Apple Cinnamon Loaf Recipe | Apple Cinnamon Tea/Coffee Cake
---- FULL RECIPE LISTED BELOW --- This apple cinnamon loaf is bursting with chunks of cinnamon and apples. It's the perfect baking project to use up some of those leftover apples!
My apple recipes have been very very popular on my channel, therefore I thought I would bring you another recipe as we seem to have a lot of apple lovers. This cake/loaf is perfect with a cup of coffee or tea! Enjoy!

WRITTEN/PRINTABLE RECIPE:
i n g r e d i e n t s
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon powder
2/3 cups white sugar
100gms butter softened
2 eggs - at room temp
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup warm milk
2 apple, peeled and thinly sliced
m e t h o d
1. Preheat your oven to 170c and line your loaf pan with parchment paper.
2. Peel and dice apples, add into a bowl followed by brown sugar and cinnamon powder. Toss and place aside.
3. In a bowl, add butter and sugar. Beat
4. Add eggs and vanilla essence. Incorporate into the mixture.
5. Sieve through flour and baking powder. Fold very gently into the mixture.
6. Add in warm milk, and mix until combined.
7. Place in the oven for about 40 minutes or until a knife/toothpick can be inserted and come out clean.
8. Enjoy your apple cinnamon loaf with a hot cup of coffee or tea.

Bake at 350 Degrees for 50-60 Minutes
Do the first check at 45 Minutes
Tips
Make sure to pre-heat the over before baking
Let the cake cool for 15-20 Before you begin serving
Make sure leftover cake is covered or placed in a good container. That will prevent drying the cake
Ingredients
Cake Batter
3 3/4 Cups AP Flour (Gold Medal)
3 Large room temperature eggs
1 1/2 Cups Milk (2%) or your choice
3/4 Cup Soften butter (Kerrygold)
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Teaspoon Salt
2 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
2 1/2 Teaspoons Mexican Vanilla Blend
2 Medium Peeled and finely Chopped Green Apples
1 Medium Peeled and finely Chopped Pink Lady Apple
Juice of half Lemon to prevent Oxidation of apples
Tip- Take out butter for cake batter 1 Hour before use.
Filling
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Tablespoon Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (Hershey’s)
Pinch of Salt
*You can also add 1 Tablespoon Instant coffee for a kick of flavor or The Abuelita Mexican Hot chocolate powder
Crumble/ Streusel Topping
1 Cup Ap Flour (Gold Medal)
1 Stick of butter or 6 Tablespoons (Cold)
1 Cup Sugar
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1 1/2 Tablespoons Cinnamon
*You can also add Instant coffee to your crumble

Apple Cinnamon Coffee Cake
Watch as an apple cinnamon coffee cake is made! It's an easy delicious baking recipe!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup canola oil
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
2 cups flour
1 peeled, sliced, and chopped apple
Topping:
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp melted butter
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 325ºF. Spray non-stick cooking spray in 9x13 inch baking pan. Mix ingredients together. Pour mixture into the baking pan. Sprinkle the topping on top of the mixture. Bake for 40-45 minutes. Enjoy!

This is one of those cakes that you will want to make over and over again.
A simple recipe that’s a staple around my house.
We all love the aroma while this is baking. The whole house smells divine.
Best is yet to come when you get to take your first bite of this super easy fresh apple loaf cake. It’s a winner!

Ingredients
For the cake:
1 cup (130g) all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar powder
1/4 cup yoghurt
1/4 cup milk
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 Teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract or paste
1 Teaspoon honey
2 apples peeled and chopped
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 Tablespoon cinnamon powder
For the glaze:
1/2 cup (150g) powdered sugar
1 tablespoon milk
Instructions
For the cake:
Preheat the oven to 350ºF / 180ºC.
Line a 3x8-inch (20x7cm) loaf cake pan. Add a strip of parchment paper in the bottom and up the two narrow sides (for easier unmolding).
Have the apples grated or chopped. add into brown sugar and cinnamon mix in a large bowl It will begin to release liquid, that is fine.
In a large bowl mix flours, sugar, baking soda, baking powder and salt (sift it to avoid little lumps)
set aside.
Mix all wet ingredients in a large bowl and add in the dry ingredients fold gently until you have a smooth mixture.
Spoon half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Spoon half the apples mix on it.
Spoon remaining batter & top with remaining apples mix.
Bake for 50 minutes to 170° C, or until a toothpick comes out dry. Let cool completely on a wire rack.
Keep well wrapped for no more than 1 day at room temperature and in the fridge a few more days. It can be frozen, well wrapped in film and aluminum foil, before glazing.
For the glaze:
Mix both ingredients until you have a creamy mixture. If it’s too dry add more milk, a teaspoon at a time.
You can make it as thick or thin as you want to, adding more or less liquid (juice).
Glaze the cold cake and let it drip down the sides
The glaze here is one of my favorites because it's super versatile - you can use any liquid, even olive oil - easy and fast.
It is a must in my opinion, with that extra sweet sensation that makes you want to eat the crunchy glazed top and leave the rest of the cake behind.

Ingredients:
Caramelized apples:
3 medium apples, grated
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon (15g) butter
2 tablespoons (30ml) milk
1 tablespoon (20g) honey or brown sugar
Crumble:
3 tablespoons (37g) brown sugar
3 tablespoons (45g) butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons (20g) ground almond
1/2 cup (65g) flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Cake:
3 eggs
1/2 cup + 2 tbsp (125g) sugar
3/4 cup + 1 tbsp (200ml) oil
3/4 cup + 1 tbsp (200ml)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F (175C). grease 9-inch (23cm) round baking pan lined with parchment paper and greased.
2. Caramelized apples: peel and grate the apples, then stir with the lemon juice and set aside.
3. Place butter, honey and milk in a pan and melt, stirring frequently over medium heat. Add grated apples and cook, stirring frequently, for about 4-5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
4. Crumble: Combine the ingredients for the crumble topping together in a small bowl and Crumble together using your finger tips or a fork. Place in the fridge while making the cake.
5. Cake: in a large bowl or in bowl of stand mixer, whisk eggs, sugar and vanilla extract. Whisk until doubled in volume. Gradually and oil and milk while whisking. Add flour, baking powder, salt and stir until combined.
6. Pour the batter to the prepared pan, spread the caramelized apples on top, then sprinkle the crumble on top.
7. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes in the pan, release from the pan and let cool completely.

Fresh Apple Cinnamon Cake
Apple Cake:
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1/3 cup oil
1 egg
1 cup buttermilk (or 1 cup milk + 1 tablespoon white vinegar)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 1/2 cups flour
2 1/2 cups chopped or shredded apples
Cinnamon Sugar Topping:
1 1/2 cup sugar, divided
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoon butter, melted
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Mix ingredients in order given, stirring until just combined.
Pour batter into a buttered 9×13 pan.
Combine last 3 ingredients to make a topping and sprinkle / spread it evenly over the batter.
Bake for 45 minutes.

This Apple Cake Recipe is So easy to make.
The apple cake is so delicious! Just one bite of this cake will make you bake it over and over again!
This apple cake is so soft and fluffy,a little sticky on top (like a caramel candy) and very tasty with light crunchiness of pecan nuts and little tartness of apples.
Ingredients
150 gms sugar +115 gms Palm sugar or Brown sugar
2 Eggs
225 gms All purpose flour
200 gms Softened Butter
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsps vanilla essence
2 Granny Smith apples, peeled and chopped in small pieces
90-100 gms pecans, chopped small
Method
1.Cream Butter and Sugar until light and fluffy.
2.Add Eggs (one at a time).
3.Add Vanilla Essence.
4.Sift in the dry ingredients(Flour +Baking powder+salt) until you get a homogenous cake batter.
5.Transfer onto a baking vessel.
Add the apple,pecan and palm sugar or brown sugar on top.(or if don't like the rustic top part of cake you can keep some cake batter to add on the top.
Using a skewer swirl the top to get a marble effect to our cake when sliced.
6.Bake at 375 F Preheated oven for 60-80 minutes.
Check the doneness of apple cake by poking a skewer into the center of the cake and if it comes out clean,your cake is done :)

Mix the sugar with Oil for three minutes
Then add the eggs for 3 times and stir it
Add yogurt
Add the flour and baking powder that you have already sifted
Grease the mold and put the paste inside
Place the apples
Add the cinnamon on top

1/3 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2/3 cup white sugar
1/2 cup, butter softened
2 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 3/4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup milk
1 apple, peeled and chopped into small pieces
Mix brown sugar and cinnamon into a small bowl
Beat white sugar and melted butter together in a medium bowl with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy
Beat in eggs one at a time until smooth and then add vanilla extract
Combine flour and baking powder together into a bowl and then mix into sugar mixture, mix until combined
Add milk into batter and mix until batter is smooth
Grease loaf pan and lightly flour
Pour half of the batter into the loaf pan
Sprinkle half the apples and then half of the cinnamon/brown sugar mixture onto batter in pan and pat lightly into batter.
Pour remaining batter on top
Sprinkle remaining apples and cinnamon/brown sugar mixture onto top of batter and lightly pat apples down and then swirl the cinnamon sugar mixture around on top.
Bake at 350 for 40-55 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean

Ingredients
12 tablespoons (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter at room temperature
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
3 extra-large eggs at room temperature
1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups sour cream
2 1/2 cups cake flour (not self-rising)
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
For the streusel:
1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
3 tablespoons cold unsalted butter, cut into pieces
3/4 cup chopped walnuts, optional
For the glaze:
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons real maple syrup

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan.
Cream the butter and sugar in the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment for 4 to 5 minutes, until light. Add the eggs 1 at a time, then add the vanilla and sour cream. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. With the mixer on low, add the flour mixture to the batter until just combined. Finish stirring with a spatula to be sure the batter is completely mixed.
For the streusel, place the brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, salt, and butter in a bowl and pinch together with your fingers until it forms a crumble. Mix in the walnuts, if desired.
Spoon half the batter into the pan and spread it out with a knife. Sprinkle with 3/4 cup streusel. Spoon the rest of the batter in the pan, spread it out, and scatter the remaining streusel on top. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, until a cake tester comes out clean.
Let cool on a wire rack for at least 30 minutes. Carefully transfer the cake, streusel side up, onto a serving plate. Whisk the confectioners' sugar and maple syrup together, adding a few drops of water if necessary, to make the glaze runny. Drizzle as much as you like over the cake with a fork or spoon.

Greek Apple Cinnamon Cake
A delicious coffee cake-style apple/cinnamon cake you can make in no time!
For the cake:
1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 large apples, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla (liquid or powder)
2 eggs
For the cinnamon topping:
1/4 cup sugar
2-3 tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp melted butter
For the sugar glaze:
1/3 cup powdered sugar
2 Tbsp milk
Preheat oven to 180c/350f.
Grease & line a cake pan.
Mix together the dry ingredients for the cake, add chopped apples and mix.
Mix together wet ingredients for cake, then add to the apple/dry ingredient mixture.
Spoon into prepared cake pan.
Mix together the cinnamon topping ingredients until crumbly but still wet.
Sprinkle on top of the cake base.
Bake for appx 35 mins.
Take cake out of the oven and let sit 15 mins.
Mix sugar glaze ingredients (add more powdered sugar if too runny).
Drizzle evenly over cake.

Streusel
½ cup packed dark brown sugar
¼ cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp ground cinnamon
3 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
¾ cup chopped pecans
Cake
2 cup all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp ground allspice
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
1 ¼ cup sugar
1 ½ cup sour cream
2 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Streusel
1. Preheat the oven to 350 F and grease a 9-inch square pan.
2. For the streusel, combine the brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon and stir in the melted butter until evenly combined. Stir in the pecans and set aside.
Cake
1. For the cake, sift the flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda and allspice. In a separate bowl, whisk the melted butter, sugar, sour cream, eggs and vanilla. Stir this into the flour mixture until evenly blended. Spread half of the batter into the prepared pan and sprinkle half of the streusel on top. Use a skewer or paring knife to swirl the streusel in a bit. Top with the remaining batter, spread and then top the cake with the remaining streusel, giving the cake another little swirl.
2. Bake the cake for 45 to 55 minutes, until a tester inserted in the centre of the cake comes out clean. Cool the cake in the pan to room temperature before slicing.
3. The cake will keep, well wrapped and unrefrigerated for up to 3 days.

BETH'S APPLE SPICE CAKE RECIPE
Serves 10-12
INGREDIENTS:
1 ½ cup (270 g) brown sugar
¾ cup (180 ml) vegetable oil
¼ cup (60 ml) molasses
4 eggs
½ cup (120 ml) apple sauce
1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla extract
½ cup (120 ml) water
2 cups (240 g) flour
2 tsp (10 ml) baking powder
1 tsp (5 ml) salt
1 ½ tsp (7.5ml) ground cinnamon
1 ½ tsp (7.5 ml) ground ginger
½ tsp (2.5ml) ground cloves
½ tsp (2.5 ml) nutmeg
For Garnish:
2 Honeycrisp Apples, sliced horizontally into slices
Glaze:
¼ cup (48 g) whipped cream cheese
1 tbsp (7 g) powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1-2 tbsp (15-30ml) milk, or more to reach a pourable consistency
METHOD:
Preheat oven to 200F (93C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Slice apples into very thin wheels, cutting the apple horizontally.
Place on baking tray in a single layer. Bake for 1 hour, then flip and bake for 1 hour more. Once done, turn off oven, open oven door and allow to cool for 30 mins. Once done keep at room temperature until ready to decorate cake.
Preheat Oven to 350F (175C).
Prepare a Bundt pan with baking spray (preferably the spray that also has flour in it) coating with a pastry brush to get into all the nooks and crannies and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together the brown sugar, vegetable oil, molasses, 4 eggs, apple sauce, vanilla and water.
In a medium bowl whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and nutmeg.
Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and whisk gently to combine.
Pour batter into prepared Bundt pan. Bake for 35-40 mins until a long skewer comes out clean.
Once completely cooled, transfer to a cooling rack.
Prepare the glaze by mixing the cream cheese with the powdered sugar and vanilla, whisk until smooth. Add milk and whisk until frosting is pourable, may need to add more milk depending upon which brand of cream cheese you use, some brands are denser than others.
Ladle glaze over the top of the cake crown, allowing it to drip over the sides. Top with the dehydrated apples, transfer to cake stand. Enjoy!

And now let's go with this delicious and tasty apple cake recipe with a delicious aroma of cinnamon! I have to confess that I ate the first piece of cake when it was still warm! Editing this video made my mouth water! Well, I'll shut up a bit and leave you with the recipe.
Let's go to the ingredients:
- 4 eggs/ 4 oeufs
- 1/2 tsp of cinnamon/ 1/2 càc de cannelle
- 10 tbsp of brown sugar/ 10 càs de cassonade
- 8 tbsp of oil/ 8 càs d'huile
- 14 tbso of milk/ 14 càs de lait

Apple Cinnamon Cake is light and fluffy cake loaded with apples and topped with a crunchy cinnamon sugar layer!
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2/3 cup white sugar
1/2 cup salted butter softened
2 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk
1 apple, peeled and chopped into small pieces
Combine flour and baking powder together into a bowl.
Mix brown sugar and cinnamon into a small bowl
Beat white sugar and melted butter together in a medium bowl with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
Beat in eggs one at a time until smooth and add flour mixture , mix until combined
Add milk and vanila essence into batter
Mix it well and cake batter is ready
Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan
Sprinkle half the apples and then half of the cinnamon/brown sugar above the batter
Pour remaining batter on top Sprinkle remaining apples
and cinnamon and brown sugar mixture onto top of
batter
Tap the pan on your counter to release air bubbles if
any
Bake 180 degree celsius for 40-45 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean

BETH’S COFFEE CAKE MUFFIN RECIPE
Makes 12
INGREDIENTS:
4 eggs
¾ cup (180 ml) canola oil
6 tbsp (90 ml) melted butter
¾ cup (150 g) sugar
½ cup (120 ml) water
2 cups (240 g) flour
2 ½ tsp (12.5 ml) baking powder
¾ tsp (4 ml) salt
½ cup (75 g) chopped pecans
For Interior Swirl:
1 tbsp (15 ml) instant coffee granules
2 tbsp (30 ml) unsweetened cocoa
3 tbsp (45 ml) white sugar
For Crumble:
2/3 cup (80 g) flour
4 tbsp (60 g) brown sugar
¼ tsp (1.25 ml) cinnamon
¼ tsp (1.25 ml) baking powder
4 tbsp (60 ml) melted butter
METHOD:
Preheat oven to 375F/(190C)
Combine eggs, oil, butter, sugar and water in a large bowl and whisk until smooth.
In a separate bowl combine flour, baking powder and salt. Whisk to combine.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients in thirds, until combined. Don’t over mix.
In a small bowl combine cocoa, instant coffee, and sugar, whisk to combine and set aside.
In another small bowl combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and butter. Whisk with a fork to combine.
Prepare a muffin tin with baking spray, covering inside of wells and lightly spray top of pan too since muffins will rise up and slightly cover the top.
With an ice cream scoop, spoon in half a scoop of batter into the muffin well, top with 1 tsp (5 ml) of the filling, cover with second half scoop of batter. Take a knife and gently swirl interior to distribute filling. Top with 1 tbsp (15 ml) of crumb topping.
Repeat process until all the wells are full. Bake for 16-17 mins until golden brown and risen.
Allow to cool slightly. Dust with powdered sugar if desired ☺

Filling:
1/3 cup organic brown sugar
1/2 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
Cake:
1 cup non-dairy milk
1/2 cup neutral baking oil
1/2 cup organic sugar
1/4 cup organic brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. To make the topping, to a bowl, add sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt. Stir well. Add oil, and stir until clumps form. Set to the side. To make the filling, to a bowl, add brown sugar, and cinnamon, and stir together. Set to the side. To make the cake, to a bowl, add non-dairy milk, oil, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and apple cider vinegar. Stir well. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir just until smooth. Pour about half of the batter into a greased 8x8-inch square baking pan, and spread smooth. Sprinkle the filling over the batter. Spoon the rest of the batter over the filling, and spread out. Sprinkle the topping on top. Bake 35-40 minutes. Let cool in the pan for a while before cutting. Makes about 9 servings.
