can use 5 cups if you want your soup to be thicker)

Healing Chinese Chicken Soup Stir Fry
3-4 cups chicken broth - homemade or low sodium boxed
1 tsp. minced ginger
2 cloves sliced garlic
2 tbsp. Shao Hsing cooking wine
1 tsp. light soy sauce
1 tsp. sesame oil
pinch of salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1 tsp. sugar
slurry - 1 tbsp. cornstarch and 2 tbsp. water
1 small diced onion
2 small diced carrots
2 diced stalks of celery
about dozen broccoli florets
1 cup diced yellow squash
2 chopped garden onions
1 large boneless chicken breast cut into thin slices
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 egg white
pinch of salt
*Mix above ingredients and let set for 10 minutes.
Bring pot of water up to almost a boil. Add chicken pieces.
They will fall to bottom. Gently stir occassionally.
Will take 1-3 minutes to cook depending on size. Chicken will float to top
Add chicken broth to pot and bring up to a simmer.
Add garlic and ginger and stir.
Add cooking wine, soy sauce, salt if needed, white pepper and sugar.
Stir and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Add onions, carrots and celery. Cook for 5 minutes or until onions translucent.
Add broccoli and cook for a minute.
Add yellow squash and cook for a minute.
Add any additional broth if wanted or needed.
Add chicken into pot, sesame oil and slurry a little at a time until sauce
thickned to the consistancy that you like.
Cook and stir until combined and sauce thickened.
Add chopped green onions and stir one more time.
Serve and enjoy.

Corn Velvet Soup Recipe | How to Make Corn Velvet Soup
A Chinese inspired soup with chicken and corn. Corn Velvet Soup is very tasty and comforting soup. Make and serve to your friends and family.
Chicken ½ kg
Garlic paste ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Whole black pepper 4-6
White pepper 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Sweet corns ½ cup
Eggs 2 (lightly beaten)
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Corn flour 2-3 tbsp
Green chili 3-4 (sliced)
vinegar, soya sauce, chili sauce for serving
Oil 2 tbsp
Put chicken and 6-8 glasses water in a pan and cook to make stock. When it starts boiling add sweet corns, onion and whole black pepper.
When half stocks left, take out chicken and sweet corn. Separate chicken from bones. Strain the stock.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic then add chicken and cook till its water dry then add strained stock.
Lightly blend sweet corns and put in stock.
Mix corn flour in ¼ cup water and pour in stock while stirring.
Put in salt and white pepper. Now pour in egg and light stir it.
Remove from heat and serve with green chilies dipped in vinegar, soya sauce and chili sauce.

Homemade Cream of Mushroom Soup is full flavoured and so easy to make, you won’t buy soup in a can again! FULL RECIPE:
Green Velvet Soup Recipe
Here is the recipe I followed.
1 onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, sliced
2 potatoes, diced
3/4 cup dried split peas
2 bay leaves
6 cups vegetable broth
2 zucchini, diced
1 head broccoli, chopped
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
4 cups chopped fresh spinach
salt to taste
In a large pot over medium heat, combine onion, celery, potatoes, split peas, bay leaves and broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover and simmer 1 hour.
Remove the bay leaves and stir in the zucchini, broccoli, basil and black pepper. Simmer 20 minutes, until broccoli is tender.
Stir in spinach and remove from heat. Puree in a blender or food processor using an immersion blender. Salt to taste.

Hi lovelies, the weather is getting colder and that means we need some fitting food to keep us warm and happy. This recipe is my go-to cold weather recipe and I tend to make it at least once a month during the winter months. It is my Easy Basic Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup recipe that I have learned from my mom and now I would like to share it with all of you :) Enjoy!

Learn How To Make Murg Shorba Recipe from Chef Neelam Bajwa only on Get Curried. Make this Authentic Indian Style Soup Recipe of Chicken Shorba at your home and share your experience with us in the comments section below.
500ml stock (4 pieces of Chicken thigh boiled for 30 minutes with Bay Leaves and Peppercorns)
1½ tbsp. Ghee
1 Tbsp. Garlic, chopped
1 Tsp. Cumin Seeds
1½ tbsp. All Purpose Flour
1 Tbsp. Butter
Salt and pepper to taste
1 Tsp. Garam Masala
- Let the chicken pieces cool down and shred them.
- In a saucepan heat ghee and add cumin seeds, garlic and flour. Cook until the flour changes its colour.
- Pour some part of the stock, followed by the chicken and let it thicken.
- Now add, salt, pepper and stir.
- Add the remaining stock as per the preferred consistency and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle the garam masala on the top.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot!
- If any vegetables or sweet corn is to be added, do it after adding the first batch of the chicken stock.
Delicious and comforting Chicken Soup is ready to serve!

Country Style Chicken Soup
Great tasting home made soup. It is easy to make.
So far everyone that eat it, loved it, especially kids.
Country style chicken soup
(I use a 8 quart pot, if you like to cook a smaller amount, cut the recipe in half)
-5 carrots sliced
-2 parsley root sliced
-1 onion chopped
-6 celery sticks sliced
-9 pieces of chicken thigh cut in cubs
Place in the cooking pot. Cover with water.
Add 3 tablespoons Vegeta ( or chicken bouillon). No need to add salt, seasoning is salty enough
-1 teaspoon black pepper
-2 tablespoons dry dill.
Mix and let it cook. Mine took about 1 hour on low to medium heat.
When done add 2 cans cream of chicken, mix it to dissolve, and cook it for just a few more minutes.
Ready to serve.

• 1/2# ground chicken breast or thighs
• 6 C chicken/pork stock
• 3 C corn kernels, fresh or frozen
• 1.5 Tbsp minced ginger-~1 knob of ginger
• 1-2 green onions minced-separate white sections
• 3 eggs
• 1 Tsp sesame oil
• 1/4-1/2 Tsp white pepper or to taste

• Cornstarch slurry (3 Tbsp cornstarch mixed with 5 Tbsp water ) or more as needed to desired thickness
• Oil for cooking

• 1 Tbsp Shaoxing wine

black pepper crushed 1 tsp
bay leaf 2

• 8 carrots peeled and chopped
• 2 shallots sliced
• 1 white onion diced
• 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
• 8 cloves garlic sliced
• 2 tsp Thai red curry paste
• 4 tablespoons butter
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 6 cups vegetable broth

1️⃣ 00:00:38 - In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add in the shallots and onions and saute for about 5 to 7 minutes. Season with a little salt. Add in the garlic and thai red curry paste and saute for just another minute or two to allow the flavors to be released.
2️⃣ 00:01:26 - Add in the carrots and vegetable broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until the carrots are soft, about 20 minutes.
3️⃣ 00:01:56 - Use a hand blender to puree the soup, or puree in batches in a food processor or blender. After the soup has been pureed, return to a low heat and add in the heavy cream. Taste and add salt if necessary. Hold soup warm to serve.
