This creamy apple and pear cake is soooo delicious! Creamy layers of soft apples, pears, vanilla custard cream topped with crunchy buttery almond crust. You will want to make this again and again! It is really easy to make, it tastes like a mix between apple pie, with custard and nutty crumble.
It is insanely good! If you are a fan of creamy, desserts and you have some apples or pears lying around - You must make this! This cake isn't too sweet, but you can add more sugar if you want :) You can serve this with ice cream or cream, but it's amazing on its own as well.

Pear cake recipe - Best Cake Recipe Ever - Easy Cake recipe
This pear cake recipe is the best cake recipe ever. Pear cake is type of cake, which has pears in it. Pears are a mild, sweet fruit with a fibrous center. Pears are consumed fresh, canned, as juice, and dried. A pear in a 100 g serving (small pear) is a good source of dietary fiber but otherwise provides no essential nutrients in significant amounts. They are rich in important antioxidants, flavonoids and dietary fiber and pack all of these nutrients in a fat-free, cholesterol-free, 100-calorie package. Consuming pears may help with weight loss and reduce the risk of developing cancer, hypertension, diabetes, and heart disease, if eaten as part of an overall healthy diet. Pears are great ingredient in cakes, becouse they are sweet and very soft after baking. You can find many variations of pear cakes, as pear upside down cake, italian pear cake, or french pear cake also called Délicieux aux Poires.
This amazing cake can be served as a dessert, for birthday, anniversary, date but also as breakfast. It is one of the best cake recipes ever. As plus, it is really easy cake recipe.
In ancient Rome, basic bread dough was sometimes enriched with butter, eggs, and honey, which produced a sweet and cake-like baked good. There are many varietes of cakes, like sponge cakes (or foam cakes), chiffon cakes, chocolate cakes, coffee cake, cheesecakes, layer cakes and yeas cakes, which are the oldest one. But this pear cake is really the best cake recipe of all the time. It is soft, tasty and sweet, even there is not much sugar in it.
Cake making is no longer a complicated procedure, while at one time considerable labour went into cake making, baking equipment and directions have been simplified so that even the most amateur cook can bake a cake.
This pear cake recipe taste absolutely delicious and it is really easy to make. There is not lot of sugar in it, becouse pears are naturally sweet. Preparation takes just few minutes, and it is beginners friendly recipe. If you will follow steps in the video, you can not go wrong with this. You, your friends and family will love this cake! And if you dont like pears, nevermind, you can use apples, bananas or other similar sweet fruit instead of pears. Truly, this is the best cake recipe ever! You have to try it!
150g of flour
100g of sugar
3 TBSP of oil
100ml of milk
1 pack of baking powder
1 vanilla sugar
80g of melted butter
At first, mix eggs, then add sugar and mix it few minutes until foaming. Then add oil, milk, flour and baking powder.
Wipe baking tin with lard and sprinkle with flour, or you can use baking paper, which is easier. Add first half of pastry into baking tin, than put sliced pears on top. It does not have to be perfect, but try to add pears to all empty places. Then add other half of pastry on top and try to cover all of the pears.
Put the cake into oven and bake it for 20 minutes on 180 degrees C. While cake is baking, mix 1 egg, vanilla sugar and melted and COOLED butter. It is very important to cool the butter, if you do not want to have scrumbled eggs instead of best pear cake.
After 20 minutes of baking, take out the cake from oven, skewer the top with fork and then add prepared mixture on top. Bake it for another 20 minutes at the same temperature as before (180 degrees C). Take out the cake from oven and let it cool down. Serve as a dessert, or for breakfast.
Your best cake is done! Enjoy your sweet dessert :)
Tip: the sweeter pears = the better cake

Apple Pear Dump Cake!!
Please watch: Kitchen Tip!
Another Quick Tip to Make your day a little less complicated!
Someone told me how to make a dump cake with pie filling and a yellow cake mix..I wondered if I could do it from Scratch..yes i did and here it is!!
Pear and Almond Cake - Easy and Delicious
This delicious Pear and Almond Cake is the perfect all day treat. It's light, sweet but not too sweet and it's not at all dry. It's easy to make and can be made the day before you need it. The pears keep the cake moist and the almonds add texture.
This cake is basically a simple sponge with 3 whole pears added and you wont need any special tools to make it. The pears will take less than 5 minutes to peel, core and slice. The batter will take less than 10 minutes and you bake it for 35. You can feed 9-12 people depending on how generous you want to be with the slices. This cake will keep for 2 days (but trust me, it won't last that long - this cake is incredibly moreish!)
You will need
125g (1/2cup) Butter/Butter Spread/Marg
125g (1/2cup) White Sugar
50g (1/3cup) Self Raising Flour or Plain Flour aka All purpose Flour
100g (1cup) Ground Almonds
100g (1.5cup) Flaked Almonds - half for batter, half to sprinkle on the cake
3 Ripe Pears (peeled, cored, sliced)
1-2 teaspoons Milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla Bean Paste/Vanilla Extract
1-2 teaspoon Vanilla Sugar
*1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder (if using /All Purpose Flour)
1. Preheat your oven to (fan) 350F/180C or GM4
2. Mix butter and sugar until soft and light in a large bowl
3. Add vanilla paste (if using) and mix
4. Add eggs one at a time and mix after each addition
5. Add flour (and baking powder if needed) and stir until just mixed
6. Add ground almonds and mix
7. Add flaked almonds and mix
8. Add milk and mix
9. Pour batter into an 8 inch lined tin
10. Place pears on top, do not push the pears down far as the batter will rise around them
11. Bake in the middle of a preheated oven for 25 minutes- do not open the oven before the 25 minutes unless the cake seems to be browning too quickly
12. Remove the cake from the oven and sprinkle sliced almonds and vanilla sugar on top before returning to the oven for 10 minutes
13. Remove from the oven - cool in the tin for 15 minutes before taking the cake from the tin and cooling further on a cooling rack (tip -run a knife around the edge of the tin to loosen)
14. Dust with icing sugar if desired
15. Serve on it's own or with cream

How to Make: Granny's Pear Cake
Do you remember our famous Granny cake? We talked about it a while back and from the amount of rave reviews we heard about it, people fell for it just as hard as we did! For those of you unfamiliar with it, Granny cake is one of the best cakes we’ve had in a while, stuffed to the brim with pineapple and pecans. Not only does it taste amazing, but the way the cake is made it rather untraditional; a typical batter gets baked, then a custard-like syrup gets poured over the top once the cake comes out of the oven and soaks in ensuring that this cake stays perfectly ooey-gooey and delicious.
