Simple Easy Tasty Home cooking for everyone
What You need:
1.Chicken Liver with apples
2. What You will need to make it?
3. List of products
4. 1 Onion,3 sour apples, Potatoes ,1 cup of milk
5. Salt Pepper, Marjoram
6. and 2 pack of Chicken Liver
7. First You need to clean chicken liver
8. Cut all white links what You can see and cut liver in half
9. Then pour 1 cup of milk into the bowl with livers
10. cut onion into 1/2 inch pieces
11. peel and slice apple into thin crescents
12. then cut potatoes into 1/2-inch pieces
13. Boil them into salted water until almost cooked
14. Bake potatoes o 2 tbsp olive oil
15. bake them for about 10 minutes in 400 F
16. Strain Chicken Liver from Milk
17. In the first pan start frying onions in two tablespoons of oil
18. and in the second pan fry liver also on two tablespoons of oil
19. stir gently
20. fry and salt onion on the other pan for about 5 minutes
21. then add apples
22. mix them well with onions
23. on the other pan keep stirring chicken liver gently until water evaporates
24. then put them in a pan with onions and apples
25. meantime mix potato and switch oven to broil position
26. until you reach golden and crunchy potatoes
27. Season chicken liver with 2 tbsp marjoram salt and pepper
28. mix gently and let them cook for another few minutes
29. Serve them mandatory with Pickles or plus instead with pickled beets

Yummy Apple Pie
Crust Ingredients :
• 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
• 3/4 cup butter, cold and cubed
• 1/4 cup vegetable shortening, cold
• 1/4 cup brown or white sugar
• 3 large eggyolks only
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/4 tsp iodized salt
• 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 2 tsp ube flavoring or violet food color
• 1 tbsp cold water
• 3 to 6 pcs of apples, medium size, peeled and diced
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 2 1/2 tbsp all purpose flour
• 1 zest of an orange
• Half of an orange juice but if your using 6 apples, use all the juice of the orange
• 1 tsp cinnamon powder
• 1/4 tsp iodized salt
• 2 tbsp tap water
• 1 egg beaten
• 1 tbsp water or milk
• Refrigerate the dough in 1 hour.
• Preheat oven at 180⁰C for 15 minutes, then bake for 40 minutes to 1 hour depending on the size of your pan or pieces of apples or until the top turns golden brown. Make sure to watch for it after 40 minutes.
• Put the pie pan in another bigger baking sheet to help you in turning it around inside the ove .
• Turn the pan around halfway through around 30 mins for even cooking.
• Let it cool before slicing.

3 large or 4 medium organic carrots.
Carrot juice is highly alkalizing to your body and helps flush your #liver of toxic #waste materials that can accumulate there. These alkaline properties and its wealth of vitamins and minerals are also believed to help cleanse your blood of contaminants and improve your eyes and skin.

Beets or beetroot are a rich source of phytonutrients like betanin that have strong anti-inflammatory and #antioxidant properties, coupled with a stimulating effect on the various detoxification pathways of your body and especially your liver.
Betaine is another nutrient identified in beets that promotes the flow of bile for better digestion and improves liver detoxification. In fact, beetroot juice is so powerful it is even believed to help regenerate liver cells and clear fatty deposits caused by years of alcohol consumption.
1 large or 2 small organic apples.
Organic is best as apples are often sprayed with pesticides you really don’t want in your body. Especially as we are trying to help the liver here rather than add to its burdens. At very least, soak your apples in hot water and vinegar and scrub them well.

Fresh or cooked foods are placed in the Harvest Right freeze dryer where they are frozen to -40 degrees Fahrenheit or colder.
Once the food is frozen, the Harvest Right freeze dryer creates a powerful vacuum around the food. Then, as the food is slightly warmed, the ice transitions into vapor and evaporates.

Great combo this: ham and oozy fontina with spinachy ricotta rolled up in pasta and baked with tomato sauce. Mix the following:
250g sheep’s milk ricotta
150g of cooked, squeezed dry spinach
50g Parmigiano cheese which is 14 months old,
1 free range egg
plenty of grated nutmeg
For the béchamel sauce:
3 tablespoons 00 flour
3/4 litre of whole milk
plenty of nutmeg
For the tomato sauce, simmer for 10 minutes:
1 400g tin whole tomatoes, chopped
6 basil leaves
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
200g thinly sliced ham
150g sliced fontina cheese
For the pasta: 3 large free range eggs, 300g 00 flour
This is enough to make one 30x20 centimetre (approximately) baking tray.

ROAST GOOSE recipe!
THE HOLIDAYS PRESENT THE PERFECT OCCASION TO PREPARE A DELICIOUS ROAST GOOSE.
WORD ON THE BIRD
Unlike other poultry, geese are “big-boned”, meaning, there’s less meat compared let's say to turkey. Smaller, younger geese are often more tender, and a plump, organic, free-range goose is always preferred. If serving large numbers, you may wish to consider roasting two birds to ensure everyone has ample to enjoy.
We prepared a 9-pound goose for this recipe which adequately served 6 guests. A good rule is to allow 1.5 pounds (about 750g) per person. Order your goose from a trusted butcher, giving them ample time to find you the perfect bird.
FAT & STUFF
Geese are notoriously fatty birds, so it’s essential to prick or pierce the skin of the goose before roasting. We used a metal brochette to accomplish this, but the tip of a small sharp knife will also do the trick. This ensures the fat melts away from the bird as it roasts.
We filled the cavity of this goose with a mix of onion, apple, and herbs to enhance the flavour of the meat. Please don’t get fancy and swap those ingredients for stuffing as it will only act as a sponge and soaks up all the rendered fat.
GLAZE & ROAST
A crispy-skinned goose is the ultimate goal, and we achieved this by basting it at regular intervals with a glaze of orange juice, honey, and spices. If you decide not to make this glaze, at least baste the goose with its own rendered fat to achieve that crispy skin.
Roasting the goose for the first hour at 325˚F provides ample time for much of the fat to melt away. The reduction of the oven temperature to 275˚F for the second and third hour continues to melt the fat, but it also ensures tender meat and crispy skin.
While the goose was roasting, we opted to make a rich poultry stock. This rich, velvety stock can then be used to create gravy or delicious soup.
COOK TIME & SERVICE
We took the goose out of the oven when our meat thermometer registered 66˚C or 150˚F. We then covered it loosely with tin foil and let it rest for an additional 45 minutes before carving. The temperature when we carved was 70˚C or 160˚F. The flesh was moist and tender, just as we expected.
A holiday tradition, serve ROAST GOOSE and present it with best wishes to each and all. Season’s greetings!
1 9-pound goose
1 white onion, roughly chopped
1 apple, roughly chopped
2 tablespoons of fresh thyme, chopped
2 tablespoons of fresh sage, chopped
kosher salt, about 2 tablespoons
black pepper, about 1 tablespoon
For the glaze:
1 tablespoon of honey
½ cup of fresh orange juice
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon of cayenne pepper
1) Before preparation: If using a frozen goose, place it in the refrigerator for 48 hours to fully defrost. The day before preparation, unwrap it and withdraw the neck, heart, liver and giblets from the cavity. Take a sharp knife and cut away the wingtips. All of these parts can be used to make a goose stock.
2) Using paper towels, dry out the interior and exterior of the goose. Rub a sprinkle of kosher salt and black pepper in the cavity. Mix onion, apple, and herbs in a small bowl and place this mixture into the cavity of the goose. Tie the legs together using butcher’s string. Add a generous sprinkle of salt on the outside of the goose before placing it onto a stainless rack and refrigerating it uncovered for 24 hours.
3) Day of preparation: Remove the goose from the refrigerator and give it an hour to come to room temperature. Preheat the oven to 325˚F with the oven rack in the lower 2/3 position. Take a metal brochette or a small sharp knife and gently pierce the skin of the goose at an angle every few centimeters, being careful to pierce just the skin and not the meat. Transfer the goose onto a wire rack in a metal roasting pan.
4) Place the goose in the oven and roast for 1 hour. While the goose is roasting, place all of the ingredients for the glaze into a small bowl and whisk together.
5) After an hour, take the goose out of the oven. Reduce the temperature to 275˚F. Carefully lift the goose and rack out of the roasting pan. Drain the fat into a metal bowl. Return the rack and goose to the roasting pan and place back into the oven. Baste the goose with glaze every 20 minutes.
6) Roast the goose for an additional 2 hours, or until a meat thermometer registers 160°F at the center of the breast.
7) Remove goose to a carving board and cover loosely with tin foil, allowing it to rest for 45 minutes before carving.

Drinking Soda Could Put Your Liver on the Rocks
Liver damage is often linked with alcohol abuse, but sugary non-alcoholic drinks may also pack a toxic punch.
A new study found that consuming more than one sugar-sweetened beverage per day may increase the risk of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD).
Our study adds to a growing body of research suggesting that sugar-sweetened beverages may be linked to NAFLD and other chronic diseases including diabetes and cardiovascular disease, said lead study author Jiantao Ma, PhD, of the US Department of Agriculture’s Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging (USDA HNRCA) at Tufts University in Boston, MA, in a press release.
NAFLD is a buildup of extra fat in the liver cells that is not caused by excessive alcohol use. NAFLD may lead to a condition that causes swelling and inflammation of the liver. Over time, that may cause scarring (cirrhosis), and even liver cancer or liver failure. NAFLD affects as many as 1 in 5 adults in the US, according to the American College of Gastroenterology.
Dr. Ma and team looked at the responses from 2,634 participants who self-reported their dietary habits. The majority of subjects were white, middle-aged men and women.
Using questionnaires, participants indicated the types of sugar-sweetened beverages they consumed. These beverages included caffeinated and non-caffeinated colas, carbonated beverages with sugar, fruit punches, lemonade and other non-carbonated fruit drinks.
To measure the amount of fat in the liver, participants were then imaged using computed tomography (CT).
Dr. Ma and team categorized the participants who drank sugary drinks into three groups.
The first group included participants who drank between one serving per month to one serving per week of sugary drinks or diet soda. The second group included participants who drank between one serving per week to one serving per day. The final group included participants who drank one serving or more per day.
Dr. Ma and team found that the participants who drank one or more sugary drink per day were 61 percent more likely to develop NAFLD — compared with the participants who did not drink any sugar-sweetened beverages.
The risk of NAFLD was also 16 percent higher in the first group and 32 percent higher in the second group.
